This place is awesome. they take most PPO insurance. their staff is very friendly. i called on a friday afternoon and was able to get a saturday appointment. they're very thorough with explaining the current state of oral hygiene and whats needed to get back to healthy teeth. Pam is amazing. i'm very impressed with the care & communication provided by Rancho Dental Practice. this will definitely be my dentist for a long time. right away they were able to make me confident in smiling again. i cannot wait for my follow up appointments and to build up my dental history with this office. i'm beyond satisfied! if there's any way to ask for Pam, i suggest you do so!

Had a tooth problem, have recently moved and literally found this Dentist online. Left a message and the Dentist herself called back. Got me in promptly. She did a great job, was friendly, comprehensive and the staff's interaction was comfortable and confident. The interaction was calm and stress free. Highly recommended this dental practice. Already been back for cleaning and extensive exam. Scheduled same for Hubby.

The staff here are wonderful, so accommodating and sweet. They got me in the same day when I was having tooth pain and was very understanding of my budget. I highly recommend!

Super friendly front desk team; helpful & efficient Candy doing my xrays; thorough deep cleaning by Christina and a super impressive Dr. Elvira Arranz! I love the way the Dr. Elvira examined each xray even before looking in my mouth, identifying every kind of dental work I have had in the past.

Love Dr. Arranz. She is thorough, meticulous and hums while she works. Her staff are friendly and helpful. Her prices are reasonable and she doesn't push you to have procedures until they actually need to be done. I appreciate having such a great dentist.

Staffs are awesome, from the dentist to the staffs. They're welcoming and friendly. The hygienist I had for the first time did a great job! Dr Arranz is very caring and thorough. Every person that works there is amazing. I always had not so good experiences at the dentist; but after my first visit, Dr. Arranz changed all of that. The hygienist (young mother, I forgot her name) was so kind and gentle. I finally found my place! Thank you so much!

I was helped immediately by the receptionist at my appointed time. The hygienist was great! She was friendly gentle and thorough. The dentist Dr. Arranz was very professional introduced herself and welcomed me to her office. I thought she was very good. She was thorough, professional and helpful. I am very pleased and am glad I found a good dentist plus she's close to home.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Was able to be seen the same day I called with a tooth problem. I was in a chair soon after arrival. I got xrays and a cleaning, which went without a hitch. The technician was professional, polite and pleasant. She also checked my comfort level constantly. Dr. Arrantz determined the tooth could not be saved and provided a referral. I would highly recommend Rancho Dental as I have been a patient for many years.

Needed to find a dentist. I was recommend by a friend and my first impression was great. Both Pam and Dr. Arranz were very nice. Going to the dentists is not always a pleasant experience but they made the experience a good one. I highly recommend them for your future dental needs

Dr Arrantz is very thorough and do care about your dental health and as a person. She'll let you know the benefits of every treatment needed to be done and takes her time explaining how it will be done. She provides you with options and alternative intervention that will work best for you to keep your teeth and gums healthy. She's awesome!

Great dentist and staff. Only do the work necessary and do not try to upsell you. Prices are fair, and they will work with you. Best dentist i have ever had, and their teeth cleaning is the best. NO PAIN!

Dr. Arrantz is specific and particular. She is someone I trust. I've been seeing her for a few years now and I appreciate how confident and caring she is. Her staff is solid and always helpful should I have questions. You can just tell this place is professional by how you are treated. I highly recommend Rancho Dental.

Went in for my first dental appointment in a loooong time and so far I really like this place. Dr Arranz and all her staff are very knowledgeable and at the same time very nice. I will be going back for more work on my teeth and will keep updating this post as I get more work done.

One of my crowns broke on a Saturday and my regular office was open but unable to get me in until Tuesday. I called this place and they were able to get me in within a few hours. Dr Arranz was so pleasant! I wish she was in my insurance network because I would move to her office in a heartbeat!

Dishonest and unethical! Do not go to this dentist! My daughter saw her when she took over for Doctor Duncan in the Shadowridge area. Doctor Arranz would not let my ex go back into the exam room with our daughter. She then said my daughter had five cavities, but would not show the x-rays to my ex and said to come back and have all of them filled. My daughter was FREAKED OUT.

I was sure my daughter had a cavity or two, but since five sounded high to me, I got a second opinion. I then took her to a highly recommended dentist, who said that my daughter had two cavities that needed filling and one that could be monitored to see if it fell out before it got worse. His exact words were, "How that other dentist got five floors me." I also had an appointment with Dr Duncan on the calendar and Doctor Arranz's staff called to tell me that they needed to postpone it while they remodeled during the transition.

This was inconvenient because I am in braces and am supposed to go more often, and was overdue for a cleaning already. But I rescheduled for after the remodel; however, when I came in, there was no evidence of a remodel whatsoever. A small notable decor difference was the addition of a cheesy old-timey statuette of a child with a toothache and a dentist with a sympathetic face who is hiding a pair of pliers behind his back.

I have had one cavity in my entire life but I was not surprised that Doctor Arranz found one in me too, and said I needed it filled. Turns out it is just a stain. Needless to say, I canceled all future appointments for my family with Doctor Arranz.

I've been a patient here since mid 2016 and I've had nothing but great experiences here -- Dr. Arranz is a skilled dentist and really seems to know her stuff. The whole staff is very welcoming and friendly. I appreciate that Dr. Arranz accepts my insurance (Aetna). Thank you Dr. Arranz!

I am very skeptical when it comes to going to the "right" dentist. But the docs here at Rancho dental are 5 stars! The whole staff is always so nice, the waiting time is on point and they have a tv for you when you're getting a cleaning etc. Plus they do not scan you when it comes to charges. Give them a try!

I love Dr. Arranz! I drive from San Diego all the way to Oceanside just to have her work on my teeth. Her staff is wonderful as well.
