The best way to avoid costly visits to the dentist is to go more regularly! It may sound counter-intuitive, but catching small cavities before they spread can ensure that you don't have more major problems down the road. Taking care of smaller issues is also less expensive, and requires less time in the dentist's chair.

Best Dr I've ever had! His attention to managing and avoiding any kind of pain is outstanding. Staff and Assistants are super friendly, thoughtful and professional. Organized and efficient. Little to no waiting time. I've been with Dr. Madison for many years, and every visit has been a good experience with lots of conversation and good humor.

My family has been under Dr Madison's care for more than 15 years after leaving another practice. All aspects of Dr Madison's practice excel. Everyone there from the office staff to the hygienists to the doctor are caring, friendly, helpful and professional. The work is the highest quality. As medical practices go, it's a rare gem.

After years of poor early dentistry and some more being a dental wimp, I was recommended to Joe Madison (by another dental wimp) and have had my teeth taken care of by him and his hygienists for around the last 20 years. Joe is fast and in my experience totally painless, including when fitting some recent crowns. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending him and his practice.

Been a patient for years. Dr. Madison is great, really make the fear of having dental work done go away. Truly trustworthy. Same goes with his Hygienists. Gentle, painless, and quick yet very efficient. Office staff is always on point with scheduling. Unlike many other Doctor offices, I never have to sit and wait forever when I have an appointment.

Things I hate about my dental appointments by Bobby Fagel. 1. Every time I get off the elevator I turn the wrong way. 2. Bonnie calls a week in advance to give me her donut order. 3. No pornography available in waiting room. 4. Upon leaving, I get off the elevator one floor too low. And then I turn the wrong way. 5. Dr Madison had more hair than I do. 6.
I have to sit in the hallway because Bonnie is always late. 7. Samantha charges me $5 to use the lead vest. 8. Dog pictures. Things I like: 1. Easily the most efficient, friendly and best run office/business evah.

I have been coming to Dr Madisons office for almost 16 years. He sees my entire family. I used to be fearful of going to the Dentist. When I walk out of Dr Madisons Office I feel like I just came out of a spa! The front desk and hygienists create a calm and relaxing environment and Dr Madison is a painless dentist. I will not ever go anywhere else or let anyone other than the folks here work on my family. EXCELLENT! Thank you.

Be forewarned. I had an appointment at 4p, left work 1 1/2 hours early to be sure I was on time, arrived about 18 minutes ahead of my appointment, at 3:54 a man showed up and spoke with the receptionist, heard her say she would check with the Dr., she got up, took his record and left, then came back and asked him to sit for a few minutes. At 4:01p the door opened and they called him back.
I said to the receptionist "I have an appointment at 4p. Are you guys taking walk ins ahead of me." To which she responded "He had an appointment at 4:30 but doesn't want to wait." I said "What?! I don't want to wait either. Why would you think its ok to give him MY appointment time. I'm moving and have to have the rest of my stuff packed by tonight." The receptionist replied "Well, it shouldn't take long." So, I got up and left.
Guess that "man" was more important than I was. I simply can't believe the Dr's office was that inconsiderate and rude! I'll give my business to a Dr. that is respectful, not one that just pushes people to the side when it's convient for him!
