I am in town for a period of time working on a project and needed to have a tooth extracted. I did a little looking and decided, based on reviews, to contact Dr. Adams' office and am glad I found this great staff and him as the consummate professional that he is. I have had several oral surgery procedures completed in the past but have never experienced the great professional care that I received from Dr. Adams and his staff. The entire staff is professional, attentive, and welcoming. While having oral surgery can be worrisome, this is the place that makes you feel confident and reassured.

My personal experience was communication for the appointment was super fast and setting up surgery was no problem. But. The Dr didn't talk through concerns I had. He didn't tell me what was going on with my teeth. He said "open up" (numbered my teeth) and said the MA was going to go through it all and walked out the door. He really intimidated me to where I didn't feel comfortable asking questions and my concerns I had.

I didn't want the surgery and they threw $$$ at me at check out for a surgery I didn't want. I came to this office because my dentist couldn't tell me what was going on with my teeth and I got no answers that day either except that I am getting ALL my wisdom teeth out full anesthesia no ifs and or buts. The following week I got only 2 taken out for a much more affordable price under local like I actually wanted.

From the moment I walked in the door, Moses at the front desk and the entire staff was welcoming and genuine. I have bad anxiety but they really took care of me. I was sedated. I think the tooth gone lol I haven't looked yet! I hated going to the dentist but Dr. Adams and his crew changed my prospective and my experience!

The staff was professional, exceptionally kind, and put me at ease for my first surgery. They went out of their way to help put my family at ease with their questions as well. I am grateful and will absolutely recommend this group to friends!

They called me almost every single day asking me if I wanted to take an earlier appt. I kept denying because I can't change my schedule easily. The day before my appt they called and told me they were moving my appt to 930 instead of 750. Which is fine except I was told to stop eating and drinking after midnight (about 8 hours before the appt) so common sense tells you that you'll be safe another hour and a half since the appt time is moved, because it will still be 8 hours without food.

Well when I told them I had a soda at 1 (8 and a half hours prior to the appt, more time that what they had originally told me) they told me I wasted their time by not following instructions. And then they refused to give me another appt and told me they would call me if something opened up. Expecting me to just last minute prepare for an oral surgery with a week of recovery time whenever they see fit.

I had an amazing experience with my wisdom teeth removal surgery. Everyone from reception to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and surgeon were so kind and comforting. I 100% recommend Dr. Adams and his amazing team.

Grateful for Dr. Adams and his staff! So, I was to have my wisdom teeth extracted last year by another facility and I didn't pursue it; I said I would wait and I am glad I did. Being scared as anyone would be, not knowing what to expect if you've never had any extractions done, that was me for sure. I didn't feel nothing and my recovery is going great( Follow all information and directions).The most important witnessing I saw, Dr. Adams and his staff were and are not ashamed of God.

My initial visit, I knew I was where I was suppose to be. Also, to see the word of God on display in the lobby, oh my heart was rejoicing! God's blessings to you Dr. Adams and your staff. Anyone thinking about having services here, you will have more than a welcomed experience. Exceptional!

Just got my wisdom teeth out today! The nurses and other staff were helpful and we had a bunch of laughs before I was put under. I woke up an hour later and felt no pain and had no recollection of the surgery- bonus for me. Would recommend.

This place is absolutely wonderful and extremely professional. At my consultation visit, the administrative staff, nursing staff, and the doctor were so knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and professional. I felt very comfortable and very welcomed at my first visit. Even the phone discussions were extremely pleasant and encouraging as I expressed my nervousness about my upcoming procedure.

On the day of my procedure, ALL of the staff had me calm, comfortable, and laughing my entire visit. I am writing this review the day after my procedure and I have resumed my normal activities with very little discomfort. I could truly go on and on about my phenomenal experience, but I don't think I would be allotted the character space ti continue.

I wish I could remember everyone's name so I could personally acknowledge the part they have played in making my dental experience so pleasant and memorable. Thank-you to the administrative staff, financial dept staff, surgical team, anesthetic team, nursing staff, and Dr. Adam's for all that you do and HOW you do it because it really really makes a difference.

I would highly recommend Carolina Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center for any type of extraction. I recently got my wisdom teeth extracted and the staff really took care of me and put my mind at ease. I felt very comfortable in their care. Dr. Adams and his team really do ensure you have the best care possible. You, as the patient, are never left unaware when it comes to your treatment plan. Dr. Adams and his team went over all of the options for me and even recommended what they felt would be a good course of action for me to ensure the best healing process.

I am currently on day two of the recover process and have very little discomfort. I would credit my experience to the entire team at Carolina Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center for truly putting their patients first. Again, I would 100% recommend Dr. Adams and his team to anyone in need of wisdom tooth extraction. This staff is truly amazing!
