Dr. Choe is great. His receptionist is terrible! She is rude and very money hungry. She charged me a $45 copay for just a cleaning when I am fully covered by Delta Dental PPO and hadn't used my 2nd annual check up. The receptionist told me she would submit a claim and reimburse my $45 only if Delta paid them. It didn't make sense to me but I still paid the $45 because I was already there and they wouldn't see me unless I paid up front. 3 weeks later I follow up with Delta and no claim has been submitted.

When I call Dr. Choe's office to follow up the receptionist lies to me and says she submitted the claim. Needless to say they can keep the $45 if they're that desperate for the money. I won't be going back.

I've been going to Dr. Choe for about 7 years now for my dental checkups and cleanings. He is a very nice man and very down to earth. He isn't pushy, answers all your questions and does his job right. I also find his assistants to be very nice and pleasant as well. There were a few instances where I found his receptionist to be a bit frazzled, but overall she means well and was never rude in any way.

I always hated going to the dentist growing up but he makes the experience tolerable. His practice is also very comfortable, clean and up to date. The appointments are always scheduled in a way where I never have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I am very happy with him.

Also surprised there are negative reviews. I have lost count of how many years I have been coming here. I love my dentist and would not think of going anywhere else. Even after I moved from this area, I travel just to see him. Always caring and professional. Clean office. I have never had any issues with the staff or reception.

I'm a little surprised reading the negative reviews. my husband and I have been going to Dr Choe for a little over 2 years and we've never had any major issues. Dr Choe is an excellent dentist. We have no complaints, and while the receptionist does seem to have bad days from time to time she has never, in our experience, been disrespectful. We love and appreciate them! I'd recommend.

The secretary is unresoursrfil and has horrible customer service manners. As I was trying to make an appointment I heard her huffing and puffing through the phone various times. When I called back to confirm my appointment, she neither confirmed or declined it, she simply stated ok 3 times and hung up. When I arrived at the location, I called once again to confirm my access into the building (since there were 3 locations using the same building number), she once again took a deep breath and blew it through the phone before she aided me.

Prior to the date of the appointment I specifically told her what treatment I needed, and she replied to me that it was scaling and that as long as I get a copy of an X-ray, it would be performed that day. This was a total lie, the dentist was not able to service me at all, he stated that he does not practice that type of treatment. This was a waste of my time, plus the secretary never took any responsibility for giving me the wrong information, or excused herself for The unnecessary disrespectful gestures she made.

Patients beware! The staff at the front desk have know knowledge of the insurance plans. They are giving false information about your insurance and the procedures they are doing so they can collect co-pays from patient like "the dentistry is not in network with your insurance" and they will not refund you just make up another excuse to keep your money. Beware when you have a co-pay call you insurance and check out what they are saying before you complete your visit.

And by the way the five star reviews on here are from the front desk staff. I wish I listened to yelp and other people when they told me about this place. Will never be back!

I've been going to Dr. Choe's office for the past year. I have a fear of dentists, but Dr. Choe is very gentle and highly qualified. The staff could be friendlier but they are still professional. All that matters is that Dr. Choe is highly competent and I trust him implicitly.

I had an emergency root canal done last week and dr choe was able to see me on the same day that I called. He has very light hands and the procedure was not painful. I got a crown too and it fits well. He is an excellent dentist. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Choe ever since he opened the office many years ago. He has taken good care of my teeth, I even had whitening done and paid out of pocket. I went there initially because another dentist told me I needed a root canal, it has been several years now and I still never had to get the root canal. Dr. Choe is courteous, honest, professional and warm. I recommend this dentist very highly, and I am in the health care business.

Chris Choe DMD is amazing. I have had two appointments so far. I had 3 fillings with local anesthetic, and I had no pain at all. Even the shots barely hurt (I had 3 of them). I highly recommend. He does all the work himself, the office is quiet and clean, and he has state of the art technology. I'm so glad I got his flyer in the mail.
