I switched to Marks Family Dentistry during Covid when my regular dentist of 25 years wasn't seeing patients. And I'm so glad I did. Dr. Emmy listened to my concerns about bleeding gums due to teeth shifting. (My previous dentist had ignored my needs and said there were not any solutions for this) Dr. Emmy referred me to an ontist Great Smiles for Invisalign.

Within six months I had amazing results and within a year, no pain or bleeding gums. Dr. Emmy continues to provide excellent care and the hygienist Anna is extremely thorough.

Prompt, friendly, competent. what is not to like? I just moved full-time to Asheville and changed dentist's after 25+ years with the same dentist. These guys are the best. from the front desk check in, to the hygienist to the dentist. all are 5 Stars! I even went back the same day to get a night guard mold. No more grinding! Can't recommend them enough! If you have teeth. go now!

Highly professional, competent, trustworthy dentistry. The crown I had made there is care free, I never think about it. So different from previous work elsewhere, which has created an ongoing problem. The appointment desk is also efficient and reliable.

I have been a Marks Dentistry patient for several years and have always found the practice to be top notch. A longtime hygienist and appointment manager, Mackenzie, is thorough and kind in everything she does. The staff and doctors fully explain care plans and recommendations. My husband and eleven year old daughter are pleased too!

So far so good! The dentist can be a tricky place to enjoy ha! However, the front desk person is so kind and easy to speak to. In general, they are kind and quick. Like all doctor type offices, there can be wait times, but generally pretty quick. Folks are kind and give you full options on treatments.

I have been a patient of MFD for around 10 years. All three dentists are caring and excellent people. Their staff is well trained, and the clinic is technologically up to date. They also have deep connections should you need other dental services. I can strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and competent dentist.

For the past several years I have received excellent care from Marks Dentistry. Dr. Jason and Dr. Jennifer perform thorough exams and are very responsive to my concerns. Anna keeps my tartar formation in check and gives excellent advice on how I should brush and floss at home.

They do great work. They are always knowledgeable and understanding. Plus they have a great beside manner, something most dentist in my experience lack for some odd reason. Highly recommend.

I found this practice based on high recommendations by a retired periodontist (gum surgeon) friend of mine when an upper front upper tooth replaced. They've since become my primary dentist since I was very impressed with their work. All of the staff have a high degree of care and professionalism; and the music they play in the background is not mind-numbing. Works for me.

I am both a nurse working through this concerning Covid-era, and a patient of Marks family Dentistry. I was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail as related to infection control practices! They did not miss a trick. And as always, they are kind and thoughtful and extremely competent. I have found a dental home. Thank you Marks! OK- six months later and I have been back for my six month checkup. THIS trip, everyone in the office had absolutely full regalia for infection control, as if I were entering a surgical suite.

I mean, hair covering, 2 masks plus face shields and special glasses beneath that looked like they were prepared for neurosurgery! I saw them wipe down lead x ray shields between uses, and I did not cross paths with another patient while there. I felt very safe, and for this, KUDOS to the team! 8-13-21 I am now 65 years old and having increasing difficulties with my teeth that are more complicated.

I asked Dr Emmy to please help me to navigate between a periodontist, and orthodontist, and regular dental needs as it was getting quite involved and potentially expensive. She and her staff have put great effort into helping me coordinate my needs to minimize costs and maximize results in this setting. She also offered to make adjustments on my bite guard basically at no added cost (not needed, she did it right the first time). I found that impressive. I asked to be treated like she would treat family, and that is what I got! Thanks Marks Dentistry, and Dr Emmy in particular.

I am so impressed with the efficiency, care, concern and professionalism extended to me by this dental office. Mackenzie and Holly were so helpful and pleasant at the front desk in add to be extremely efficient! Dr Jennifer Marks listens to concerns, explains procedures and options and has sincere interest in her patients. Her assistant Elizabeth also was truly helpful. I would recommend this dental group to everyone!
