I feel it's always important to highlight when a dentist's office and the staff make you feel comfortable, relaxed and, of course, confident to smile. Tribeca Smiles has been my only choice for a dentist's office for over 12 years. My smile is natural and healthy due to the knowledge and persistent care the staff gives not only my smile but me. They ensure your whole person is smiling when you leave their care.

These guys have an amazing practice. They actually provide acupuncture in one of the operatories if this is something you want. To have a dental office that helps not only make it a comfortable process with amazing skills but also clear your mind is amazing. I've never seen anything like this. The dentist has been practicing for something like 30 years and his amazing with cosmetic dentistry and just about anything else one could ever ask for. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Truly the best pediatric dental experience I have ever seen! It was my son first dental visit and he loved it! The front office staff is kind and helpful and I don't think we've waited more than five minutes to be called in. The entire staff is extremely patient and kind with children and they understand that not all kids are the same and they do their best to make sure each child feels comfortable during their visit.
My kid literally look forward to going in Tribeca Smiles again! I'm so thankful I found this office! I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. Thank you for being amazing!

I had a pretty unusual situation - cracked veneer and my dentist unavailable due to the family emergency. Googled locations near me and called Dr. Solomon. Not only that he "squeezed" me in the same day, but he also offered me an alternative that was better than what I was asking for. Loved the cool office and friendly staff as a bonus! Definitely recommended!

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Solomon and the entire Tribeca Smiles team. I have been to over a dozen of the Best dentists in NYC and have been treated by the best of the best. Dr. Solomon was a recommendation from a celebrity friend of mine and he did not disappoint. The staff was absolutely lovely, gave me a gift just for coming for a consult. There's a lovely reception area with tea, coffee and a lavender scented treatment room. Dr Solomon spent over 2hrs with me going over my case which is highly complex. was nothing but kind, understanding, knowledgeable and sweet.
He obviously knows his stuff and has the latest equipment. A woman leaving his office at the same time said, "I love him! Hes been treating me for almost 20 years." she looked amazing

HORRENDOUS Dr. Soloman flits between different patients whilst treating you hence my problem was not fixed, I emailed them after, regarding my treatment and next steps and they neve got back to me (now I am thankful as will do work elsewhere). They took 3 months to send my claim to insurance - I spoke to them over the phone 6+ times and each time they assured me it would be done - it wasn't. Finally, my insurance rang them directly and they finally filed the claim, however, it was still wrong - what they filed was much less than I actually paid!
Agree with other users that this place is a scam. Receptionists are very nice but incompetent and their job. Also, do not give your email address - they send spam emails ALL the time. AVOID!

Dr. Frederick Solomon is amazing. Not only is he a wonderful dentist, great business man and all-around great guy, he is also a devoted husband and father. You can tell a lot about people by the little people they raise. By the looks of his daughters, he exudes love, honesty and integrity. I'm proud to know him. I'd trust him with everything I own, not the least of which is my smile.

Took my three year old daughter here for her first checkup because it was nearby. Her exam was fine and the staff were so sweet and the dog in the office really put my little girl at ease. (Is it legal to have a dog walking around?). Anyway, they told me that she needed sealants and she had a cavity. My three year old! Who hasn't even had her teeth longer then a year!
I fell for it and told them to fix the cavity and that was it. They swiftly fixed it and then handed me the bill which was almost $940 for a THREE YEAR OLD! They charged me for the filling and A FULL MOUTH OF SEALANTS. What? I never gave them permission! Yes, I was standing right there during the dental work, but I thought all that light and stuff was for the cavity!
I have never had sealants myself or a three year old so I thought perhaps the procedure for a kids fillings was different. I literally fought with them and they were refusing to take the sealants off the bill insisting they did the work they should be paid. I quickly called my husband, a lawyer, who simply reminded them that they had done work on a minor without her parents permission and perhaps they should be less worried about the bill and more worried about a lawsuit.
Long story short, we never went back there and have been seeing another dentist who was shocked to find out that she has sealants since there was NO TRACE of them on her teeth six months later. What a scam and what a horrible introduction to the world of professional dental health for my kiddo.

Simply the best! Better than anyone! No, seriously, I've always hated going to the dentist until I came to Tribeca Smiles. They are so nice, so accommodating, so sensitive to real chickens like myself, so amazingly gracious in swooping in to save the day when you crack a tooth on vacation, so talented in designing and installing beautiful veneers, and not killing you with a heart attack when you see the bill. Dr. Solomon was apparently born to be a dentist, and the practice he's built is a great place to be a patient. I can't recommend him highly enough. But the proof is in the pudding - give Tribeca Smiles a try and you will be writing Yelp reviews like this, gladly.

Maybe this review won't get filtered. This office is pretty good. Nice relaxing atmosphere while you take care of your necessary dental needs.can't get any better than that. Nothing like what I would expect from a dental office. Definitely a great alternative for ppl who are fearful of the dentist.like me. They made me feel less fearful and more comfortable.

Walking into Tribeca Smiles was like walking into an episode of Nip/Tuck. All the dentists and assistants are smokin and I had to fill out a form that asked "What do you like about your smile?" - much like "Tell me what you don't like about yourself?" I get a tour of the place from Marcy, who later would actually be the one doing my cleaning. Refreshments, scented oil in the bathroom, dogs running around - all the signs that point "Tribeca".
While waiting, I wasn't going to be sold by all the sexiness of the place so word to the wise - SPEAK UP on all matters regarding what your insurance would or would not cover. The receptionist checked it out and gave a complimentary set of full X-Rays and Marcy checked that a flouride treatment would cost $43. Many other dentists I've seen in the past simply throw it in, but to give Marcy credit (and the office's practice), she was cleaning me ALONE - no assistance needed and she was very thorough unlike my last cleaning this year.
After the cleaning, the resident Dentists/ Doctors review everything and make any/ other recommendations. Natasha Geen DDS with a stern look "Wear your night gaurd!". Make no mistake however - they will try to sell you. I supposedly have two small cavities and they asked when I'd want to schedule one. You have to walk into a place like this with confidence and simply ask nicely about what your insurance may or may not cover. They will happily look up your coverage and give you a quote on any extras.
