My family has used Dr. Frame's services for nearly 20 years. The practice consistently has provided excellent services. Dr. Frame is an exceptional diagnostician, and his staff has been very loyal to the practice. The office is very modern and clean.

May 2022 Mom is in pain. Not good. Another bad tooth. Getting 'older' is painful. Dr. Frame's staff was able to get us in promptly. And resolve the issue. Mom sends her most grateful thanks to the Dr. Frame team. And I, the son, driver, care taker, bottlewasher really appreciate everyone at the office. My wife and her 97-year mom are long-time patients. But today, I am posting for the first time as a few days ago my mom had an urgent care need. I called, and we were in - That easy. Well, not completely as my mom is in a wheelchair, which didn't matter as their new dental offices with ample parking made this easy. As did the staff. And a root canal later, the pain was relieved.

I did not know Dr. Frame could perform such procedures. Now I know there are different types of root canals. Mom is happy, we are happy, so I am finally posting a long overdue recommendation, with 5 stars. Thank you, Julie for getting us in so quickly. I am Mike Angles of west San Jose.

New to the area and Dr Frame has exceeded my expectations. Finding a dentist you like can be a challenge when you move. My dental hygienist is also quite the gem. Overall great practice.

I've been looking for an honest and caring dentist for quite some time now. Finally found him! Dr. Frame is a great dentist and a great guy, very patient with me as I'm not the greatest patient due to jaw issues. Dental chairs have massagers and I get the TV remote : Check him out. Julie is great too!

I really enjoy my visit at Dr. Frame's dental office. I have been going to his office for 15+ years now and I can't wait to bring my daughter to the office and experience the joy I have and the nice bright smile that I now have. The staff always makes me feel so welcome with their bright smiles as well as always asking if I am comfortable and how I am doing.

Always a great personal experience visiting the office of Dr. Frame! As challenging it can be at times for any dental patient needing care, their team of professionals from the front desk, on to the hygienist, through Dr Frame, always makes me feel welcomed and received like family. I appreciate their hospitality from the customized music I enjoy, to being attentive to any bit of discomfort I may feel through the dental process.

Had a routine cleaning at Dr. Frame's office on Friday last. As always it was a very positive experience. Belen, my hygienist, is wonderful and very thorough. The front office staff are always welcoming and friendly and Dr. Frame does excellent work. I actually enjoy my dentist visits! And I would definitely recommend Dr. Frame's practice.

I had very comfortable tooth extraction yesterday. Shout out to my dentist Dr Allan Frames who explained to me what's going on during the procedure. I felt so relax until the procedure is done. No bruising, No swelling and the pain is tolerable that i didn't even take the prescribe pain medication. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much to all of you

Am always nervous when visiting a dentist due to childhood phobias of the drilling and such. This was my first visit to Dr. Alan Frame's dentist office which was highly recommended by a very good friend. A friend who's never failed me in all of his recommendations. True enough my very good friend again comes through. The dentist visit went extremely well. Dr. Alan and his staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The dental work done was painless which included a root canal, etc. I, highly recommend Dr. Alan Frame for anyone looking for a dentist

I've been going to Dr Frame since I was a kid. The staff and Dr Frame are always so kind and welcoming. Today they were able to fit me in last minute for some jaw pain I was having. They always go above and beyond!

One of my biggest fears in the dentist, but I actually trust Alan Frame's office. It is the nicest facility I have seen, they are very professional, and have very updated equipment. I will not go to another dentist anymore. I also love my dental hygienist, Belin. They call to follow-up and are very communicative.

I come from a family of dentists. It took me awhile to find one I liked after my family members no longer practiced. Dr. Frame is always very attentive and listens. My last visit was for a cleaning and his excellent hygienist found a chipped molar. Dr. Frame fixed the molar without any discomfort. My bite is spot on. I highly recommend him and his whole team, especially Julie who is amazing with customer care and support.

The receptionist at Dr Frame is very incompetent. I've been going to Dr Frame for aligners and somehow the receptionist happen to give me clinical advise regarding the aligners. I asked about the active aligners and she only give hand wavy answers, claiming that she is also clinical capable to give me answers. Clearly the aligners have labels that indicate which one is active and which ones are passive.

