Burleson Orthodontics

STAY AWAY. My children were going here and then they had to have cavities filled. I was told that I had to pay for all services up front which was expensive for 2 children. They then said they could not do all in one day and could only do 2 of the 5. 2 weeks later I get message saying they no longer will be able to do dentistry. I have been trying for almost 5 months now to get refund of my money for services not provided.

I have left multiple messages for office manager and was told she would call me back. About 3 months ago I talked to someone that said they would get the refund to me. 2 month later i get ahold of office manager who apologized and said they woukd get it twken care of. Ut did. Ot even know the amount i overpaid. Finally May 17th i get message saying they are sending money out. Still waiting on money as of June 3rd as well as I had to call and leave a message doubt I get a response since I only get a response every 5th message I leave

Very frustrated with my experience. Got fitted for Invisalign. Said it would take 3-4 weeks to get in. They never called me. 5 weeks later I had to call them. I was quoted that I would wear them for 18-24 months. When I showed up to get them there was only 12 weeks of Invisalign in the box. I called in the day I put my last tray on and they said they could not get me in for 5 weeks. (Funny because when I made an apt to get a estimate on getting them they got me in the next day) They said I could drive to Raymore but still did not have anything for 2 weeks.

I have NEVER even seen the dentist once. I feel like they take your money and than they don't care how you are treated. I have tried to speak with them about my frustration with no help/answers! Please second guess Burleson Orthodontics. I wish I would of.

You could not ask for a better place to have your orthodontic work done. They go out of their way to make sure you feel like part of the family and not just a customer. Their care is out of this world. They are great about answering questions, fixing mishaps and even letting the kids understand the sacrifices that parents. make to have their children in braces.

Here you are family. The office is very up to date and comfortable for those sometimes longer appointments. They are very punctual which is nice when as patients have schedules too. They have a variety of times to make it work for your schedule. We feel very blessed to have been referred here and hope that you do as well.

Love, Love Love! Was dreading when my son had to get braces. But all of the office staff and Dr Burleson were so helpful and caring. He loved every minute of wearing them and would still have them if he could. He now has a wonderful smile. We are forever grateful. Thanks to all!

Please look somewhere else for orthodontic care for your child! I had 2 kids in braces at the same time for 4 years with going to all of the appointments. They were not seen by the Orthodontist hardly ever and I believe that's what caused everything to be so drawn out. I had braces as a child in a different city and I was seen by my Orthodontist at every single visit to manage progress.

We were told they would get Invisalign as a retainer when we started the process. Less than a year before my kids got their braces off, Burleson switched to retainer club which has been a nightmare. We're 6 months in and my kids have no more replacements left for the year. We had friends that paid half of what we paid for the same or better results. I will be looking for a different orthodontist for my youngest child.

We have been really pleased with Dr. Burleson and his staff. They are always very professional and make my boys feel comfortable. I'm also impressed with their continued COVID precautions.

They are always very helpful and professional. My only frustration is that the wires are never cut/bent appropriately or placed under the bands appropriately meaning we have to make an hour drive back to the office each time we have an adjustment done. Even last time when my son told them the wires were poking him, he was told they were bent and should be fine. I then looked at his braces and saw it wasn't under the band on the last bracket causing the issue.

My daughter has down syndrome and has been afraid of the dentist her whole life until she met Dr. Burleson and all the staff at both locations. They take their time explaining what they are gonna do before they do it and has so much common compassion and patience. Thanks for all you do and for giving your time for those in need. We appreciate you guys!

My 15 year old daughter has been coming here for a year now and she loves it! She just has so many nice things to say about the people that work there. They are friendly, funny, and she always feels so welcomed. That's important to me as a mother because if she's comfortable and happy with her braces journey then so am I. The payment plan I got to choose that fits by budget and I can't appreciate that more! Thank you all at Burleson orthodontics!

This was my daughters first dental experience and they were amazing. They were patient and kind with her. They took all safety measures in the waiting area and during her appointment while we are still going through this pandemic. I am looking forward to a future relationship with them!
