When you come in for your regularly scheduled checkups, they will normally last about 45 minutes to an hour. Each regular exam will include a detailed cleaning of your teeth. This will include: cleaning your teeth, polishing your teeth and rinsing your teeth to remove all tartar and plaque that might have built up on the tooth's surface. In order to keep your mouth healthy and your smile bright, we offer several other dental care services that help prevent damage to your smile.

Always a pleasure coming to the Village Dental Center. Everyone on the staff is friendly and professional. My dental hygienist, Stephanie, is the best. I had an opportunity to meet Dr Chesser for the first time. He seems to be a very positive addition to the team. Although I didn't choose to proceed with the entire treatment he recommended, I appreciated his comments and professionalism.

I couldn't be more pleased and happier with the great care and professionalism at the Village Dental Center. Dr. Harmon is truly talented. His experience and careful eye to detail sets him apart from others. I love my smile, the restoration of my health, and the many compliments I receive each time I smile. His staff is top notch and made me feel like family from the moment I walked through the door. Lindsay assisted during my appointments, and I couldn't have felt more safe under her watchful care.

Fasten your seatbelts because this will be long! My name is Shari. I had a dental emergency at the end of 2020 requiring I see an oral surgeon. As result I needed a tooth removed and needed an implant (my first). The oral surgeon was wonderful. However, he referred me to Dr. S. in Sun City West, AZ to make a bridge after the oral surgery was healed.
I decided since Dr. S. was going to make my new bridge where the implant was placed, I'd have him replace a lot of old crown/bridge work. ALL of this work was completed by Dr. S in 2021. In late 2021 I called to make a cleaning appointment and discuss some concerns I was experiencing with my bite. The appointment was scheduled, then I received a call canceling my appointment and being told Dr. S. had retired and sold his practice.
This is where Dr. Harmon comes in. I researched him and liked what I was reading, so I made a cleaning appointment. That was the best decision I could ever have made! As it turned out, much of the work done by Dr. S. was substandard and needed be replaced. After X-rays and an exam, Dr. Harmon pointed out (on X-ray) issues with the work Dr. S had done in 2021.
I tried to act calm when seeing (on X-ray) and hearing this news since I and my dental insurer had paid thousands to Dr. S. I can assure you I was very upset and a bit scared. What would I do now? Well, Dr. Harmon wrote up a plan and recommendations and one of his staff members went over my options. Today, all of the faulty work has been replaced and the work seems superior to what Dr. S had done.
The crowns Dr. Harmon replaced feel much more natural (to my tongue). Since most are back teeth, I can't say the new crowns look different but they ABSOLUTELY feel different. They feel BETTER and more natural. My bite is almost back to normal and should be completely normal once one last dental procedure is completed. Dr. Harmon is a consummate professional, gentle and kind.
His staff is equally professional. Every visit has gone smoothly and been a pleasant experience. I look forward to continuing all of my future oral care with Dr. Harmon and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Harmon and his staff are absolutely amazing! I was cared for like a family member and felt completely comfortable. The office is beautiful, inviting, and very clean. From the time of entering the office, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Harmon has been able to provide me with a smile I absolutely love to show off. I couldn't speak more highly of a dental office and staff. I have loved my dental experience!

Dr Harmon is the best Dentist in the West Valley! His dedication to detail is unmatched. You will walk away with the most perfectly -imperfect smile. Meaning you will not leave with "cookie cutter teeth" the attention to detail, will fill you with pride! His talented staff is kind, caring, and erases any anxiety you might have. As a new patient I have never had a more comprehensive dental exam. Katie the office manager was kind and welcoming. Stephanie my hygienist was extraordinarily thorough in cleaning my teeth and telling me what she was doing. Sara not only took full x-rays but also excellent pictures of each of my teeth which Stephanie reviewed with me. They even took a full scale scan of my jaw.
Then Dr Harmon personally examined my teeth giving me an understanding of what is happening in my mouth. This was all done at a very reasonable introductory price. I am looking forward to getting some repair work done. I highly recommend The Village Dental Center.