She was not able to articulate which is which, neither provide clinical answer regarding the process. Furthermore, my husband and I have been going to Dr Frame and we always have issues with the receptionist, either she can be polite to answer our questions or she feels entitled to give clinical advise. I highly recommend Dr Frame to get a better receptionist or more capable staff. Dr Frame most of the time don't see me when I got for the aligners, so I can't talk about it. We are looking for a different dentist.

I needed to find a new dentist in my area since my dentist had retired. I relied on Yelp to steer me to a new dentist. Dr. Frame and his staff are friendly. It seems to me they were constantly trying to upsell me to get more and more work done. In fact, Dr. Frame told me that the reason I have vertical lines in my front teeth is from crowding, so I would buy invisalign.

I since found out they were caused from wearing braces many years ago and they are not cracks. My big concern is their billing is a mess. If I had not checked with my insurance provider, I would have overpaid by hundreds of dollars. I just now got my remaining balance sorted out, just $55. This has been going on since February. If you decide to work with Dr. Frame, be sure to double check your insurance and what you owe.

This is my 2nd review of Alan L. Frame, DDS I was sitting on my couch and eating lunch when i unexpectedly chipped my FRONT TOOTH. I was not in any pain and no nerves were exposed. I immediately called to set an appointment to fix it. Julie set me up with an appointment the next day. Super great customer service. The next day I was received by Belen remembered me and welcomed me back. April brought me her station and she also remembered me and we had a pleasant chat asI was sitting in the massage chair and Netflix was put on for me (again, AMAZING customer service). I was in and out of the office within 45 minutes and the experience was great overall. I ALWAYS recommend Dr. Frame to all of my co workers and friends.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a VERY long time due to a bad experience I had pulling my molars. My boyfriend recommended me to Alan Frame DDS and I could not be more happy. Belen warmly greeted me when I walked in and was able to calm my nerves. She did a thorough cleaning and was very gentle, explaining everything she was doing. Bonus points for having chairs that give you a light massage while getting worked on! Alan was very informative, with good bedside manner and gave me a great plan of care that I will finally be able to endure without feeling anxious. Thanks guys!

Dr Frame is the nicest dentist I have ever had. He is accommodating, kind and makes sure you are well taken care of. You get to watch your favorite shows or hear him talk about fascinating topics while he's working on your teeth. He has a beautiful office with kind and professional staff who always glad to assist with questions. I highly recommend Dr Frame!

Fantastic dentist, and office. I just had my teeth cleaned during covid, and felt very safe because apart from all the regular safety procedures, each station is located in a room with a door, and has a HEPA filter; you are nowhere near other patients. Dr. Frame and his team did an amazing job making me feel safe, and of course, the cleaning was excellent as always.

I've been going to Dr. Frame for a very long time and have always been taken care of. Especially during this time, they have gone out of their way to get me in and out for cleanings while taking the safety precautions needed. Always done in a timely manner and the staff is consistently so sweet and helpful. They take cleanliness very seriously, which makes me feel safe in their care. Julie is one of my favorites, always happy to be greeted by her!

I just can't thank Julie the office manager and Dr. Frame for their quick and caring response to an emergency that I had with my daughter, it was after 8 pm, I called the office and got a response from Julie immediately, they were both on stand by as I was in the emergency room to see if I had to bring my daughter in to try and save a tooth Luckily I didn't need to bring her in that night, but was at the office the next morning.

I appreciate the quick response and the sincere concern they both had, the willingness to drop what they were doing if they needed to, to meet me at the office, that's what I call dedication and customer service. Thank you Dr. Frame and your wonderful team

Alan is a fantastic dentist, and everyone who works here is also top-notch. I've been a patient here for over ten years (and I bring my kids here), and have never had a complaint. Alan is also wonderful if he to give a shot for a filling -- you may not even feel the needle.

I'm 8 weeks in with my Invisalign treatment and have been very impressed with Dr. Frame's office. His office staff is very efficient (shout out to his office manager, Julie!) and Dr. Frame is awesome. He has top of the line equipment and an excellent staff that is uber efficient and really friendly. Two of my colleagues recommended me to Dr. Frame; I'm glad they did!

