Bensonhurst Dental stars a husband and wife duo, Drs. Alex and Marina Rubinshtein, they are leading providers of the most progressive cosmetic dentistry in the country. Dr. Alexander Rubinshtein has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years and has a thriving patient following. He received his DDS from NYU school of Dentistry and was a member of the honorary society. Dr Rubinshtein is board member of ALD | Academy of Laser Dentistry & ADA. Dr. Alex deploys the latest advances in dentistry and business practice enabling him to treat his patients and provide them with exceptional services. His main focus is on oral surgery, implant restoration and laser assisted dentistry.
A preventive (recare) program is a joint cooperative effort between you and our experienced dental team to preserve your natural teeth, gums, and bones of the oral area by preventing the onset, progress, and recurrence of dental diseases and conditions. Preventing dental disease starts at home with good oral hygiene and a balanced diet.
There are many reasons why adult teeth may need restorative treatment. The most common reason is decay, followed by fractured teeth, and old restorations needing replacement. If we recommend that a tooth with a cavity be treated and more than a few weeks pass after the initial diagnosis, the cavity will almost always get bigger and can cause pain.

My experience at the Bensonhurst Dental Care today was absolutely amazing! As soon as I walked in they took care of me and quickly assisted me with everything that I needed. I was then brought back to start with my cleaning and whitening with no wait! The hygienist did an amazing job and continuously kept on making sure I was ok and in no pain. Overall, my experience was so enjoyable, I even felt like I was at a spa with the great service! Will be going back for any dental concerns:

Dr. Marina and the whole staff at Bensonhurst Dental are the best of the best. I have never experienced such a pleasant and fun and exciting place to be at (especially the DENTIST) I have gone to so many dental offices to fix my teeth and it has always been trial and error and I am so happy and blessed to finally have found THE BEST DENTIST and office. DR.MARINA is by far the most professional, experienced and amazing dentist I've ever come across.

First of all I would say my experience was life changing. I had not an easy case and with my previous experience I am kind of gave up to have perfect smile. The result was way above my expectations! It's healthy, incredibly beautiful and natural smile. Whole Bensonhurst team is top professionals. Plus they are suuuuch warm and caring people. I was searching for the right dental clinic for more than 3 years so 100% recommend them

I almost have no words for how happy i am with my entire experience with bensenhurst dental, but that wouldn't be me. For 15 years, due to genetics & bad dentistry, i thought i was going to be dealing with my two missing teeth for the rest of my life. My smile was never really a smile. It was a half smile, a hidden smile, a fake one. I was bullied about it. & I have aways been insecure about it.
I have cried endlessly about how difficult it was on a daily basis to have this hanging over me. I have been embarassed to smile big. The hospitality field is my passion. & it is extremely hard to not smile all day at guests or clients for sometimes over 12 hours a day. To feel confident in your people skills while worrying if you've smiled too big was a personal hell I've gotten used to.
But i was tired. I am a happy person, a grateful person & i needed my smile back. Fast forward to november 2021. The pandemic is dying down. Self love/care is at an all time high & so is self awareness. & thanks to my superhero mom i was able to get in this office. By this time I had watched the new smile videos for 3 years. But this time, I was determined to get mine.
I was scared. I was uncomfortable. I was hoping for the best but this wasn't new for me. And then, i met dr. Marina. After that, the rest was history. The fear was history. I knew I was in hands that would care about me. & she did. Straight to the point, telling me what i needed like a mom would. I went from my skin crawling because of dentistry tools around me, to laughing & joking in the matter of 5 minutes.
In 5 minutes she took years of a fear of uncertainty that has kept me from my smile & turned it into trust. Turned it into hope. My next visit i saw Dr Geoffrey. This was the surgery. The last time i had a needle before this I passed out. But he waited until i felt comfortable & here came more trust. Two 6 hour gum surgeries on different days. I didn't feel a thing sitting in that chair.
What i do know is that i couldn't appreciate the detail more. My gums have never felt this good. Ever. Also, he debunked morning breath, its a lie, get your gums checked. I have only had my new smile for a day. & it might take me a while to get used to changing all the habits i had when i had to worry. But I wokeup this morning & couldn't believe my reflection. Is this really my mouth?!
It is & I really cannot thank bensenhurst dental enough for their family oriented office & detailed care you give to your clients. I never once felt like i was around anyone who didn't have my best interests or feelings at heart. You didn't just give me my first real smile, you gave me my personality back. The one that was hiding under all those habits.
I'm so thankful that i followed through with this office & I wouldn't tell anyone to go anywhere else. Thank you so much to the entire team. You brought me back to life. They aren't just out here fixing smiles, they are out here changing people's whole lives. I love you guys!

My experience begins with Karen at the front desk. She makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. A fantastic experience like never experienced before. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Dr Rubinshtein team was very professional examining and providing solutions by priority. A simple visit turned into a work of art when they were done with my porcelain veneers.
The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family. I highly recommend to anyone looking to visit a dentist to look no further and make your next appointment with Bensonhurst dental!

Bensonhurst Dental is the best team of dentists I've ever been to! As soon as you walk everyone in the front is so welcoming and warm. You even get complimentary smoothies! When you go into the back, it's extremely clean. I had to get braces on and Dr. Nick and Dr. Marina made the experience go quick and smooth. Not only do they do exceptional work, they make you feel so welcome. I've had great experiences every time I've been here. Every person on the team is beautiful inside and out.
