I always have a great experience at Inman Park Dentistry. The staff is very friendly while my dental assistant is extremely professional and competent. Dr. Rodriguez was attentive to my concerns and gave me an additional appointment to check on something he saw when doing his exam. So I give everyone 5 stars!

Say they are not taking new patients but reviews show people having their first appointment. So what is it? 6/8/22. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars due to Dr Rodriguez's courteous response, however, his staff is not educated on his policy of new patients and I was clearly told this morning they were not taking new patients. I even mentioned I saw a review on here that someone wrote they had come there for the first time less than a month ago.

She clearly said they were not taking new patients after that. And no mention of they are but 4-5 months out. That would have been ok with me. Disappointed in the staff but content with the doctors response. I have already found another dentist who is taking new patients locally and wish you the best of luck with finding and educating staff on your new patient policies.

I have been going to Inman Park Dentistry since I moved to Atlanta in 2010. Always great service and fair prices.

Had my first visit today. I live close by and arriving in ~20 min via belt-line trail was a breeze. The location of the Dentistry is spot on. That being said from the first time I got in contact with Inman Park Dentistry over phone to the appointment itself the experience has been nothing less than 5 star. I think I've found myself a place which I can rely on and use on regular basis whilst in Atlanta area.

Someday I have a dream of leaving a review as a patient. I have lived two blocks from this dentist for five years, and they have never accepted new patients the whole time I have lived around the corner. No wait list; no process to become a new patient. Maybe after ten years I will have a shot.

Incredible staff and great service. I have been going here for years and Dr. Rodriguez is fantastic. I have had a couple emergencies and they were able to see me without hesitation. This will be my dentist in Atlanta for as long as I am here!

I'm never disappointed with the care and treatment I receive here. The entire staff is professional, friendly and kind. My hygienist, Frankie gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. Highly recommend!

I recently relocated to Atlanta, GA, and I was referred to this practice by a close friend. Special thanks to Dr. Alex Rodriguez, who along with his associate Dr. Megan Butler and very proficient staff, provided me excellent dental care services. Linda and Tamara brightened my day and smile!

They stay busy and booked but they're worth it so far. My last cleaning was the best of my life. Seriously. Thorough and efficient and done with a lot of care and attention. They were great at correcting issues my husband and I both had with 19th Street Dental.

Inman Park Dentistry is always a great experience. Repeatedly I've had a minor dental emergency and they always saw me within 24 hours and usually the same day. I can walk in knowing it won't be an unpleasant experience and it is always great. The knowledge and care is better than I've ever experienced. I can't recommend them more highly.

Everyone in this office is friendly and skilled. Laura did a gentle but thorough job of cleaning and assessing my teeth and gums followed by a thoughtful review of my X-rays and mouth health by Dr. Rodriguez. I have found my new favorite dentist.

Solid dental practice. Dr Rodriguez has been caring for me teeth for several years. He tends to be more conservative on, for example, if and when to replace aging fillings. I have a high level of confidence in the practice.

This is a great dentist's office. Dr. Butler is awesome and the staff here are accommodating, friendly, and professional. Scheduling is always a breeze. The care I get when I go in is always top notch. Street parking is easy and free. If you're looking for a fantastic dentist in town, this is the one to go to.

One of the best experiences I've had at the dentists office. I'm new to Atlanta and hadn't yet found a dentist to go to - but was worried about dental pain I'd been experiencing and needed to call someone. I read Inman Park's reviews on here and decided they seemed like my best bet. I called yesterday morning and got an emergency appointment within that hour - they made space for me to take Xrays and then were able to fit me in for a cleaning after someone didn't make it to their appointment. Honestly - kindest dentistal office I've been to - they actually take the time to tell you what's going on and have no problem explaining or answering questions. Thank you Inman Park Dentistry!

Re-scheduling was needed and effortlessly accommodated. Dr. Butler and her excellent hygienist/tech were very efficient in preparing my broken molar for a crown--the 'hard part' is behind me and I am very comfortable. Crown will be installed in two weeks, which should be the easy part.

After shuttling around various dentists in the Atlanta metro area, IPD is unequivocally the most professional, efficient, and thorough dental practice that I've been a patient of.

Friendly staff, great service, conveniently located. Dr. Rodriguez is super personable. They're regularly booked up, so book early. Love that they offer a 7am appt, as well.

I've been going to this practice for over 5 years and the level of care and honest dentistry performed here is unlike anything I have experienced previously. Dr. Rodriguez and his staff will never try to up-sell any service unless deemed necessary for your oral health. Highly recommended! All of the hygienists are very kind and top-notch as well! They'll rip you off and try to bill you for services you didn't receive. Such as x-rays when you didn't even get x-rays. They'll also tell you one thing before your appointment and then bill you for far more than what they said. "You won't owe anything" after they checked our insurance turned into "$133.00".

My wife went in for a cleaning and after she gave them our insurance card. She told them I work in the film industry and the front desk said "oh that's delta dental". They knew exactly who we had and what our insurance was like. they also said "you don't owe anything". yet they choose to not tell us we were "out of network" until after the cleaning and sent us a bill for $300+. they also tried charging us for x-rays when my wife didn't even get x-rays.

They only care about their money. be careful when doing business with these people and double check everything or else you may be paying for a service that they did not provide you. After we told them they were trying to charge us for something we didn't get, they still charged us for the cleaning "after saying we wouldn't owe anything". $133 is not "nothing". Find another dentist.

I am so grateful to the dentist and Inman Park Dentistry. They SAVED me from an extraordinarily painful situation that was exacerbated by another dentist's lack of care. They went out of their way for me and I wasn't even their patient yet. And when I actually went in for an office visit Dr. Megan was kind and caring. Lead dental assistant Leslie is remarkably knowledgeable and caring. I cannot say enough good things about this practice.