Highly recommend Dr. Frame! From the start the young ladies at the front desk were very professional! Very welcoming and a lot of energy. After a very short wait time they brought me back to the room where I was going to be getting my teeth cleaned and after my initial inspection they informed me it would be a few minutes before I could get my Botox shots which I didn't have a problem with.

Instead of me sitting there on my phone they handed me the remote to the tv and I was watching Netflix passing the time which was very cool. Lastly for my Botox shots, the previous dentist I went to decided to go deep sea fishing in my cheek with the large needle full of Botox causing me to pass out. Dr. Frame was very gentle and I barely even felt the needle. Quick, easy, and painless! Like I said before highly recommend this place for all ages!

The office didn't communicate with me about the treatment plan and price after insurance before deep cleaning. We ended up with huge bill and spent a lot of time to claim.

Friendly staff, beautiful office and a welcoming experience. Everyone explains things in detail, doesn't have a problem clarifying and helps me feel at ease and informed when I make a decision. Been a patient for almost 2 years now and I can say I've found my dentist. Dr frames friendly and genuine, he goes the extra step to make it feel personal and like he cares. I highly recommend this dentist office and actively mention it to friends and co workers who are in need of dental work and cleanings.

I hate to spoil the pot but here are my thoughts: Pros: * Enjoyed working with the Office Manager - top notch at her job. * Loved the outcome with the personable Hygienist, "oh so clean" thank you. * The updated office/equipment is special. The bathroom is so roomy and has those grab bars to assist those in need. Cons: (Something I should feel positive about but sadly I do not) * The Dentist (Dr. Frame) is in one word, arrogant. He spoiled the entire experience.(You might listen to the other negative experiences, as I wish I did) Next.

Dr. Frame is the best. He and his staff are always so nice and always see me right on time. I never have to spend time in the waiting room past my appointment start time. Their office is always clean and well kept. Each chair softly massages your back while you're getting your work done and there's a personal TV where you can watch whatever you want on Netflix. It even swivels to the ceiling when they lean your chair back so you can still watch. It makes going to the dentist completely bearable.

Dr. Frame is the best, not only for his expertise but also for his great rapport with his customers. I had a sizable gap in between my two upper front teeth. I was told before by other dentists that Invisalign would not work for me. Dr. Frame made it work. I had the Invisalign for less than a year. The gap is completely gone. Also, He has a great sense of humor that is the relaxant you need while laying on that dentistry chair.

I had my baby boy with me who started crying. Dr. Frame's fatherly side kicked in. He was patient and understanding. His humor helped calm my mommy nerves. He had one of his employees, Julie, come tend to my baby. How gracious. It felt like he was working with me as a team to make the visit less unnerving and me less embarrassed. That was just a bonus for doing business with him.

OMG! Laser dentistry who knew! Today I needed an old filling replaced. Dr. Frame suggested using the laser. No shots, no drill and you are ready to eat immediately after! I was skeptical but the experience was so painless and took only about 10 minutes start to finish. So happy!

The office didn't communicate with me about the side effect of zoom teeth whitening. I end up with 1st degree burn ( diagnosis from Palo Alto Medical Center ) that last for 2 weeks. It was painful and I was on liquid food for at least 3 days. Dr and staff are nice but I won't be returning for the service.

I searched yelp for a dentist because i was in pain. Molar.i called in on Tues, and was seen Weds. Dr. Frame office accomodated me quickly. I went in and the office was amazing looking. The front desk was efficient and friendly. I filled out my info on an ipad. Totally easy. Dr. Frame assisting nurse was great. Dr himself was pleasant and reassuring.

I hadnt been to a dentist in 3yrs. I had the molar extracted. Totally painless. The nurse gave me instructions on aftercare and front desk set my followup.i dont know about pricing because when you're in pain, there is no price for help. i have found a wonderful dental office. My family will be joining me at this office. Im a Santa Clara native born and bred and recommend anyone from the area to put ur dental needs in Dr. Frame's care. Thank you Dr. And office staff.
