Absolutely the best cosmetic dentist anywhere! I traveled from Michigan to have my veneers done after seeing the work Dr. Hornbrook did on my sister. Never I have I seen more beautiful, natural looking veneers than my sisters. Now I am in the process of getting the same beautiful smile. Dr Hornbrook is a master at his craft, a true artist! In addition, he and his staff are so kind and down to earth, they are truly a pleasure to deal with. If you are in need of cosmetic work or regular dentistry look no further than Dr. Hornbrook. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

I have been going to this office for about three years I have been meaning to post a review for a long time! Dr. Hornbrook redid my veneers and they look amazing - other dentists have told me they would have never known they were veneers had I not told them. They look so natural! Also I was a little nervous to have my old veneers removed and the new ones put on but this processes was completely painless. This office also has the best hygienist and every staff member is kind and helpful! Can't recommend this office enough!

Dr Souza and her team are amazing. Everyone was so nice, always checking in on me, asking if I was ok and if I needed to stop they would stop and say or do something to make me feel comfortable again. My dentist experience has definitely changed thanks to everyone at the Hornbook Center!

After years of wanting to hide my smile, I decided to see Dr. Hornbrook. I walked in with two front teeth mismatched due to a childhood accident. Dr. Hornbrook replaced them with crowns and gave me a reason to smile confidently.

I'm 70 years old and have been in many dental offices. I've been going to Hornbrook Center for Dentistry for nearly twenty years. This practice has the most helpful and friendly staff of any good office I've ever been in. The doctors are at the top of their field and all the technicians and hygienists are amazing. This is not only an excellent dentistry practice, but is pretty much pain free. I have two beautiful venires that truly look beautifully natural, and several crowns. I definitely would highly recommend this dentistry office.

I've become very particular about dentists since a couple bad experiences and am so happy I found Dr. Hornbrook! He fixed my front tooth after it broke in half (thanks to poor dental work from someone else) and made it look identical to one next to it. He's a perfectionist, takes his time and is very friendly/kind - as is everyone else in the office!

I constantly have the bad luck of meetings scheduled right before/after my appointments, and they're all super patient/flexible every time. You get the celebrity treatment going in there. Love you guys!

I was very pleased with the environment, the staff and the services. I was seeing by Dr. Souza, a very charismatic and knowledgeable dentist who performed a thoroughly exam. Then a saw Krishna, the hygienist. Wow! I always considered Carolina my best one, and now I have 2 best ones. I highly recommend them.

Krishna performed a great cleaning, as always, and was her usual upbeat and friendly self! Dr. Souza gave me a quick but thorough unscheduled exam due a worsening problem I'm having, and was encouraging and supportive. It was good seeing Andrea, Angie, and Danielle again. I really enjoy coming here, especially considering why I'm required to. Incredibly nice and professional people work here! Thanks!

Had my teeth whitened and had such an amazing experience! Andrea and Angela at the front desk were so friendly, and Sandra and Dr. Souza took great care of me! I loved the convenience of the location and the gorgeous office. The appointment took about 2 hours so I just watched a movie the whole time and even dozed off a little because I was so comfortable!

I was expecting the whitening to hurt since I have sensitive teeth, but it just felt like little cold shocks. They gave me all the necessary information for aftercare, and I even got a beautiful orchid on my way out! I would definitely recommend going here for whitening or any dentistry needs!

I hope cosmetic dentistry has evolved. Got 6 veneers in early 90s. I was never happy with the chiclet look. Within a year the margins between tooth and gum were noticeable. After a few years, one popped loose at work. Ended up getting crowns from another dentist. Decades later.so far, so good.

I don't even know where to start. I will say that I honestly feel like the luckiest person to have found Dr. Hornbrook. I came to him in desperate need after getting veneers placed by a different dentist. As a result, my gums were ridiculously swollen and the original veneers would need to be replaced. I'm sure I wasn't a case Dr. Hornbrook wanted to take on, but he did, and he did the most amazing job fixing me! He's a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want when it comes to cosmetic dentistry.

