I don't have any problem with the dentist but I was treated very rudely by the front deck & finance staff. I don't think they have the training they need. They are really unprofessional, disrespectful and have inappropriate behaviours. I am never going there again and not recommending you waste your golden time to go there.

I've been a patient at Reston Dental since 2016 and I would recommend them to anyone. I've seen both Dr. Cheung and Dr. Reza, as well as another dentist who saw me very last minute when I had terrible tooth pain. All are very professional, kind, and understanding. The front desk staff are also awesome and the hygienists are all great. I needed a root canal and was nervous but Dr. Reza reassured me everything would be fine.

As for regular cleanings, I go every 6 months and it's actually a relaxing experience for me. I recently had my boyfriend go to this dental office as he was looking for a new dentist and he also likes them as well. I highly recommend Reston Dental!

If you like water mixed with spit dripping all over your neck and shirt when doing a simple cleaning this is definitely the place for you. If you want to receive your intra-oral pictures when you requested your x-rays definitely come here. If you want to receive a response from this dental office and you love to wait 1-2 weeks for a simple request/answer definitely come here.

If you don't like any of the above then go to Optimal Dental Center in Reston the dentist office one level below these scammers. They actually take time to clean your teeth and you don't have water/spit dripping down your neck and on your clothes during cleaning. How they have over 4+ star rating on google. smh and fml for believing it.

I always have such a wonderful experience when I go to Reston dental! Dr Wilson did my cleaning today, she was so quick and thorough! She told me exactly what she was doing before she did it, and was very gentle. I appreciated her communication! Overall such a pleasant experience that I scheduled an appointment for my husband a visit with her in the upcoming month!

The general dental is ridiculous. She told me that i have cavities and send me a full treatment plan in hundreds of dollars, I was confused since I don't have cavities in years so I saw other 2 dentists, both told me that I have no cavities. Either she is unprofessional and doesn't know her stuff, or she intentionally did that and lied to me. Terrible dentist in either way.

Dr. Reza is fantastic. Have now had a gum graft and wisdom tooth extraction at Reston Dental Care and both experiences were a breeze. Dr. Reza is quick and efficient, no pain at all! Couldn't recommend this practice enough.

The technicians and the doctor were all on time, helpful, considerate and friendly, guiding me through everything that I needed done and Kate did an amazing job at going over my benefits with me and making sure I understood everything. The doctor also explained everything that I needed then took the best care of me. Even polished my teeth because she knew I was going to an event afterwards and wanted to make sure I was photo ready. Best dentist ever!

Excellent patient care. Such a beautiful and clean office! Very friendly and caring staff and all of the doctors are absolutely great and you immediately feel at ease under their care. Everything is explained and gone over in detail before any work is performed, so there are no surprises and you know exactly what to expect. I would definitely 100% recommend Reston Dental Care to any and everyone that is in need of dental work.

It's rare these days to find doctors that genuinely care about their patients and take the time to understand their needs and answer questions in detail. You will get great care here!

The office is very clean and they are taking every precaution there is. They are taking this pandemic seriously. I was impressed by Sarah's excellent work on cleaning my teeth and helping with the maintenance of good oral hygiene. She also provided great tips on how to improve my dental health. Dr. Reza did an amazing job with diagnosing and treating a rare case of internal root resorption that I had on a tooth. I highly recommend this practice!

Awesome patient care. I'm very happy with my appointment for cleaning and check up with Sarah and Dr. Reza. Sarah is super friendly and knowledgeable, she gives me good tips to keep my tooth healthy and takes time to explain with patience. Dr. Reza is very nice and professional. Highly recommended!

It's not a Dental practice, is a Dental factory. All they want is your money, many times "recommending" unnecessary treatments. Dr Cheung is a dental saleswoman.

Really nice office! Everyone works there is very friendly and professional. The equipment all looks super new and clean. A lot more modern dentists offices i've been to. Manreet was my doctor and Sarah was my hygienist. I got my exam and cleaning done. They are patient and honest. They take theire time and explain to me what i need to be done in the future. Excellent service! I will be definitely coming back!

