The staff that does the dental work is super. Ice, but they are definitely a price gouging shop. They are very expensive to begin with, and their financial folks are trained to do whatever it takes to try to get you to avoid using your insurance, as they don't want to take the markdown most insurance companies negotiate, thereby lowering what the orthodontist can charge the patient/insurance. If I had the time, or couldn't afford it, I'd definitely go elsewhere.

My daughter and I have both been to Dr. Weaver for TMJ evaluations and treatments. I have been to doctors, dentists, and even other orthodontists about my clicking and locking jaw for years and had just given up. I finally called around again when my jaw had been locked open again for over a month and Dr. Jaw could get me in. He got it relaxed, assured me that wasn't always possible and sent me home to let it rest.
Then had me come back in and in moments had felt around and had me opening and closing without clicking, while putting pressure on certain spots of course. He recommended a specific kind of brace and I now wear it and things are great! He is amazing! Like I said when my daughter started having a similar problem I took her straight to Dr. Jaw right away! The office is always clean, the patients are always happy, the staff is so friendly and upbeat. I enjoy every single visit.

Dr. Robison was excellent. She was patient, honest and compassionate. This was my second time getting braces and I would do it again under her care. I appreciated her level of support and the amount of educational tips/information she would give me during my treatment process. Dr. Jaws Orthodontist is by far the best orthodontist office in Tucson.

Dr. Jaw is the bomb as far as I am concerned! 3 kids received their braces from Dr. Jaw. The staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Laura and Dr. Kyle are the kindest people you will meet. They take their time with each patient and make sure their teeth are doing just what they need to do to have that fabulous smile! Rosi the office manager is helpful and soft spoken and knows the business inside and out.

We went there for the first time, yesterday. Dr. Rabe was super clear about the treatment plan he will be doing on my son. He was great with my kiddo and made him feel comfortable. This is just a so so place with some really big staff issues. They incentivize good reviews so beware that what you are seeing isn't the full picture. It is the fast food joint of orthodontics with some incredibly rude dental techs. They also have no attention to detail and make mistakes constantly. Brackets on wrong, glue left on teeth, wires sticking out. They don't care they want you in an out as fast as possible. And they don't respond if you email questions or concerns.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Dr. Jaw is the best orthodontist in Tucson and maybe even the nation. He and his team were immediately responsive and extremely helpful in assisting my best friend; who's jaw was fractured from an unfortunate incident. He and I are beyond thankful and fortunate to have them at this time of need. Dr. Jaw and his team went above and beyond to treat my best friend. We really enjoy this office. My son's first appointment was an evaluation and that same day his braces were placed. The staff was amazing throughout the entire process. We've had a halt in the services thanks to covid but their process seems great. Not too happy that I cant go to the back with my 11 year old, but we understand and trust he is in good hands. Friendly staff and Dr. Jaw is really awesome.

I am an RN that studied systems processes, which is about efficiency &, as result, greater effectiveness in healthcare. I worked as a case manager & community liaison, visiting numerous practices & healthcare organizations. Missed communications & documentation errors/omissions are responsible for a large percentage of poor outcomes in patient care. Dr Jaw's office is THE MOST ORGANIZED & EFFICIENT office I have ever been in.

Dr. Jaw is the best in town! They're so friendly, caring and nice. I feel at home whenever I come here. The doctor always makes sure to spend some time with me and his staff remembers my name each time I visit. I love the facilities, the amenities and the overall atmosphere. This is high quality care for a great price!

My two children have just finished up their treatment. It's taken several years, but the results are excellent. The office is *very* organized and all the staff, techs, and doctors are friendly, patient and professional. I highly recommend them. The office waiting area is clean, large and comfortable with an oversize tv displaying movies. There are game modules for kids in addition to magazines, coffee, water and wifi that make the wait more pleasant.

This is the best dentist my daughter is getting her braces and we choose Dr.jaws because it looked like a kid friendly dentist and she was so entertain there and the motivated her not to brake a single bracket when she has them this is the best place I will always recommend Dr.jaws! I am new to up in reviewing but now that I have a chance I'm going to hit all the terrible doctors and dentists that have done me wrong here in Tucson. First is years ago dr. Weaver, dentist. He also lied to me and gave me a phony treatment plan that did not even work. I finally went to an another dentist who confirmed with me that dr. Weaver was lying about his plan that would straighten my teeth. This other dentist actually tip the braces off and fixed my problem in one visit. Stay away from dr. Weaver who is not honest.

I do not know why anyone would go anywhere else for orthodontia. As an adult, I can report that the staff is professional and fun. My issues will be fully addressed and I am confident in the result. If you have children, it's almost like taking your kids to Disneyland -- they will look forward to their visit.

So far, so good! My 9 yr-old loves coming here and the employees and atmosphere are positively charged! The point system is a good incentive for the patients to adhere to the instructions of the dental team while working towards a gift item. Today my daughter had her first apt with Dr. Jaw, it went great. Everyone was so friendly and the dental assistants explained to my daughter everything that they planned on doing at her apt. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jaw and the awesome staff. I love the points system they do to help kids stay motivated with taking care of their teeth/braces.

I've been with Dr. Jaw since I was in 6th grade, I am now a senior and can say that I love it. The people are so nice, and they really care about their clients. They make an effort to know me personally. I feel very comfortable when I go there and you can tell how much they make an effort to provide the best service they can. Everything is simple and quick, they always work around your schedule. I can honestly say I'm enjoying my new teeth.

Everyone here is friendly and kind. My son was in tears and they were patient and understanding. My son calmed down and left with a smile on his face. They have a points rewards program that motivates children to take care of their teeth. Overall I think orthodontics has come a long way since the 80's.
