My husband and I have had several appointments here and they have all been very comfortable and professional. Dr. Holly is very gentle and we both feel at ease with him. Candice is the same very kind and knowledgeable. Ariel has done a couple cleanings for me and she is outstanding. All of office staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have dealt with Roslyn and she has been very patient as I sometimes need to reschedule visits. We highly recommend Burns Dentistry.

As a brand new patient I am happy to report that I received excellent service. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I felt very welcomed and was treated in a kind, professional manner. Mariah at the front desk was friendly and explained things very well. Jenessy gave me a nice tour of the facilities and also explained things very well. Christine did a terrific job cleaning my teeth.

I must say that it was the best teeth cleaning experience ever. She was very gentle, friendly, and answered all my questions professionally and in a manner I could understand. I am very confident in placing my trust with the great people at Burns Dentistry.

I had a phenomenal experience with everyone in the office. All the staff that I met were so sweet & professional. My hygienist was Ariel, & her assistant was Jennessy. Such lovely ladies. This is the first time I have ever written a review for anyone. I just felt this dental office deserved a review from me. Dr. Holley is our family dentist, his assistant is Ash, all I can tell you is their work is impeccable. I don't want to forget the lovely doctor administrator Roslyn Beckwith she's the greatest. Please believe me you won't be disappointed. Good people in that office.

Our first visit was exceptional! 5 star treatment with a tour and 100% professionalism. We will definitely make this our dentist! Going to the dentist is never really a dream come true event, but it is important to believe all will be well and done to our satisfaction or perfection! I'm grateful to have found Burns Dentistry! My wife and I just moved to Sun City and having only been in town a couple of days, I had no idea where to go for a badly needed tooth extraction. After stopping at several places that claimed to have "same day service", only to find their doors closed during posted open hours, I had gotten frustrated. By chance, I called Burns Dentistry. Shari answered the phone and was not only professional, but very sympathetic to what I was going through.

The appointment was set. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and check-in was a breeze. Next, I met Megan who gave me a whirlwind tour of their facility. Amazing. Dr. Dodd was amazing as well and explained everything that could be done to save my tooth. Megan stayed with me throughout the whole process and was one of the kindest, most professional Dental Assistants I've ever met. GREAT experience at Burns Dentistry in Sun City!

Burns Dentistry is, by far, the best dental office I've experienced. Dentists are very knowledgeable and take time to answer all questions regarding services you require. Best of all, they go through each process needed and the charges to you and to insurance. NO SURPRISES ON COSTS! They use top of the line technology in their equipment so I had the best possible care and comfort.

Great staff provide a positive experience no matter what their task and have happy friendly smiles to offer everyone that enters their practice. Now, I have no fear before my dentist appointment.

I cant say enough about how wonderful Candi was! I was super reluctant to stay and have any service done due to past bad experiences elsewhere but Candi took the time to make me feel comfortable (more time than most would have), but I stayed! Believe it or not, it wasnt even that bad and now I feel silly. But going forward Ill only see her :) Thanks again Candi. you're the best!

Kirsten and Dr. Kubik handled my follow up after the first stage of my implant. Both were very efficient and professional. Would recommend.

Dr. HOLLY was great! Explained all work he was going to perform. I had two crowns and a couple of cavity's worked on. It went very well and I feel great. A big part of getting crowns is the work performed by the dental assistant. KRISTEN was confident, caring and made me very comfortable in the work she was performing.

From the very moment I walked in to inquire about their services, to my very first visit as a new patient I had a wonderful experience. They are very friendly, the office is gorgeous and the staff are all awesome. Holly took such good care of me and was so great to talk to about my plans for my oral health. After she cleaned my teeth they felt and looked amazing.

I will be returning for some cosmetic work and following up with regular visits. I plan on sending as many people there as I possibly can as I have the confidence that they will provide ongoing medical and professional dental work on anyone I send. Watch out for this place. They are there for your money and little else. Sickeningly sweet facade on the staff and UPSELL UPSELL UPSELL. I went in to get a crown reattached. tech put me in the chair, bib, glasses and an xray. Doc comes in and says i need a new crown then EVERYBODY leaves. leaves me in the chair with the bib and glasses and all. They never came back. had to get myself out of the chair. put their glasses and stuff in the garbage and had to hunt for my gold crown. had been put in a cubby next to the tech station. Finally a woman shows up with the sappiest sweet demeanor and proceeds with the high pressure sales DONT GO HERE!

