It has taken me a while to write this review and part of the reason I did not was because I needed to ensure a few things before I gave my honest review. I saw Dr. Phan in October 2021. I was not happy with her professionalism. She puts her business hat on before she puts her Doctor hat on. Tries to upsell you on everything, from laser, to braces and everything you share as a concern, she has a solution, which she apparently does herself in the same location. Nevertheless, I got the cleaning I went there for and everything else she told me, I went to another dentist to get a second opinion.
This is where I base my review on, she's strictly business and is not concerned on providing the care you need based on your real needs. What bothers me the most is that I shared with her that my gums are very sensitive which she then proceeded to sell me a mouthwash which she claimed would fix my issues. I paid the $35 cash she asked for. Fast forward to 6 months later, I went to another dentist to get a cleaning and expressed the same gum concerns and this dentist wrote me a prescription which I was able to pick up at the local pharmacy.
To my dismay, it was the SAME mouthwash she sold me AND it happened to get fully covered by insurance. Why Dr. Phan chose to sell me on something that my insurance easily covered is not something I can comprehend. I don't trust her and don't recommend her.

I wish I could provide a more accurate review. However, I had an appointment for my two young kids. I was told to stay up front with one, and to have the other go back with the dentist. ALONE. My 5 year old (who clearly expressed fear) and 2 year old. Ridiculous! COVID or not, that should not be acceptable, and in my opinion a huge liability. There were no exceptions, so we left. If you have young children, not the office for you.

After years looking for THE ONE, without doubt finally I found mine, my personal DENTIST. She is Dr. Linh Phan, she is an extraordinary human being, an excellent doctor, not just want me as a patient to have a healthy teeth but a healthy body. She is committed to taking care of me from the beginning. As a team with her husband John Tran, they're committed to help me save money as well.
I trust them both. Dr. Linh Phan will take good care of your teeth and DO IT RIGHT from the BEGINNING. Just like finding a soulmate, it's not easy. I found mine. Hope you guys find yours. Thank you Lord.

August of 2017, I had came in to get a cleaning (which lasted 5 min)and a crown on one of my teeth, where they also did Xrays. Today I had to switch dentists due to my insurance. I called this office asking if they could please send my x rays to my new dentist office email since I am pregnant and can't take new ones and John Tran had answered the phone.
He said he couldn't so he had me go into the office to sign a paper saying I was realizing the Xrays to another office. Although we could of done that by fax and saved the 30 min drive. I went in to sign the paper reminding me they had a cheaper prices. He didn't want to sent the Xrays to my new dentist office email. So he sent them to my personal email instead.
Later on in my appoiment with my new dentist we wanted to review the Xrays and there where no pictures. We couldn't even open the file. I called asking if he could resend the pixtures and OMG! He blew up on me. He was extremely rude saying stuff like " Do you not know how to open an email format? Do I need to go teach you and your new dentist how to open a document? " " You need to wait your turn buddy" which if there where other patientes he could of easily put me on hold, I understand.
He hung up on me every time. After 5 different calls and insults I finally got the pictures and he had sent my left and front side of my teeth only. He didnt send the right side. Which I had a feeling he wouldn't send all pictures. It seemed he was mad because I had decided to go to another dentist. He made all this very complicated. That is not how you treat a patient and I have talked to Dentist Society. Never come here.
