The best dental place I've ever been. Everyone is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The people that answer the phones are very friendly also which is the first impression to your clients. Been going there for 3 years now and everyone always says Hi and super friendly to everyone which speaks a lot about the owners. Just the Sweetest people. When you go in there it feels like visiting a family because everyone knows you. I would have given 10 stars if I could!

Clean and friendly staff. Billing department is disorganized. Consistently asked if we owed anything after each appointment, was told no. End of year received a large bill from insurance adjustments that had built up over the year. They understood how our insurance worked but gave us dentists in their office that was not covered due to miscommunication between their office and dentist. We pay all out and upfront, finances are a delicate process for most people, they do not take this into consideration when handling their patients.

Mansfield Family Dentistry is among the best dentistries I've been too! The office staff is always super friendly, helpful, and they make sure your well taken care of. Dr. Cody is a knowledgeable dentist and always makes sure your concerns and questions are addressed. Terri is an excellent hygienist who is super sweet always makes you feel and at home. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed, would highly recommended this dentistry to everyone!

The Bauers are amazing dentists and some of the kindest people I've ever met. Their staff treats you like family and seem to genuinely care about their patients. I've been a patient for probably 10 years now and they've helped me plenty of times and provide many options to solve your situation. I'm no professional but they seem to be masters of their craft.

When having to get novacaine shots you barely feel it at all. If you're experiencing any pain they do they're best to provide relief. They're a little bit pricier than some of the cheaper dentists out there, but you definitely get what you pay for. I'd rather pay a little extra knowing I'm getting quality care than take a chance on another dentist that costs a little less.

But like I said, although a bit more expensive, it's fair and I don't feel like I'm getting screwed. To the Bauers, I love you guys and thanks for all you do in our community! -Daniel

Best dentists and dentist office staff I've ever dealt with. Just had two wisdom teeth pulled 12-18-19. Everyone in the office is very nice and they explain the complete process and plan of treatment and costs and insurance coverage. I plan on sticking with them for a long long time.

Mansfield Family Dentistry is a very clean friendly and modern office. Before visiting Cody I had pain chewing food and my bite was messed up from grinding my teeth. He put in 6 porcelain caps on my back teeth in without any issues. My teeth now look beautiful, my bite is fixed, and I have no pain from chewing. Getting these caps have already improved my quality of life and I'm thankful for Cody's suggestion to get them!

These are wonderful people who did all they could to help my mother with her teeth problems when no one else would. She always said she loved the atmosphere here and that the people were super friendly to her. (She passed this April) but like I said she couldn't speak enough good of these people because her teeth were in BAD shape so she had multiple visits here to get removals done and whatnot so if you are looking for that kind of care and treatment I suggest coming here.

Disappointed with this practice. Had two crowns that did not fit well put on. Called to let them know I was having problems. They couldn't get me in but I had a 6 month checkup that was a month away from my phone call. So they added problem to that visit. I was told crowns were done poorly and needed replaced. However due to a military move two days later I could not get these replaced.

I was told that if I ever came back to TX they would fix them. During our move both crowns fell out. So I have been paying for teeth that were not properly fit. Two months later I got a bill for my cleaning because the practice was longer in network with my insurance.

I like to know that when I go to a health care provider of any kind they want me there and to be satisfied that they have done everything they could to take care of my needs. If you are just in your profession for the money and don't show me that you care about my needs then I will find someone that does care which is what happened when I found Mansfield Family Dentistry.

I tried a different dentist here in Mansfield and left that appointment feeling like I was wasting his time. I saw Mansfield Family Dentistry's article in the Mansfield magazine so I made my appointment there and fell in love with the whole staff. Every single question was answered to my satisfaction and understanding and every single procedure was not only done with extreme care but again explained to my satisfaction and understanding. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this family!
