I'm very impressed at how well this office operate as a whole. Dr. Phu and the whole staff was very considerate, they walked me thru the whole process helped eased my anxiety, took their time explaining the details. Then when it comes to getting the task done they were very efficient and thorough.

Been going to Dr McDonald III for years. He is very knowledgeable & pleasant to work with, so is his staff. They care & do the job exceptionally. His office is well organized & follows COVID sanitizing protocols + air purifiers sanitizers around. Even before pandemic, their place is very clean.

It is always such a wonderful experience at Dr. McDonald's office. From the moment you enter in to exit, every member of this work team go out of their way to make patients feel welcome and cared for. This office is very personable and I would confidently recommend them for any dental service.

The personnel's bed side manner is awesome! Everyone on staff is kind and nice! They are personable and make you feel welcomed. I have been going to this dentist for more years than I can count. Dr. McDonald has very little turnover and when he hires new people they are all incredible and very professional and I am impressed year after year. This man is truly a gentleman and very talented. His staff is loving and kind. It is impossible to recommend him and his team more highly than I recommend him.

Dr. McDonald is the best! He completed my veneers a few years back and my teeth look beautiful. I used to be embarrassed by my smile, but now I love my smile! Also, his numbing shots have never felt so painless, and I hate shots. He and his staff are all very friendly, personal, and professional. I live out of state and always make my way back here because there is no one better.

I used to hate going to the dentist, but these wonderful people have made me look forward to it in a sense. It's not just Dr McDonald, but his whole team that makes it feel like you're going to visit family. I'm still not a fan of getting my teeth worked on, but they do a great job at trying to make you as comfortable as possible, and really do listen to you. It's relaxed but still professional in the best ways possible. I didn't think I would ever appreciate a dentists office as much as I do this one.

Dr Mac & his staff are fantastic! My first visit with them was when I broke my front tooth. They got me in immediately as a new patient, scheduled my surgery with the oral surgeon and made sure i was well-informed through the whole process. I truly enjoy going to the dentist now! Always a great experience!

Talk about a toothache. Jenny was unable to show compassion and understanding in working through an issue that was caused by their computer systems. And she was extremely rude and impatient, confrontational and short. Was 10 min late for my appointment this morning because I was trying to complete their new patient information on their website. Unfortunately it repeatedly gave an error code.

I kept trying and trying, but same error. Tried my phone. Booted up the computer, same thing. Tried the iPad, same thing. Then because their issue made me 10 minutes late she said I'd have to reschedule, adjust my calendar and drive all the way across town again? Really? Apparently Jenny's as nice as a toothache!

I love this office, my first visit I felt as if we had known each other for years. I look forward to my next visit. I explained what I wanted and options were made available. Looking forward to a new me and Beautiful White Teeth
