I requested a consultation with Dr. Lupovici regarding a lower frenectomy and graft. I was nervous to say the least but right from the start, the doctor answered all of my questions and I felt well prepared. I appreciated his patience and the realistic expectations from our initial meeting. I continued with both procedures and I received incredible care. Dr. Lupovici and his team went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and knowledgeable.

Their support extended for many months beyond with several follow up appointments to keep an eye on my progress. Over 2 years later and I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Lupovici exceeded the expectations and I have significantly greater coverage over my roots. Mission accomplished! With 100% certainty, I recommend Dr. Lupovici. Also, the office itself is super clean and a relaxing environment. The staff was more than accommodating and kind. I was sad to say goodbye to everyone at my last follow up! :

Dr. Lupovici is honest, intelligent and easy to get along with. He has been great to work with professionally, and he always does his very best to deliver his best in everything he does. His work is always exemplary. I highly recommend him as an excellent periodontist.

Maybe some people like Dr. Lupovici, but his main receptionist is a nightmare to deal with! She is rude, obnoxious, aggressive, arrogant, condescending and nasty, with the facade of calling people honey and sweetie nonstop. I had an expensive procedure done, was given a set of followup instructions, and when I called back to confirm my followup appointment, she immediately had an attitude and was impossible to deal with. I will never return to a doctor who hires such an awful receptionist.

I was terrified when told I needed oral bone grafts!, I was recommended to Dr. Lupovici and am I glad I was! He and his staff and made me feel comfortable to be in his care. I highly recommend him. He did bone grafts and four implants for me giving me back a full set of teeth and even more he gave me back confidence eating and talking again. His staff is wonderful, caring and professional. Dr. Lupovici is an extremely excellent dentist and implant specialist.

He was so concerned about my well being, calling me at home to see how I was doing and never hesitated to answer my questions with professionalism and extreme knowledge. Doctor Lupovici is the best: professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a fantastic bedside manner. His entire staff is kind and attentive: they treat you like family. You'll be in good hands with these people. Highly highly recommend.

In August of 2010 he did an implant for me that failed. At the time, he was working with Dr. Berman in Commack. Initially, I talked to Dr. Berman thinking that he was going to do the implant until a few days before the surgery when the secretary informed me that Dr. Lupovici will do the implant. When I went back to him to check on the implant, he gave me the bad news that it did not work and had to remove the screw.

While he was doing that, he took out parts of the bone structure and left me with a big hole. When I asked him to return my money, he made me sign a paper! I went through many corrective surgeries and lost more teeth as a result of his mistakes. At least 3 doctors confirmed that he did a terrible job for me, which caused me to do my entire front teeth.

I went through so much pain and suffered physically and financially for many years until a couple of months ago when Dr. Buton Langer did an amazing job by implanting two teeth which gave me my smile back! I do not recommend Dr. Lupovici for implants at all.

I can write this review both as a patient, and as a colleague. Dr Lupovici, or Dr. Lupo as I call him, is a wonderful, responsible, and dedicated professional. I have referred patients to him since the early 2000's, all with excellent results. When I have a complicated case that I could chose to send to another doctor, I always seek Dr Lupo out. On a personal note, I fractured a tooth last year, and from many colleagues I could have gone to, I chose to have Dr. Lupo remove it and provide me with a graft. Today I am good as new thanks to his treatment. I can highly recommend him.

Dr. Lupovici is one of the most likable people you will ever meet but it is his currency in and command of both the academic and applied understanding of periodontics, and his willingness to answer any question and share knowledge in exactly the way that makes sense to YOU, that is so very welcome and unusual.

Dr. Lupovici is a highly skilled and professional periodontist. He successfully grafted my own bone to anchor 2 implants in my lower jaw after I lost those teeth from an injury decades before! He did so with only local anesthesia yet I was entirely comfortable throughout and his staff was friendly and supportive. Should you need dental implants, Dr. Lupovici will provide you with great care and lasting results.

I found Dr. Lupovici after being on another website when verifying the credentials of another periodontist. Dr. Lupovici is absolutely the best! His manner is always warm, caring and professional. He has successfully treated my various periodontal issues. His dental hygienist is the most efficient, the best dental cleaning ever. His front office staff is efficient and always helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Lupovici to those who are seeking the best in periodontal care.

Excellent and personable dentist, pulled out two of my wisdom teeth and I left utterly charmed, he even called me later that night from his cell phone to make sure I was all right, I'd highly recommend him to anyone in need of dental surgery.
