After leaving my long time dentist office due to changes in quality service, I came to Walnut Creek. They are amazing. I love the app and the ability to do everything ahead of time. I love that I don't have to wait and they are always on time. Most importantly I love that they do a great job with me and my kids.

My first initial visit at this Dental facility was absolutely wonderful! Environment extremely clean love love.staff, exceptional! They make you feel so comfortable, by asking you if you would like anything to drink, I have never had any nice experience at any other Dental facility like I received at this one. Dr. Michael Pappas he was incredibly nice, makes one feel very relaxed and comfortable, especially since I was nervous my first time. When I left I was totally at ease. I LOVE this Dental Office! When you first walk in, Maria at the front desk is so welcoming and happy. It's refreshing. I really like her. My dentist is Dr. Whitaker and his assistant is Abby. I Love them! They have made some very painful experiences painless. They're gentle and stop immediately if anything hurts and approach care slowly so as to not jar you out of the dental chair.

They explain everything and make you feel very comfortable. The office is big and extremely clean but what I like the most is how incredibly accommodating they are! If you have an emergency or urgent problem, they get you right in. They can really accommodate needed appointment on any given day. They're really a great team! I highly recommend them. I travel from Dublin to see this office.

My experience was nothing short than magical. The staff was extremely friendly, the atmosphere was delightful, and I left with a sense of security that I made the right choice of chosen Walnut Creek Dental. I have every reason to believe that everyone there is capable of doing an amazing job, but I had the pleasure of working with Jenni (Jenny) who did my cleaning.

I've had cleanings at other offices and the experience has been painful and unpleasant. During our session, she kept checking pain level and overall just showed that she cared about my comfortability. I look forward to my two upcoming appointments

Had my first visit at Walnut Creek Dental for a routine cleaning and was very pleased with the experience. Mike, the hygienist came for me soon after I arrived and escorted me to an examining room. I was immediately impressed with how friendly he was and his willingness to spend time to get to know me and ask questions since I was a new patient. And he allowed just as much time for me to ask any questions I had.

I also liked the fact that he was so experienced as a hygienist and he offered helpful tips on how to maintain good oral hygiene. I was just as impressed with the lady dentist. Dr. Lydic?. who came to check my teeth and mouth. I was happy they were so thorough with my dental exam. I also was fitted for a night guard for clenching, and the young lady who did the molds was so delightful.

I'm sorry I don't know her name, but she was very friendly and personable. I am very particular when it comes to my dental care and choosing a dentist. I am happy to say that Walnut Creek Dental has met all of my expectations. I would highly recommend them. The office staff was also very friendly and efficient.

This place is awesome! My normal dentist office couldn't get me in as fast as I needed so I called them and they got me in the next morning! They explained pricing, (which was very reasonable) explained their steps one by one and got me exactly what I needed in less than 24hours! Highly recommend

The staff and dentists and hygienists were exceptional! They held my hand, provided me with options and walked me though the work I needed done and made sure I understood before beginning. I was very. VERY anxious about going to the dentist. I'm always terrified even when I'm just getting a cleaning and I was in tears. But they worked with me, explained everything and why, gave me options and it calmed me down a lot.

I am so happy and at peace with Walnut Creek Dental East because they took the time to make sure I was safe, and comfortable before they pushed care plans on me like some other places I've been. 10/10 Highly recommended! I just found my new family dentist! Forever. Prices are reasonable and transparent, Dental work is great and the genuine follow up phone call from the actual dentist that had half her hand in my mouth was a really nice touch. I will be back for sure. Thank you all!

I have had four crowns done in the last two months and each experience was amazingly painless and extremely done with care and efficiency. I highly recommend this group especially Dr. Lydic and her team. You never feel rushed and you always feel as if you are their only patient. A+ Excellent!

Quick and Easy Process. I was in excruciating pain the night before for an infection I had under my tooth. Walnut Creek Dental called me the next morning and I was able to set the appt that day. Got my tooth pulled and cleaned in the same day. It was amazing I'd recommend Walnut Creek to everyone.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a quality dentist and great customer service. Jenny was beyond amazing and made my visit phenomenal! She was so great that I requested her for all my future visits! Michael and Dr. Whittaker were also spectacular! Thank you Walnut Creek Dental! You deserve 10 stars!

As a new patient, I was very impressed with Walnut Creek Dental from start to finish of my my first appointment. I was treated very well for not seeing a dentist in almost two years. Everyone took their time and explained everything before and during the whole process. I felt very comfortable during my first appointment and was able to provide feedback and ask questions concerning the progression of my treatment.

My compliments to Dr. Brent Whittaker and all his dental staff, including the receptionists who took all of my phone calls and answered all of my questions prior to my first visit.

Went to Walnut Creek Dental for two crowns and it was great from the minute I walked in, to sitting down for the procedure. Dr. Mike was great, super personable and makes you feel at ease. The girls on the team really took care of me!

I couldn't wait to find time out my day to write about my experience overall here, 5 stars feels like an understatement. 10 stars is more like it. First off, I was in a boat load of pain and unfortunately had been turned away by multiple locations in my area due to the short staff and overbooking, when I first got ahold of this location they were able to pull me in THAT SAME DAY! Amazing.

Unfortunately I had to work and couldn't come. They offered me the next day and I took it. I was in disbelief that they were able to take me in less than 24 hours. When arrived I was greeted by such sweet front desk workers who were very helpful from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I had been pulled to the back and the dental assistant (unfortunately couldn't remember her name) was ever so kind and very patient.

The dentist (s) who also took care of me (don't remember their names) were amazing. I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. But what made me really feel better is that due to having severe anxiety while there just out of nervousness they took their time with me. Absolutely amazing. They allowed me to calm down and collect myself to continue with their care.

Even when I was experiencing cold sensitivity they stopped what they were doing to address it so I wouldn't be in any more pain throughout the procedure. They also talked to me throughout it to make sure I was doing okay. I cannot believe how amazing they did. Everyone there was phenomenal. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me! I cannot wait to come back there again!

I've been apprehensive about getting the dental work I need. Plus the embarrassment. When I went in and was called back I was greeted with a wonderful dental assistant, I hope I got her title right. But she was wonderful and showed compassion and concern. Throughout then entire time with her I felt more at ease and relaxed. When the dentist came in he was so calming with his voice.

During the exam I felt so much embarrassment but he was so uplifting and made me so relaxed. Then when options he didn't push the more expensive ones but said I would be better with one that was less expensive. What a wonderful group! Wish I could give the 10 stars!

Very professional and personal. I have been impressed by the receptionist, the assistant (Ray) and Dr. Colles. I've searched for a dentist I was comfortable with for years. Highly recommend.

Dr. Whittaker was great. I've had issues for years thanks to genetics. I went in expected judgement and I received the exact opposite they listened and informed me on everything. I was able to get immediate dentures. last week I had my tops and all but 6 of my bottoms out due to a infection he gave me antibiotics to make the infection go away and today I had those 6 taken out and my bottoms out in. honestly I couldn't be happier with how they turned out my dentures look like my natural teeth before all my issues. I'd recommend them to anyone.
