I absolutely love how thoughtful, efficient and caring the staff is. Nobody LIKES going to the dentist, but you gotta go, and I don't mind it like I used to when going to other dentists. I HIGHLY recommend taking your whole family here. My kids and I go at the same time, 3 different rooms/chairs, and their dental hygienist and the dentist will check in with me and go over anything and everything and ask my permission before taking x-rays or doing fluoride or anything at all. Super efficient.

I have been going here for a few years now but needed to be seen in an emergency situation today for the first time. I had never seen Dr. Gall before but he was AMAZING. So thorough, so kind and compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile. We didn't even get the final answer today but 10/10 experience ruling out dental issues and working with him!

I just want to say my experience having a tooth extraction from Dr Gall and assistant Rachel was amazing. If you can say that about having an extraction. They both made me so comfortable and it was painless and over so quickly. In the past I had a very horrible experience with a dentist. It made me avoid going until I had no choice. So if anyone has had a bad experience please go see the Gentle dentist! Everyone I have been in contact in the office have been so caring and compassionate!

Was in the office today for a cleaning and Kelly was awesome.very professional and very pleasant to engage with. Love Dr. Cronin's sunshine demeanor. She always makes me smile! I miss Dr. Coulman but Jane has grown the practice to a level where he would be very proud. If you are looking for a dental practice, you would do yourself a disservice not to consider The Gentle Dentist. I have been a patient for well over 25 years.

I had a dental emergency and called the Gentle Dentist first thing in the morning to see if I could get an appointment. I was not able to but they scheduled me for the next morning and told me they would contact me if they had an opening later that day. I was fortunate to get a call back that afternoon to tell me to come in and they'd take care of my emergency.
Everything got fixed up to my satisfaction and I was very pleased. I've been to the Gentle Dentist four times in the past year and have been very pleased with the staff and with their procedures. Give them a call and see how they can help you.

Im not sure why I always get hypertensive when I think about my dental appointment. The Gentle Dentist office is so experienced when it comes to my nervousness. Kelly my hygienist was friendly and experienced. Dr Gall is professional and personable. As a retired RN I highly recommend them. Checking in and out employees are friendly and efficient.

I had to have some fillings done, and The Gentle Dentist made it a good experience! They were very nice and friendly, and explained what they were doing. I get really nervous at the dentist, and they let me listen to my podcast on my headphones while they were doing the fillings, which made the experience less nerve-racking. The dentist herself called me the next morning and asked how I was doing, which was so kind! I had never had a dentist call me after a procedure. They made a stressful experience the best it could be. I highly recommend The Gentle Dentist!

I had a great experience, but what I loved most was how wonderful they were with my young son. Every person there stopped and talked with him. They made him feel seen/heard and happy to be there. He loves the dentist, and not every place takes such care to give kids a wonderful experience! Employees stopped to play with him in the play area, they spoke to him about everything during his appointment. Can't say enough positive things!

As always, the staff is very organized and friendly! I was promptly taken up to the exam room with no wait and left with peace of mind. Dr. Fox even came in to see how I was doing before I left and to see if I had any questions or concerns! I would recommend the Gentle Dentist to anyone. Thanks again!

I love the Gentle Dentist! I called last Friday for a cleaning appointment and they couldn't get me in till January. I asked to be put on the waiting list & was texted on Monday with 3 different times I could come in! My hygienist was great, although, I don't remember her name! Also, having the option of nitrous during cleanings is awesome! I hate cleanings and it relaxes you while they do their work. I highly recommend them!

Best dentist ever! They make me and my kids feel so comfortable that my 7 year old doesn't mind getting her teeth cleaned in the room next to me so we can have appointments at the same time. And my 4 year old likes them so much she wanted an extra cleaning today even though it wasn't time yet hahaha. I think that says a lot!

My family has been going to the Gentle Dentist for years now and I finally joined them yesterday as a patient. I kick myself for not doing it sooner! The experience was pleasant and even enjoyable, from the minute you arrive they welcome you into their comfortable waiting area and are hospitable from that moment forward. They brought me back on time and treated me with care and respect throughout my visit. They will for sure be my dentist for life! Bravo Gentle dentist you are a shining example of what a dentist office should be.
