During this pandemic, it is so important to find a dental office that observes all safety precautions. With all the excellent reviews for Dr. Lee's and Dr. Lum's practice, I've actually been meaning to make an appointment for a while now. BEST. DECISION. EVER. Firstly, their safety protocol is impeccable. We first call the receptionist when we arrive in the parking lot.

Once the room is ready, we can enter the modern building. A friendly front office staff welcomed me, and took my temperature. There was abundant hand sanitizer at the door. Each operatory is private, and so spacious. Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I like his honest and non-aggressive approach while doing the clinical exam. The perio probing that Dr. Lee performed was the most gentle that I've ever felt. Dr. Lee did a very comfortable and thorough cleaning.

Toward the end, the experienced RDA wrapped up with the coronal polishing and fluoride application. From seamless scheduling to superb dental care, no other office even comes close to the amazing practice of Drs. Lee and Lum!

The dental hygienist, Agnes, is truly a treasure. She is so thorough and so kind. I'm the kind of person who is normally pretty anxious about dental check-up's and procedures, but she makes it easy. She did such a good job on my deep cleaning, and was so knowledgeable/helpful!

I have had the pleasure of being a patient for years and if I could post 10 stars I would. The service, professionalism and just being an awesome dental office keeps me coming back.

I have been going to this practice since I moved to California, and they are wonderful. The office staff are always super friendly, accommodating and professional. By chance, I've seen almost every doctor in the practice and most of the hygienists, and they are all excellent. I've been to have my teeth cleaned post-covid, and their safety protocols are appropriately serious. I highly recommend this practice.

The best dentist experience around. I even drive from SF now, to Cupertino, just to work with them.

Had an initial 6 month cleaning here and they were wonderful. Agnes (dental hygienist) was gentle and spoke with me on how to keep my gums healthy, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Dr. Lum went over my plan of care, very personable easy to talk to. The receptionist even looked up how much a night guard would be with my insurance without having to ask, and there was no pressure to get additional services, etc. Highly recommend them! Looking forward to my next visit.

I have been seeing Dr. Jensen, Dr. Lee and Dr Lum for 12 years. They are a fantastic group. Dr. Lum is excellent. I came early for my appointment after a root canal and he saw me early. He explained all procedures thoroughly. Chelsea is great and caring and gave me helpful instructions on my care.

Always been a pleasant experience. They don't upsell you on the things you don't need too.

I had a pleasant experience at this dental office. Punctual and professional. They were able to work with my schedule and the entire process of my cleaning was very time efficient.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lum's for almost 2 years now and look forward to seeing him. Dr. Lum is very practical and gives it to you straight about what needs to be done versus what isn't necessary, which I appreciate ALOT since I feel like not a lot of places are willing to be honest. At my first visit, I remember Dr. thoroughly assessed my teeth and gave me advice on how to improve my weak spots in brushing that I think helped reduced the amount of plaque development.

In addition, the quality of his dental work is good, I've had cavities fixed, mouthguard made, and cleanings done here and have never experienced a complication. The front office staff here is also super nice and was able to figure out my insurance benefits easily. Getting to the office is a little tricky but once you are there parking is abundant. Also the fact that they have Saturday hours helps tremendously for a young professional.

Thank you Dr. Gary Lum and his staff for making my husband's dental appointments a breeze. Front staff was super nice and his hygienist took the time to explain everything to him. If you're looking for a new dentist with quality honest dental work and friendly professional staff-give them a call!

Yelp does not disappoint. Clean, well kept dental office with the latest equipment (like that 360 degree rotating X-ray machine) and superb service. Comfortable dental chairs that you even has a massage feature that gently soothes your back during your visit here. Dr. Nguyen was professional, friendly and very receptive to my concerns and comments about my teeth along with past horror stories with dentist in the past. Everything from the exam/cleaning went extremely well and I'll definitely be back.

This is a much needed and overdue review. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Lee for all of our dental care for over ten years now. Even when they changed their office location, we moved with them because we always get quality and friendly care with every visit. His office staff are very friendly and work with our schedule to get us in to be seen. We've done cleaning, fillings, teeth whitening, night guards and have been satisfied with our results! Dr. Lee is very very gentle and knowledgeable(we have very sensitive teeth) and his dental hygienists who have worked on us have been excellent as well. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. Office is very nice and clean!

