I am wondering why I am always get some sores from every dental appointment( Am I allergic to something.) But this time it only a lot on the filling side. When I backed for checking my sore with another dentist, she was coming with attitudes: rolling eyes, her sighs and tone of voice. She gave me a "google" lecture to talk about my cranker sore. I came for her professional advices what should i do to treat with my sores, "NOT FOR GOOGLE" She said " No treatment". She offered to take pictures for my the sores to put in my file; however, I would like to leave.

My teeth are squeaky clean. Another excellent trip to my dentist office. Thank you Dr. Dat and your wonderful team.

I hadn't been to a dentist in years because of past bad experiences elsewhere. I was so relieved and impressed with the service here. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The hygienists and dentist all communicated with me very well and put me at ease and my entire visit was the most pleasant dental visit I have ever had. Even though getting fillings is never a fun time, I was extremely happy with the result and will be coming back for any dental needs.

I had a cleaning with Minna today and she was just the best! The Darling front office girl Brittany was so welcoming. Over all great experience!

Love Dat Dental so much I refuse to floss so I can keep coming back! In all seriousness though, they have helped me tremendously over the last 7-8 plus years to stay healthy and manage issues that no other provider has been able to help with. I've always had severe anxiety with the dental work and they have accommodations that have helped me and I havent avoided any appointments since going to them. They have also taken great care for my kiddo with chronic heart issues and are very knowledgeable about how dental plays into other conditions. Thank you!

I had such a great experience during my cleaning today! She was so incredibly responsive to the fact that I've got sensitive gums! I loved how she also remembered dental details from my last visit! Also, personal details too which made conversing so much more fun! Thanks for a great visit, yet again!

We love DatDental! Friendly stuff, nice atmosphere, clean, convenient and contemporary place. We love doctor Dat due to his professionalism, perfectionism and his easy going personality. He always knows what he is doing. Great doctor! His hygienists and assistants are great as well! Professional and skillful. Front desk girls are always nice and friendly. Would recommend for sure!

Loved the cheery atmosphere of the waiting room with it's Christmas decorations and electric fire place! My visit this morning was pleasant because of the friendly, personable and very competent hygienist who has served me well for several years! I came in for my 6-month checkup with an additional concern, expecting the worst, only to be encouraged by Dr. Dat it was just a cavity but in a difficult place to address.

When I left the office, we had a 2-prong plan of action and a date set to take care of the problem. I was extremely pleased with the outcome! Thank you to everyone at Dat Dental! Check them out! You won't regret it!

Starting Medicare is scary enough. Finding out your dentist, of five years, would no longer except your Premera Plan for dental made it even scarier. Even after I had used it with them 9 days earlier. The folks at Dat Dental only had one goal from the minute I walked in the door. To help me get out of pain, worry about insurance later. Top notch team. Always strive to do their best and put in extra effort. I am not a huge fan of dental work but they somehow make it painless and efficient every time. Wouldn't even consider visiting another dentist office.

LOVE Dat dental. The staff is always extremely nice and easy to work with. I've never had a problem with billing and if there ever was, they would always call the insurance company for me and take care of it. All the staff is extremely knowledgeable and I feel like I'm getting a college class if I ask a question, which is awesome! Don't ever change Dr. Dat and staff!

Always great and friendly hygienists and doctors! Our whole family has been going for years and it always feels like we're family - so welcoming and always remembers each individual situation. Always on time with appointments (Saturdays too!) with great safety protocols

Majorly Overpriced dentistry. They like to threaten customers with fee's if you cannot afford your next dental visit. The most ridiculous customer service. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. Also the parking lot is lousy. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My family had been going to DAT Dental for years. I was happy with their work, particularly with the dental technicians. I had to have a molar replaced a few years ago. They told me it would be covered by insurance. I went in for the pre-op appointments where they made molds to have the tooth made. They replaced the tooth with a tooth that is not the right size and protrudes into my mouth.

Why make a mold if you result is a very poorly done tooth. Upon leaving, they demanded payment of $4000 immediately. No it was NOT covered by insurance. They told me it WOULD be covered. I would not recommend this business. If you do have work done CONFIRM YOUR INSURANCE YOURSELF. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM IF THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE COVERED. THEY LIE. And after reading other reviews, this appears to be their business practice.

