We are a small family oriented office in La Mesa in the Grossmont Medical Center and across from the mall, accepting most PPO insurance plans, (we do not accept HMO insurances). The office is kept small for a reason. We believe in providing high quality dental care to one person at a time. We do not "double-book" people or ask them to wait 30 minutes while we are with someone else.

Craig Kubina, DDS is a small family oriented office located in La Mesa, next to the Grossmont Medical Center, across from the mall. Our office focuses on respecting your time by providing high quality dental care on an individual basis by not "double-booking" or asking you to wait 30 minutes while finishing another person's procedure.
Wendy completed Grossmont health occupations dental assisting program in 1993 and received her California RDA license the same year. In 1999, she attended the Las Vegas Institute of advanced studies in esthetic dentistry and the Invisalign certification program. Jen has been a dental assistant since 2005 and completed her RDA license in 2006.
At Craig Kubina, DDS your La Mesa dentist, we offer a wide variety of services to facilitate reaching the ideal goal that each patient has set for themselves. Every individual in our office is unique with respect to their oral health and ideals. We are happy to help each person achieve what it is they are after whether that be a simple cleaning and exam, an emergency situation, any array of cosmetic services or restoring a neglected mouth back to a healthy & functional state.

The entire staff is friendly and professional! Very neat office and relaxed setting. I'm always in and out in no time. This was the most gentle teeth cleaning and cavity filling I've ever had. I usually have anxiety about dental work but now that I've found the perfect dental office I no longer have that issue. I would 100% recommend coming here!

Dr. Kubina nd best dentist I've seen in my 23+ years living in San Diego! He and his staff has always delivered top-notch dental treatment, both preventative and corrective, to me and my wife. Craig and his staff are great at dentistry. Having seen many dental professionals as a kid born with a cleft lip and pallet I can honestly say that Craig and his staff are not only professionals but friendly and kind as well. My wife found Dr. Kubina online after searching for local dentists who offer anesthesia since she's a little sensitive to pain. Thank you Dr. Kubina!

I've been a patient of Dr. Kubina for some years. He's the best! The dentist I'd been to before had done a lot of really shoddy work, that Dr. Kubina had to clean up. He made it as comfortable and affordable as possible. He explains everything thoroughly so you understand what needs to be done, and his work is top notch. He's a perfectionist, and that's who you want working on your teeth! Dr. Kubina is my dentist for life.

Simply the best. Dr. Kubina and his staff have taken care of my family for many years. He's cared for my elderly parents as well as my husband and myself. He's cared for our two children since they were in junior high, and they're in their 20s today. He's extremely knowledgeable about dentistry and only recommends what is absolutely necessary. His costs are in line with other dentists in the area, but you can have the confidence that you're getting the best care available and not being billed for unnecessary procedures.
His office personnel are so nice. Wendy has been his front office person from the beginning. She's so nice and very efficient. His hygienist is so gentle but thorough. Don't go anywhere else!

Dr Kubina has been our family dentist for years. Everyone in the family loves his gentle technique and the staff is always smiling, kind and friendly. Both of my girls love going to the dentist for their 6 months cleaning and even when they have had any cavities they were not afraid at all because of how Dr Kubina makes them feel. He is the very best dentist I have ever been too.
