I have been in treatment with Dr. Ainslie for the last 16 months. I'm continuously impressed with everyone in the office and actually look forward to my monthly appointments. They always answer my questions and are very transparent about my progress. As an adult in braces I was worried about how this was going to impact my life, but I feel more confidant than ever with my changing smile.

Dr Ainslie's office is the absolute best. The team is friendly, professional and well experienced. My boys (ages 9 and 11) LOVE going to their appointments and will totally chat it up with Dr Ainslie and the team like they're old friends. It cracks me up! But I love that Dr Ainslie takes the time to explain treatment plans and appointment details to both my kiddos and I.
I can see that it makes my boys feel really included and it's a huge confidence booster for them. My oldest used to be very nervous about dental appointments and his tolerance level was pretty low. But Dr Ainslie and the team are so kind, patient and encouraging that my oldest can now even take dental impressions without any issue! Thank you Dr Ainslie and Nikki, Stacey, Chantel, Arrow, Hannah and everyone for being so awesome!

Dr. Ainslie and his staff are simply great! I have no problem recommending them to anyone needing Ortho. Dr. Ainslie and staff listen to their patients and try their best to make everyone comfortable. He has a great working relationship with other doctors making any complicated procedures easy and less stressful. I don't give 5 star ratings easily but they earn it!

I had a consultation with Dr. Anslie to evaluate me for braces in preparation for orthognathic (jaw) surgery for TMJ disorder. He and his assistant patiently answered all of my questions and then some! I left the consultation with more knowledge than I had ever found online about TMJ. Dr. Ainslie also confirmed that I had a condition called tongue thrust in addition to TMJ, and gave me some tiny rubber bands to take home to help me train my tongue to not push against my teeth.
Although I ultimately chose not to have the braces put in as my insurance wouldn't cover the surgery, my visit was valuable because I learned so much about my teeth and jaw from Dr. Ainslie and his staff. If I were to go through with the surgery at some point in the future, I would absolutely choose Dr. Ainslie and his team to give me braces.

Dr. Ainslie and his crew are fabulous. They are so patient and kind with my squirrelly child and help him understand the process and what's happening. Employee Arrow is the best. Actually, we've never had a poor experience (there was the one time they were playing country music, but today they were back to something better ). Dr. Ainslie has also suggested procedures to be done by his regular dentist to make future ortho work go smoother and be less expensive for us. I appreciate his integrity!

Dr. Ainslie and his team are the best. Twelve years ago, as an adult orthodontic patient, I was nervous about the process. However, the care and respect I received were first rate. My teeth have never looked or felt better. And recently, Dr. Ainslie even coached me on the phone on how to clean my retainer and gums during the CV19 quarantine period. THE BEST!
