Dr. Glynn and his assistant were very positive and reassuring during my procedure. Dr. Glynn took time to explain why and what he was doing during the various steps in the procedure.

I had a very pleasant experience at Dental Alternatives. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had a very comprehensive exam along with more ex-rays than I have EVER had in a dentist office. The amount quoted to me for the humongous job of getting my teeth up to snuff, I feel, is reasonable. It's all good.

A crown came loose last night and Dental Alternatives took me in and fixed it immediately this morning at 8AM. Great customer service! I was pleasantly surprised with their concern and with their urgency.

This happened a few months ago and I've been meaning to write this. When I say I had the worst toothache I've ever had in my life. It was unbearable. I needed an emergency root canal done right away because the inflammation felt like my tooth was about to pop out of my head and he actually squeezed me in that day to drain it in an already super booked day to help me.

My heart goes out to him for doing that. I had instant relief and cried when I got out to my boyfriend's truck. I was that happy, I cried just pure relief. I was exhausted from the pain and sleepless night and he took it away instantly. No where else would take me in. He did an absolute beautiful job on my tooth too! The girls were all sweethearts in there also. Dr. Glynn is an angel. Highly recommend!

Dr. Glynn and his staff are excellent with kids and adults alike. Very conscientious, caring, accommodating and informed. They are cery good at educating you around the importance of oral hygiene and how you can improve your own without lecturing. I recommend this practice to anyone!

They were able to get me in same day for a dental emergency. Everyone in the office was just so friendly and really took a lot of the anxiety of a dentist visit away. Dr Glynn was so professional and explained everything to a T. Will definitely return

Dr. Glynn is the best dentist I've ever had. Very thorough at explaining medical decisions, answers all my questions, does phenomenal work. When he checked on me the next day after doing a lot of dental work I was in no pain. I'm very impressed by his level of skill.

I started going to Dental Alternatives a couple years ago because I wanted to get my fillings replaced due to the mercury I felt was being released into my system. I was and still am impressed with their professionalism and personal interest they have taken with me. Everyone is very kind and even offered me a blanket today when I was getting my cleaning! Also, Dr Glynn is the best! I recommend and trust him completely.

Karin was an Artist replacing an old filling that had fallen out. It fell out in the morning I called I had an appointment at 11 I was out of the office at 12 o'clock with a new filling fast courteous and enjoyable.

I went in for a cleaning and Lisa was professional and nice. She told me about how to keep a healthy mouth. The dentist came in and checked my teeth to look for any decay. Both were personable and professional. I even received a toothbrush, floss and samples of toothpaste as my parting gift. Thanks all.

I would definitely recommend Dental Alternatives to everyone. They are very caring and professional. They truly take pride in their work and are very compassionate.

I've been going here for years and I love the practice. They staff is great and Dr. Glenn did a great job on my crown this Summer. Even though the crown didn't fit right the first time around, he was up front about it and I appreciated that an "ok" fit wasn't good enough for him. The crown was sent back and fixed and fit perfectly.

My experience at Dental Alternatives has been above & beyond. They are very personable & friendly. They express genuine concern for the well-being of their patients. They have great communication. If it were not for having to hold my mouth wide open the whole time I may could have fallen asleep in the chair while getting a root canal. They make you feel that comfortable. Hands down the best in Columbus.

Before meeting Dr. Delano, I'd been to a number of dentists and had trouble being able to afford dental care. Dr. D was able to get my teeth fixed in phases that allowed me to budget for it. He is the best. thing that has ever happened to my smile. Dr. Delano is gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and uses practices that I wish my past dentists had used on me.

As far as dentists go, far and away the best customer service I've ever experienced. They are SO friendly and personable, and it has been wonderful getting to meet each and every person on their staff. I highly recommend them to my friends and family any chance I get