As a young professional in the Bay Area, I'm very picky and have high expectations. I've been on the hunt for a trustworthy dentist ever since I moved back to the Bay Area. After much searching I'm happy to say I've finally found a place where I can call home! Drs. Arnel Lee and Gary Lum are kind, approachable, gentle, honest, and the best at their trade.

Every step from checking into my appointment, to billing, to cleanings and fillings have been seamless and effortless. The front desk is organized and polite. The office is clean. My hygienist, Agnes, makes my biannual checkups extremely memorable. She never oversells products that I don't need and most importantly, she cares. It's comforting to know that you're treated as family here and not just another patient walking through the door.

The goodie bag that you leave with after each cleaning is filled with the best products. The plaksmacker toothbrush is incredibly soft and easy on my gums. I went and bought my own personal supply of them because they are easily the best toothbrushes I've ever used! This office won't skimp on cheap materials, they'll only use the best on you.

The service and care that I've received here have been nothing short of spectacular! I highly recommend Drs. Lee and Lum! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my teeth. I can't wait for my next appointment in six months!

Great doctors, friendly staff, and clean/organized office - that's my experience every time I visit this dentist office. The wait is usually no longer than ten minutes, and when I go in, the hygenist and dentists are always friendly, gentle, efficient, and thorough. Also, I always forget to make an appointment for the next visit and they're airways so nice about reminding me!

Moved recently and had to change my dentist. Someone suggested this place so decided to try out. I know every business has a designated boogeyman that they like to point to & milk customers. It's parvo virus for veterinarians and wisdom teeth for dentists. Dr Lee wasn't an exception. I was his new patient and he spent no time asking any questions which was odd.

I doubted if it was just me so I asked my wife who had an earlier appointment and she thought the same. The thing that pissed me off was that Dr didn't seem to have read my xray file when he suggested I remove lower wisdom teeth from both sides. I already had removed my left ones and corrected him. He tried saving face with some rambling about removing lower part of already removed tooth.

Staff was cordial and their equipment seemed top notch so not giving one star. Plus all other reviews seem to be all praise for this place so I am not sure if it was just a busy/bad day for the Dr. but I want to register my subpar experience.

Awesome service and doctors (and assistant). I highly recommend this clinic. I had pain and I didn't understand from where is going - doctor fixed it and she didn't do anything superfluous (I mean some doctors in other clinics just want charge from you extra money for superfluous service, but not here). Very careful, knowledgeable, I didn't feel any discomfort during procedure. Thank you very much!

Drs. Lum and Lee are extremely straightforward, easygoing dentists, and have taken care to explain whatever issues I've had clearly and effectively. Their dental assistants, who do most of the cleanings, are also super sweet and reassuring. Drs. Lum and Lee were the first dentists I turned to when I moved to the South Bay years ago, and when they were based in Santa Clara as "Central Park Dental." I've stuck with them after moving around the South Bay a couple of times (often in different directions from where they ultimately moved their practice, here to Cupertino) and even after moving to Oakland, because they understand my issues and are so dependable and reliable. Highly recommended if you live or work in the nearby area.

The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and comfortable environment. It is a bit of a drive for me since I am coming from Oakland, but it is well worth it. Parking is easy. Wait time is minimal to none. Highly recommended!

I've seen Dr. Gary Lum for many years. He's an exceptional dentist. He's honest, friendly, affordable and thorough. I highly recommend his services.

I started seeing Dr. Gary Lum last year. First time since college since anyone has looked into my mouth, which I know would be a disaster. I expected any dentist who saw me to lecture me on what an idiot I was for not seeing a dentist for my obvious cavities for over 5 years. However, I was pleasantly surprised with Dr. Lum's attitude. He took a more "motivating, " rather than "lecturing" stance and told me what I can do to improve my situation in the future. After going through a couple of appointments of fills, I've been cavity free for over a year now!