They charged me for a procedure way more than it was estimated. So I called my insurance company to try to understand more and they even wondered why I was charged that much. Then I called the dental office back and one of the receptionists yelled at me and said why I'd called my insurance company then she hung up on me. That was unprofessional. And it seems like they thought it was all my fault. Anyways, never going back again.

I'm pretty anxious about going to the dentist - even for a cleaning - they always work hard to try and relax me as well as doing their best to get me in and out so I'm not spending and excessive amount of time being nervous

This office is fantastic. The front office staff, dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists are personable and caring. I highly recommend Dat dental.

I just moved over to Datdental after seeing my husbands experience with them for the past couple of years. They are very quick to respond and get you in when you have any sort of pain or need a follow up, the employees are all very friendly, and the atmosphere of the whole office feels very clean and bright! I am very disappointed with my service at DAT Dental. I went in for basic dental and and implant. The fee on my part was close to 2,000.00. This was paid in full on time. I was told the implant has a lifetime warranty. Yet in 13 months when it became loose I was told it had a warranty of one year. Then while sitting in the chair in the office waiting to see the dentist the assistant once again states not to worry as I have a lifetime warranty on the work.

The dentist examines the implant and then takes an x ray. He determined the tooth next to the implant has an infection and has caused issue with the implant. He said that when I first came in to the office that I needed a root canal when he put the implant in. I asked him why did he put the implant in then? Why didn't he advise to get that taken care of first?

That seems to be a very serious issue. He said the infection has destroyed the bone where the implant is placed and therefore the implant is loose, which is what brought me back to him. He told me the implant had to come out. I was very upset of course. Vanity and expense. What a waste of money and it could have been avoided. He said he needed to pull out the infected tooth and then pull out the implant and gave me an approximate cost for the work.

At the time I had the implant put in I was working and at this time I am not due to a long illness. Consequently, I had no idea I would be looking at a dental bill at this time. I was upset and said that I couldn't make an appointment at that moment. I had to pay for that visit of course and drove home in tears. Follow up: I went to a different dentist to have the infected tooth pulled.

I went to another dentist who specializes in implants for a second opinion. Result: The bone is not damaged. The implant itself is perfectly fine. It was the cap that was loose. The dentist told me that it was put in poorly to begin with! The screw that was in the bone was fine. No bone loss showed on the x ray. The cap or artificial tooth was not set correctly onto the metal and that is why it became loose.

He repaired the entire issue in 20 minutes and it has been wonderful and hasn't moved since! The dentist was so annoyed with DAT Dental for what happened to me and how upset I was thinking I lost so much money for nothing he didn't even charge me. What a decent human being. I was so impressed I gifted him and the office with some fun things for their time and kindness.

He has asked to remain anonymous and I have agreed to respect that. I am writing this review as I feel it is my responsibility as a consumer to share this with others who may be in a similar situation. I thank those who took the time to read this.

I have been so pleased with everyone in this office. They genuinely are interested in each patient and take such incredible care of you. I had a temporary crown break and they came in on their day off in between classes with their kids to fix me up.

I came in for my bi-monthly cleaning and I went to schedule the appointment. My hygienist was Amy. She is very thorough and really gives you understanding on how one can properly take care of their teeth. The office has a nice entrance lobby, the staff are very friendly. I also like Galina too she took care of me when I had my fillings done. Will definitely come back again.

In the beginning we were very happy to get into Dat Dental. Everyone was so nice and seemed professional. The office is very high tech. Seemed like a very good fit. But we soon became very disappointed in their business practices. We came to know that their sole purpose is to do as much dental work on you as possible as quickly as possible. They had us run up a $5000 bill that was not covered by insurance, all the while telling us that it would be.

They did not read our insurance policy. They just kept telling us that our procedures would be covered. And, to top that off, the day they told us that the procedures that we had had done were not covered and that we owed them $5000, they abruptly dropped our insurance company. This action required that we either pay full price to continue at Dat Dental or find another provider.

They acted like the insurance company or we were at fault. They took no responsibility for their errors or lack of attention to detail. No. Dat Dental was to blame. They dropped the ball by not getting things approved before they told us they were. In addition, we were told that Dr. Dat would "make an adjustment" because of the mixup. That never happened either. Shiny operation on the outside. Beware of their business practices. We found them to be very misleading.