I am beyond thrilled with the work he did but he also happens to be one of the nicest people I've ever met. I actually enjoyed going to my appointments, who can say that about a dental visit?! I also want to add that I had so many procedures, I was really a tough case for Dr. Hornbrook, and I never once felt any pain, unbelievable. My experience I had was all encompassing. Dr. Hornbrook is the best but so is everyone in his office, which also speaks volumes about him. Andrea at the front desk is phenomenal, she is extremely caring and immediately made me feel welcome.and has continued to make me feel that way, helping me every step of the way with my many appointments. Danielle, Dr. Hornbrook's assistant, helped explain the cost associated without pressuring me.

She was also involved in many of my procedures as well. Danielle is such a warm and kind person, always making sure I felt comfortable during my visits. Unfortunately I had a issue on a Friday night, one of my temporary veneers fell off. I called the afterhours number and Sandra immediately called me back. She got me in first thing Saturday morning and did an exceptional job replacing the veneer. She's also as friendly as can be!

My hygienist, Krishna, is fantastic and probably the most thorough and knowledgeable hygienist I've ever been to and I'm 47 years old so I've been to a lot! I know this review is long but it still isn't worthy of explaining the experience I had. I never thought I'd smile again without being self conscious which is a horrible feeling.

Now I smile as big as ever and with confidence, that is priceless. If you're reading this review, that means you've found Dr. Hornbrook, so I would consider you to be as lucky as I am. He will always be my greatest recommendation.

Superior in all ways! Stellar level of dentistry (Dr. Hornbrook is a teaching dentist who trains other dentists - that's how good he is) and superior level of customer service. I have been to many dentists in my 60+ years and Dr. Hornbrook and staff are beyond compare. Proactive, professional expertise, yet friendly and down-to-earth, with an office ambience that surpasses any dentist office I have ever been in.

Staff are very attentive to your comfort and provide a calm, quiet relaxing ambience. Many dentist offices are busy and somewhat noisy, which I find jarring when I am already in a mildly anxious state about having dental work done. Dr. Hornbrook and staff focus on you, the patient, and pay attention to the unseen details. Office sounds are dampened with sound absorbing decor choices.

Office staff refrain from idle chit chat amongst them selves while they are working on your mouth. I feel as if I and my dental work are the most important thing they are doing and that they are paying attention to me, my comfort and providing excellent experienced dentistry to boot. When laying prone in a chair with my airway at risk this is good to know!

Everyone in this office is always pleasant, friendly, focused and does their utmost to accommodate preferences and schedules. They follow up post care and do whatever is needed without question. I cannot say enough about the exceptional level of care of this office provides-very very impressive in comparison to all the rest.

Five stars says it all. I was referred to this office by my longtime dentist in Las Vegas when I moved here to San Diego. I had a really hard time finding a great dentist here in SD and had a few horror stories along the way. So thankful for this referral and everyone at the Hornbrook Center for Dentistry, they are wonderful and make you feel like family!

This was by far the best dental experience of my life! I was in San Diego for a few weeks and broke a crown. Hornbrook was nearby and my sister-in-law thought they were good. From the first call, Andrea treated me with such warmth that I felt as if I were a long-lost relative. She fit me in the day I called. At the office, Marie greeted me warmly.

The waiting room had a tropical fish tank, cookies, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. Dr. Hornbrook was kind (I was in town for a dying relative), explained what he was doing, and had excellent technique and new technology that made the experience essentially pain-free. The dental technician got my temporary crown right on the first try - unprecedented!

That night, Dr. Hornbrook called to make sure I was okay. I am seriously debating flying in for dental work. If you live anywhere in a 50-mile radius, it's worth driving here for dental work.

I just love the team at Hornbrook Dental! I had called yesterday and asked Andrea if I may get in as soon as they had an opening to see me about my scenario. She was so sweet and accommodating and she had me come in when it was convenient for me. Wow, that was so awesome. So I went in the next day and was so grateful that my regular hygienist, Krishna took care of my problem. Krishna is such an amazing person and hygienist, I feel very lucky that I have someone so caring and helpful!