Dr. Cheung and her staff are great at what they do. She has a few tricks up her sleeves and so far no pain for me! I had to get a new crown and one filling. I didn't feel any pain which is important to all of us I am sure! Another perk, I am glad she speaks Cantonese and English fluently. This helps my parents and motivates them to go see a doctor.

They are happy to finally see someone who they can communicate with and share their pain. Oh and did I mention, Dr. Cheung will take infants! I can't wait to bring my daughter to see her when she turns 2!

Very friendly staff. Everone from reception to doctors everyone is polite and nice. I just got there for the first visit only and I already like the place.

I have had a good experience at this dental practice. I see Dr. Rejintala. She is thorough and has a good bedside manner. I didn't believe her at first that I needed a night mouthguard. I eventually got one and now have way less jaw and mouth tightness/pain. She didn't force me into getting anything, no hard sell. Few months later I did get the mouthguard and am very happy.

They give you a quote of what your estimated cost will be upfront with your insurance, and your personal responsibility. The practice sends reminders, and they have good availability. The dental hygienists are also good and gentle with my teeth. I highly recommend Reston Dental Care.

Caveating my review: I have no dental related anxieties and participate in a routine dental hygiene regimen (include professional hygiene cleaning and check-up every 6 months). Despite good dental health, I was fearful and hesitant find another dentist after transitioning to a new insurance plan and new work location (from Washington DC to Northern Virginia).

I had been at my previous dentist for nearly 12 years. It turns out, change is good! I've found that those areas that were frequently listed as "watch and monitor" did in fact require action by way of filling. Listen, bad news doesn't get better with time when it comes to a weak spot in your tooth enamel. I found the staff to be very professional and incredibly personable!

I saw Dr. Jenny Cheung. Dr. Cheung took the time to listen to my concerns (some aesthetic and some functional) and provided great advice and recommendations. I feel my smile is improved and I have a renewed interest in wearing my night guard each night (she found the right words to motivate me to form a new habit.) I loved how she used distraction techniques to minimize my thought of having a Novocain needle "pinch" or sting before getting a filling.

The whole experience (from parking to payment was first rate.) The highlights: - Dr. Cheung has been on-time for both appointments (I was in the dental chair within 5 minutes of my appointment time). - The waiting area has current magazines to read (nobody likes to read magazines from 2013!) - The bathroom has toothbrushes and toothpaste for a quick freshen (for those post work/school appointments). - The front desk staff let me know an estimate of "patient responsibility" based on my insurance prior to making my follow-on appointment.

This is huge to me as if I know I have a $2200 responsibility, I may choose to schedule a month or two out to avoid putting dental work on a credit card if at all possible. My situation wasn't bad at all, but I could certainly see where having the information up front could help a person plan for the necessary work. - Appointments can be made on ZocDoc (often times I work in cubicle land which doesn't allow for privacy at work, so having the ability to quietly schedule online is a bonus). - Free parking (my previous dentist was nearly $21 to park each time) I look forward to having a new 12 year relationship with a dentist! See you in 6 months!

Dr. Dary and her staff are wonderful! I've had one cleaning and a filling replacement done here. The receptionist is very helpful with scheduling, any last minute changes, and insurance questions. The technicians are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Dary is knowledgeable and precise. I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes. You want her to be your dentist.

The staff members at Reston Dental Care are very friendly, attentive, and professional. They always greet me with a smile and take the time to answer my questions about billing or insurance in person or over the phone. I especially like that they have extended hours, online booking, and text reminders which are convenient. Dr. Cheung is very knowledgeable and explains treatment options/procedures in a clear, reassuring manner. Highly recommend!

I was new to the area and looking for a new Dentist. Reston Dental was awesome. I called and left a message. I received a call back on the next business day. Everyone was prompt, courteous, and friendly. I felt very comfortable. Everything from scheduling, to cleaning, to advising on any issues, was easy. I recommend them to anyone in the area.