So apparently they're charging me $1100 for crappy work that was NEVER explained to me in person. These people PURPOSEFULLY withhold information about your bill and stick you with unaccounted for costs months after! DO NOT go to this dental office! They are rude, unprofessional, liars, and CROOKS! I wish I would've done more research before choosing them to not only botch my filling (that still hurts by the way), but also over charge me $1100.

I called my insurance and they warned me next time to call them before any procedures from any other dental office is done. Do NOT trust this people! I only hope that someone reads this and save themselves. Also, a lot of their "good" reviews are from friends and family (meaning they're fake). I just found this out. And, I will be going more public with this! This is a scam from a very unethical con artist.

I've been a patient of Dr. Dat for over 10 years and i can honestly say that hes a fantastic dentist. I had some serious issues after a motorcycle accident and too much full contact karate as a younger man, and dr.dat has been awesome to work with to keep my smile looking great. I hate needles, and i hate pain. Dr. Dat knows that and is a master at numbing you up with as little discomfort as possible.

He also remembers who you are and why you're there - every time. I admit i had some issues with office staff in the past but the problems have been resolved since. To the person who wrote the 0 star review - I've never felt like i was being ripped off or grossly overcharged, but he may charge a little more than other dentists. I personally think he, and my teeth, are worth it.

Referred here for a tooth extraction. I was a bit impatient with them and they handled it gracefully. My extraction was quick and pain free, and I added the $99 full check up special in the future. Since I already had an exam for the extraction, they only charged me the difference for the full work up. That's a great deal. They were sweet to my daughter, and overall, it was as great as a dentist visit could be. Looking forward to my full exam.

Nothing short of FANTASTIC! Every single person working at this office are kind, informative, and professional. I'm personally not a big dentist fan, pretty much scared of them, but they made me feel relaxed and comfortable, did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth, and fixing several of my cavities, and I was in and out in no time. Easy place to find, convenient parking, great staff and doctor!

Everyone at this office is great. They are wonderful with my three kids, ages 9 and 7. They also do cleanings at the same time so I'm not there for hours when I take all three in. The office is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We will miss them when we move this summer!

I am updating my review. There were some miscommunications made on their part but they ultimately corrected them. Overall we are satisfied with our outcome here. I would recommend them due to the fact that ultimately came through in customer service and ultimately seem to be a professional establishment. Will let you know more after further interactions with them going forward.

If I can rate this place more than a 5 star, I would. The hygienist, who works with Dr. Dat for quite sometime is extremely thorough! She was very honest and she knew exactly what she was doing, I went in today as a brand spankin' new patient and was very impressed. She walked me through the building giving me a tour before my appointment, which was very thoughtful! If your the kind of patient who wants a really good cleaning, and i'm talking about more than just an average regular cleaning come here.

I have been looking for a dentist for 3 years. Most of the dentists I tried to make appointments with only work 2 days a week. So it was awesome to see a dentist that was open. I was so surprised when I was able to get in right away and was treated like I was the only patient DatDental had. The folks that work here are amazing, they are friendly and I know exactly where I stand with my bill. I am very impressed with this office and they are now my family dentist. I wish I would have known about them 3 years ago.

It is with great JOY that I write my review of Filbert Family Dentistry in Bothell, Washington! Because my husband and I don't have Dental Insurance, we were delighted to find out about Dr. Dat's 'Assistance Savings Plan" at his office. My husband and I decided to go for the "Plus" Level due to the incredible savings, which includes in addition to. 100% on Diagnostic and X-Rays, 4 Periodontical Prophylaxis at 100% and 20% off on Scaling and Root Planning, At our first appointment, we were so pleased to be greeted by Dr. Dat's courteous and professional staff. You'll 'fall in love' with "Ella", who does accounting. It gets better. We could not have imagined a better, more caring hygienist.

I think this is the first Dentist's office that advertises 'good with nervous/scared patients' and everyone actually IS good with scared-y-cats like me! Others I have tried just meant that as 'will ignore your fear and just keep working' or 'won't be mean when you cry' or something. but they have been so great, and Ella reminds me so much of my. mum; understanding, but gently pushing for me to 'get that appointment made and get it done', and so friendly! I'm sticking with them no matter what, when even _I_ can say I'm not afraid of my next visit. there's a winner right there!

Another great trip to the dentist. The Saturday appointments really help with my schedule.
