I have been going to Dr. Burch for a couple of decades. The entire office is great! Connie is absolutely amazing with her cleaning techniques.hope she never leaves! Julie and Becca are a real deal office staff, very experienced and know how to get the most from your insurance for you. If you're looking for a GREAT dental office this is it!

Connie, my dental hygienist, is always concerned about my comfort and does an awesome job cleaning my teeth. Today was no exception. Everyone at Dr. Burch's office does a fantastic job and I highly recommend them.

I followed my hygienist to this office. Connie has always taken excellent care of me. I met Dr. Burch and his other staff for the first time. They were very kind and thorough.

Entire staff was super welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed my first visit with Dr. Burch and his team!

Dr. Burch is surrounded by an entire team of wonderful professionals. Every person there is top notch and a pleasure to interact with. My last two cleanings have been with Connie, their new-to-the-team hygienist. She is outstanding and these have been my best experiences with dental cleanings to date. I always leave feeling like my teeth are cleaner than they have ever been and encouraged (not shamed) to keep up my own personal hygiene at home. I love Dr. Burch's practice and recommend them to everyone.

I chose this place based on its great reviews, but I can't get ahold of anyone. I have been trying to get ahold of someone at this dental office for three weeks now. I've called and left messages, I've emailed, I've used their portal for contact, and I've gotten no reply. If they can't return a message from a new patient, I doubt they will provide good dental care or respond to my needs as a patient.because I won't be able to get ahold of them.

I am So glad I went here. Been dealing with impathic dental offices until I came here. I scheduled my appointment for Monday online. Within an hour I received a phone call back. Rescheduled for Friday. Well I have Nothing but Great things to say about these Gems of Ladies. Got me in right away. So kind and sincere. Explained all my options. Sat me down and go to work.

Before I knew it, I was done. Had 2 extractions. Very thorough with all precautions, ect. They had a Wonderful special, so wonderful that it was hundreds of dollars less then every other place I researched and went in. Not having insurance, didn't make a difference. I had to Rave and leave a Review. Thank You so much for all your help. I will be back as soon as I heal. They captured my business from here on out. The whole staff was Amazing. Thank You so much. 5 Start across the board.

Have you ever had anyone explain things to you over and over again, and then, when you tell them you understand they explain it again? That's the front office staff here for ya! They treated me like I was dumb as fuck! At one point the receptionist repeated herself so much, I said to her "I understand, you don't have to say it again" and she literally repeated the exact same thing. AGAIN! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ACTIVE LISTENING HERE WITH THE RECEPTIONIST!

If they think you don't understand they will stick with that and not look back. They will tell you the same thing a million times and say you don't understand, even when you bring up something complete different. After going back and forth with the receptionist she told me this isn't the place for me so I hung up. I called back and spoke with office manager Julie and she listened and agreed that being told the same thing over and over again wasn't right.

I told her I felt DISRESPECTED, like the receptionist didn't even try to listen to me. I cancelled my appointment and said I would look elsewhere. And Julie said okay, have a great day(no sorry or anything). Well SURPRISE SURPRISE, Julie the office manager, didn't hang up the phone so I heard her and the other gal talking shit about me(once again saying I just wasn't understanding, among other things).

Which surprised me, because that's not what Julie was saying when we were in the phone. I have recorded the phone call and will be forwarding my complaint/review to the BBB. If you can look past the office staff, Dr. Burch was great, and seemed very knowledgeable! But like I told Julie, next time hang up the phone and GOD BLESS! I obviously won't be returning.

I have been going to Dr. Burch since I was a child, and I have always had a great experience from the front office to the hygienists! They always take such great care of you and make sure you're comfortable, letting you know what they're doing and ensuring you're not in any discomfort. It's such a great and comforting environment!

My Dental Appointment today was exceptionally worth it! There is so much concern about your safety due to the Pandemic and I assure you that this office is top notch on safety! I was very relaxed just knowing how much Dr Burch and staff take care of doing all it takes to take care of the safety and well being of everyone! I am so glad to be able to keep up with all my dental health! Thank you Dr Burch and all his staff for everything! Such an awesome place for the best care! Keep up the good work!

Dr. Burch takes his time and answers all my questions and helps me work through the options, as does the rest of the staff. Very friendly and helpful. especially for a dentist. LOL!

By far the most comfortable and welcoming dental office there has ever been! Being my hometown dentist whom I've gone to for my dental needs my entire life, I never understood why anyone would be afraid of dental work. It wasn't until I relocated to another state and had to seek dental care from scratch that I understood just how special Dr. Burch's office is. Dr. Burch is a knowledgeable, compassionate and honest practitioner.

He is very approachable and will never suggest services/procedures that are not needed. His staff is very friendly and you truly feel like a part of the family when visiting the office.

Dr Burch and all his staff go the extra mile to involve patients in their care and to ensure comfort. During the exam Dr Burch and the amazing dental hygienists will display xrays and images of problem areas on a private tv so patients can easily visualize issues and know what to look out for at home. Extra services like massage chairs, music, television, warm blankets make it so much more relaxing. Coming here feels more like a spa trip than a dentist appointment!

I have had exemplary care with Dr Burch for about a decade. He is an excellent dentist, skilled, thorough, caring and always willing to explain various options for treatment, if needed. I have also appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of his choices in all of the staff as well for a smoothly run office with good service at every level! I once worked in a dental office so I do know a tiny bit about how much it takes to keep it all going well and they do a wonderful job here!

Best dentist I've ever gone to. Honest, trusting, and amazing staff. I see now why my dad has gone to him for years. Definitely will be a lifelong client!

I have gone to Dr. Rick Burch for the past 30 years and is the only dentist that I will go to. I had been hurt by other dentists since I was a kid and was referred to Dr. Burch by a friend I worked with. I have gone to him every since.he knows I am a baby and can't stand pain. I have Nitrous every time I got in the chair.and.headphones.and the back massager. I have referred all of my friends and family they all love him too! Staff is amazing. Julie has been there over 25 years. call and schedule an appointment today!

I was looking for a new dentist and decided to give Dr. Burch a try when his office offered a LivingSocial deal. He is very professional and efficient as are his hygiene staff. I've been in for a cleaning and subsequent whitening visit. He guarantees his work, and is easy to talk to. As a fellow Jayhawk, he has a laid-back attitude and friendly demeanor and, based on his work so far, I'd recommend his services for anyone looking for a solid dentist.