I've been seeing Dr. Rodriguez for years. Him and this practice are amazing. I started going as a referral 6 years ago and haven't stopped since. I've had the same cleaning technician every single visit, which is great to me because I feel more of a connection with her (versus going to someone new every visit - if I did that, I wouldn't really know anyone).

The office has switched dentist once or twice but I expect that. Even with dentist departures and arrivals, Dr. Rodriguez has been a steady constant. The office sends updates regularly, and did especially well during COVID. I did have to skip an appointment due to COVID, but when they opened again, they did not hesitate to reach out and get me rescheduled.

The staff is professional, friendly and always make my visits very comfortable. I never feel any discomfort when I leave and my hygienist is always very careful. Dr. Rodriguez always meets with me after each cleaning to discuss his observations and never pressures me to have any unnecessary services performed. This team makes going to the dentist a pleasure!

A patient for almost a decade.maybe over. Wonderful staff with zero turnover, which says a lot. Modern techniques/equipment. Clean office. Painfree cleanings - I swear! they use the newer water thing. Dr. Rodriguez is always personable and knows what he's doing. He doesn't push things. A lot of let's "keep an eye on that." Re-scheduling cleanings can be troublesome but I think that's par for the course with dentists. However, they have added new staff so that seems to be not as tricky as it once was. Very quick cleaning recently which appreciated during COVID - in and out. And, yes, all precautions are in place during the pandemic. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough positive things about this group. I have always had major fears about going to the dentist due to some bad experiences as a child. Dr. Rodriguez and his crew have helped me get over my phobia simply by being supportive, communicative and gentle. I've had several cleanings with them, a few crowns and an onlay. Every procedure went smoothly and I was surprised how little pain I felt. They explained everything as it was happening. They even have a recycling program for tooth brushes and empty toothpaste tubes! I highly recommend them!

I'm in Inman Park visiting my daughter from California and unfortunately cracked a tooth in a restaurant this weekend. I didn't want to wait to go back to California to get it fixed so went to Inman Park Dentistry for the first time. Now I understand what they mean by Southern Hospitality! Everyone and I mean everyone in this office deserves ten stars.

I was seen promptly and Dr. Butler was very professional and very kind. Don't even hesitate for a moment to call them if you are looking for a dentist. I may have to make a couple extra trips to Atlanta just to see the dentist!

By far the best teeth cleaning I've ever had in my life If you like the 5star treatment this is definitely the place to be. The staff are incredibly, friendly, and funny.

I have been here a couple of times now and I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is here. The front desk ladies are welcoming, friendly and super helpful. The dental hygienists are phenomenal.quick, painless, informed, friendly and down to earth. The doctors are honest, friendly and real. We've been going to this dentistry office for years. Recently, the pushed my husband in to getting root scaling- they said they had sent all appropriate paperwork to our insurance company. We started receiving a bill for roughly $240. Every time I called, I was told that they were going to work with the insurance company and that it should be. covered.

Fast forward, I start receiving the same bill with 30 days late, 60 days late- I called each time and was assured that it was a form letter and this would never be sent to collections. I also was assured that if insurance didn't cover it, the office would write it off. That's been well over a year ago. Today, December 1, we received a letter.

Not a good experience. I called to make an appointment and was told I would need to wait ~6 months, which is totally not viable. There was no offer to put me on a waiting list or try to work with me in any way.

I highly recommend and Thank Dr. Rodriguez and his staff for the absolute best dental experience I have ever had. From the moment I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by the friendly ladies up front, through X-rays and reassuring me about the fears I had for feeling pain during the procedure. The distraction of noise canceling headset and TV, enough numbing agent so I didn't feel anything. Both Dr. Rodriguez and his assistant are highly skilled and have a warm and reassuring presence. I can't thank you enough for the great experience.

I've been going to Dr Rodriguez for several years and the service never ceases to improve. Not only is this a small local business that is heavily involved in the community, the service is always stellar. Everyone from reception, to dental hygienists, to the dentist is very professional and patient. They're always using the latest tech and it's actually fun to go in for a visit (something I never thought I would say). Also, they provide excellent advice and education. Thanks so much to the team for being all around awesome and taking such great care of my teeth!

Dr McRee doesn't have the experience or expertise to do simple work. Front desk staff is nice but forced to push dental plans on customers. Hard to park

I have been a patient here for close to 6 years and truly have never had a bad experience. My cleanings are always gentle enough (although thorough) and any time I've had work done, the pain was always minimal. The staff treat you like friends and that makes all the difference. Dr. Rodriguez takes the time to walk through multiple scenarios and options for all procedures (emergency or elective) and I've never felt the pressure of an up-sell here. Client for life.

We choose Inman park dentistry initially because it was so darn close to our house. We are really happy our hate of driving worked out in our favor in this case. The people are here are extremely friendly and helpful. One of their best features is the 7 am appointments. I have never had to wait more then 10 minutes or so which is incredible. Ive had two different hygienists and both were thorough.

One thing I would like to note is how impressed I am about their accountability. I called in advance for my first appointment and gave them my insurance information. They reassured me that they accepted my insurance. When I got the bill and they found out that in fact they did not, they acknowledged it was a mistake and adjusted the bill. Not all dentists would do that.

The most amazing dentist I have ever been to. This place is conveniently located and has awesome hours (they open at 7 am- I can go to the dentist and be to work by 9!) Every time I call, the front staff are kind, professional and knowledgeable. The doctors are no different. They always are upfront about their (affordable) costs and plan of action. Love this place!