She had suggested several things to get my mouth in a much healthier place-yippee-it's been helpful too. I'm not a person that looks forward to going to the dentist, but I have to say Hornbrook and it's wonderful staff, like Krishna, Andrea and Marie take that dread away and make you feel like your part of the Hornbrook family! Thank you Hornbrook for everything you do, Sam and I sure appreciate all of You!

It's been a few years since I went to see Dr. Hornbrook. What should have been the experience of a lifetime, turned out to be very disappointing, especially after reading so many positive reviews, .The photos I saw were stunning. My stepdad, offered to pay to have my teeth fixed for me, a gift and a chance of a lifetime. I had over 15,000.00 worth of dental work, .including many crowns etc.

I asked for a 'nice white Hollywood' smile. I got yellow stained crowns back. Today six of my teeth where the crown were have fallen totally out and I am getting infections in them often. I complained and it looked like he 'painted' them to lighten them up. I was promised 'you'll get so many compliments' on your teeth and didn't get one.

The bottom ones looked like corn Kernals and I had to ask him to fix those also. Sorry, It was one of the most traumatic experiences for me personally i'd ever had. Something I had waited a lifetime to have and he just couldn't do what I wanted.or didn't care. So glad all of the other patrons were so well satisfied. I even went to the dental council who were all of his friends.

I feel I was really cheated out of the smile I had always wanted. EDIT: after reading the ridiculous response from the office. I will say this, I am NOT a liar I filed a complaint to the proper people. I have the Original package of all of my work and my late Step dad paid for it. TO claim you 'never heard of me shows a contempt in my opinion.

I sent you my name. Deny all you want, I am sitting here with six teeth with out the crowns, and some of them on the bottom so short they didn't cover the teeth I paid good money to crown.and they are YELLOW so please don't tell me I am 'MISTAKEN good grief. And please don't bother to respond. My son also went to Dr Hornbrook.

Extremely disappointed! After visiting this office for a dental problem, they created a full and comprehensive treatment plan. The pricing seemed quite high in addition to the fact that I only went there for one problem and all of this other work was revealed that "had to be done or I would have severe issues". My spouse also went in for a check up and came away with a treatment plan in the $10,000's.

She was told that she had severe decay and needed previously done dental work redone(cosmetic dentistry that was done less than 4 years ago). Upon obtaining two different second opinions none of the prescribed work was necessary other than a minor cavity that was diagnosed by this office as quite large and problematic. The pricing at the two other offices were substantially less than Hornbook. I realize that prices that vary from practice to practice but this office seems to create "add on" work to increase the charges.

If i can only give 10 stars to dr hornbrook and staff i would. Beautiful and attentive staffs. Andrea is very good at what she does and answered all my inquiry as a first timer. And alyssa as dr hornbrook assistant is very compasionate and caring. And of course Dr. Hornbrook is the best cosmetic dentist! I love my veneers i couldnt be happier! Thank u soo much dr and im sooo blessed to have known u! U are Gods gift!

If there were more stars to give, I'd give more stars! There are good dentists and there are Master Dentists. Dr. Hornbrook is a Master. Pricey, but well worth it for the attention to detail and expert care you receive. GREAT dentist and equally wonderful staff. Simply top notch practice!

I bought a Groupon for teeth whitening here and just received the service. The office is beautiful and the team working there are so friendly and courteous. The experience was so good I purchased additional items for at home treatment. And the actual service was excellent. My teeth look shiney and bright! Thanks Andrea and the team! You made the experience 100% better!

I just had my teeth whitened by Danielle who was absolutely wonderful! When I walked in the office I immediately greeted by Andrea who had the most friendliest smile and was so nice. The waiting area was very inviting, warm and had a beautiful fish tank. Danielle introduced herself and proceeded to show me around the office (very impressive) and then started the whitening process. Danielle was extremely attentive and was very quick to assist me with a wonderful coughing fit I had!

I highly recommend this dental office. I'm loving my teeth and can't wait to see the final results. Thank you Dr. Hornbrook for having such a wonderful staff and office environment.
