Currently following the Smile Makeover plan that Dr. Ruff has set for me. The environment within the office has been comforting and personal thus far. The wonderful supporting team has helped make the process enjoyable and I look forward to seeing the final result. This is the first time I've been to a dentist since Navy boot camp in 1987. I've always hated going to the dentist since then. Well Dr Angela Ruff and her staff made me feel at ease and comfortable from the time I walked in. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Ruff.

Went in on yesterday to have all my wisdom teeth extracted and 1 root canal. I was sedated during the process. I felt minimal pain when I left the office. I am actually at work a day later with just a little mouth soreness. I would not recommend if you operate machinery. I sit at a desk. I have a few other things that I will be getting done to achieve my smile goal.
I can't wait for the total outcome. I have already recommended the office to my family and co-worker. This is by far the best dental experience I have had. Kudos to the Ascot Team!

I have going to the same dentist for 40 years and regrettably, my family dentist passed away. I actually found Dr. Ruff on line and decided to give it try with a consultation. I had such a wonderful experience meeting Dr. Ruff and her team and decided to schedule my 2nd appointment for a filling and cleaning and it was a WOW EXPERIENCE! This is a FIRST CLASS dentist and team with SPA TREATMENT:- Yes, I could drive 20 minutes to a dentist, but I choose to drive 45 minutes to Ascot! Dr. Ruff ROCKS!

Dr Ruff is like no other Dentist I have had. She and the whole staff make your visit with them like a day at the spa. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable. A warm blanket if you are cold. A warm washcloth for your face at the end of your visit. Dr Ruff is a kind and caring woman who is very good at her job. She deserves a 5 Star and Five Diamond Thank you

6/5 Stars( I can only do 5) Absolutely great experience from the appointments, to the hospitality, to the accommodating atmosphere! Extremely swift service far as coming in and getting looked at in a timely fashion they clearly value your time! The Doctor is AMAZING my Teeth were disgusting and absolutely awful its been a long time coming and shes getting me on the right path!
If I could I would post a before and after picture. Cleaned my top and bottom in no time and minimal PAIN! I Love and appreciate everyone who works there from the receptionist to the Dental Assistants! Once again phenomenal experience! Thank You its been a pleasure looking forward to the next visit! My husband and I recently moved to North Carolina and needed a new Dentist. Dr. Ruff is very gentle and kind as well as being a s wonderful dentist. I chipped my front tooth and she did an excellent job restoring it. She took her time matching the color and making sure everything was perfect. Everyone in this office knows the meaning of customer service. This is hands down the best dentist and staff I have seen. Lynn
