Emerald Dental Practice

Not a place I would recommended to anyone. It took 3 months for my crown to be made and remade its to huge and my partial no longer fits I have to have another partial made at a cost of a few grand. I left with the side of my face bruised so badly from the dentist trying to force my partial in place. Safe yourself the grief don't go to Emerald dental.

Emerald Dental Practice are the Dentists From Hell! I went to them to have a new set of dentures made. The reason I chose them was because sent me a flyer saying they make dentures, so I thought they knew what they were doing, but I was wrong. The first dentist they gave me didn't know what he was doing, the office manager did recognize that, and assigned me to another dentist.

If it was a good dental practice, that would not have happened to begin with. I regret not asking for my money back then. The 2nd dentist did not use any of the proper tools that give dentures a good snug fit, and a good dental practice should have used them. Because he didn't do it right and didn't use the right tools, I had to go back at least a dozen times or more for adjustments.

The first set of dentures that were made for me 10 years ago in another city, were beautifully made and were a perfect fit immediately, and they still are comfortable, but unfortunately they are wearing out. I only had to have them adjusted 2 times because they used the proper tools to begin with. The picture below are my lower dentures. The one on the left, is what the Emerald Denture made.

The the 4 holes are supposed to snap over the post that were originally surgically implanted in my mouth. The holes in the denture in the pic are too big if you compare it to my original denture, and they don't snap into place like they are supposed to do. Since the wholes are too big, my lower denture moves around all over the place when I chew. I asked the dentist to PLEASE make the wholes smaller so I could chew my food, but he refused to do it, Instead he told me when I chew my food not to move my mouth too much, and just chew up and down!

Then he said to me that my tongue was pushing my denture out which was obviously not the case. The dentist then got very rude with me. I still have no problem chewing food with my old lower dentures because the holes are smaller, and they snap into place with a nice tight fit since they were made right. I'm shocked that the dentist refused to fix my dentures anymore. Emerald, does not use the proper tools, or have the right dentists available in order to make good dentures, Now I have to find another dentist to fix my dentures so I can wear them.

Love Emerald dental staff is extraordinary, Cindee is the best she takes as much time as is needed to make sense of all that she's so supportive and sets time to the side to make sense of everything and addresses every one of our inquiries. I had a great experience, the receptionist was very helpful when she set my appointment. She made me feel at ease about coming in. The office manager was extremely helpful and thorough. Dr. Barron and assistant made me feel comfortable and didn't hurt me. I've always had a fear for dentist offices but not here. I'll be back.

I finally found a close-to-home, happy office that accepts my insurance! Anyone looking for a good dental office check out Emerald. You will like the people working there. They are smart and friendly.

Emerald Dental Practice is a "Gem" amongst other dental offices. All the staff is so friendly and competent. I highly recommend Emerald. They take the time to answer questions, and the fees of the procedures are very fair.

When looking for a dentist, I checked out the reviews online which led me to Emerald Dental Practice. They have a high rating and I can say from personal experience, the rating is accurate. They do very good work at fair prices and are very friendly and professional. I went in for a cleaning and some other work. They have a piezo ultrasonic scaler that is used while cleaning your teeth.

It is much faster and more effective than manual hand scalers. Everyone there that I had contact with were very professional, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I highly recommend checking them out.

I have been coming to Emerald Dental for many years. The present Office Mgr Cindy is so personable and bends over backwards to give me the appt I need at the time I need it. She makes sure I'm happy with the services I've had and answers any questions I have. Dr Baron is capable and friendly. He also puts me at ease and is an efficient dentist. The staff is customer service oriented. This is the reason I've been a long term patient here. Thanks Emerald Dental!

I couldn't be happier if I were twins! Went in for a cleaning, and got a lot more! Very helpful and friendly! Very understanding and helpful in regards to my autistic daughter! It is so nice to finally found a dentist I am comfortable with! I can't thank them enough!
