I have been a Willowbend patient for over a decade. The new office staff does not care to retain clients. They sent a customer appreciation promotion but would not honor it! When I asked to speak to the manager she was either "out of the office" or "in a meeting". The receptionist did not even care when I told her I would be sharing my experience on social media. They do not care about your business so take it elsewhere! Trust me.

Going to the dentist has always caused me anxiety due to the anticipation of pain; the sounds of drills and the amount of time spent. I had a wonderful experience this morning! Dr. Mumaiz and Bre made me extremely comfortable, allowed me listen to Drake during the worst part, and really did a phenomenal job on my temporary crown - it looks GREAT! I'm beyond grateful to have such an amazing dentist with a fantastic team!

I have hated dental visits for as long as I can remember, but not anymore! This is the greatest dental experience I've ever had. From the front of the office, to the amazing and fun hygienists, to the doctor's, and even the financial department - all of it is truly incredible. I could not recommend this office enough. Absolutely phenomenal. Greatest dental office in the DFW area!

They did a great job making me feel comfortable, and helped me be able to afford the procedure that need to be done with out insurance. I haven't went to a dentist in long time because of fear. So I think after meeting them for the first time, they changed my point of view. Definitely will be going back!.

I have sooo many good things to say about Willowbend Dental. The staff is always inviting and personable beginning with the front desk to the hygienists and beyond. My hygienist Cheryl has truly become family to me! She checks on me if I am behind schedule or if I miss an appointment and she always make me look like I have had a million dollars worth of work done to my teeth!

I am new to the Dallas area and wasn't sure where was the best place for me to go for my cleaning. I ended up choosing another dental office and didn't have a very good experience, so I decided to try out Willow Bend Dental. Right away I had a much better feeling in the office and the workers. Glad I found them. They are so polite and helped me with what I needed done.