I had a small emergency, and in need of a visit. Unfortunately we just moved here a week ago, so had no idea where to go. I chose burns dentistry because they were close. What a great chance of luck. The dentist & staff are personable, altho they definitely are out for your money. They tried insisting that my 97 yr old mom needed a CT scan that day! WHAT! She's 97 and in heart failure!. She didn't even have pain! No time for a cleaning but let's do a cat scan.right.good try. He won't even talk to you, his assistant screens you then breaks it down to him. I know what that's about! tricky.be careful here!

I was pleased with all the individuals I interacted with during my first appointment at Burns Dentistry. Each person was cordial, efficient and professional. The facility is modern and the technology up to date. This was a routine appointment for X-rays and cleaning. I have not yet had any more extensive dental procedures performed here, but I fully expect that I will receive highly professional service.

Well let's say this, upon entry I was greeted by the most AWESOME receptionist who knew my name right off the back. I can't remember who was the girl that came and took me in, she was AWESOME as well, we were chit chatting about all kinds of stuff and she made the experience. Exciting. And as for Ariel, she did an AMAZING job on my initial cleaning and she also explained the process of the cleaning too, which was very helpful in understanding it. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking a Dentist in Sun City. AWESOME job guys

I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. Dr. Nelson was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. Dr. Nelson really loves what he does and his assistant Sylvia is simply amazing. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I didn't feel any pain because she was so gentle. I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly. One of the best!

Just moved to the area and a neighbor highly recommended Burns Dentistry. I'm very glad I chose to make an appointment. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and given a welcome gift! I was impressed by the office tour, organization of the practice, all the staff, and the use of up to date technology. Aerial was exceptional and I have never had such a thorough cleaning. Aerial pays attention to detail and explains every step during the appointment. Jessica is awesome at checking insurance specifics and making appointments. Everyone was very helpful. I went in a nervous wreck and came out with a confident smile. I went to Burns Dentistry for a new patient cleaning. At the beginning of my appointment I was offered a new patient gift and was given an office tour. Did you know that all of their assistants are phlebotomy certified? It's an amazing feeling knowing that you're in good hands.

They offered me a drink and a blanket which made it seem less "clinical" and more comfortable. Each person I encountered ensured that I was educated about what was going on in my mouth and gave me honest opinions on what to do. 10/10 would recommend, especially for someone who is nervous of the dentist!

Dr. Burns and his staff are great and the facilities are incredible. Everyone working there was so nice. They started by giving a tour around the office and kept you with the same person the entire time, making it feel like a personalized experience. All of the equipment is state-of-the-art and no time was wasted in the procedures. I'm not sure you can really say that you enjoy going to the dentist, but this is about as close as you can get.

Dr. Burns is the most rude, condescending, ego driven person I've ever met. I had one 3mm pocket in a front lower tooth so his hygienist used a laser wand that promised to "build new bone". This is not true by any stretch of the imagination. I was a fool to believe it. She fried my entire lower gums that pulled away from my teeth. And to this day I'm still paying the price for her incompetence years later.

Prior to cleaning I asked Dr. Burns what he thought about my teeth and he said "pull them all.they're trash". I used to have a beautiful smile and was made to feel like dirt there. Here have a chap stick with my name on it!

I just had my first experience at Burns Dentistry and it was beyond amazing! The office impresses as soon as you walk in the door with a luxurious and spa-like environment. The office staff was extremely friendly and inviting. They walked me thru the new patient paperwork, which was a breeze! Once I was called back from the lobby, I was given a complete tour of the entire office and then led back to a private exam room.

The exam was the most complete and extensive exam I have ever received. Not only did Dr. Burns examine my teeth and gums, he gave a COMPLETE mouth health screening looking for any signs of anything abnormal. The cleaning portion of my visit was just as great. I never thought a trip to the dentist could be enjoyable but Burns Dentistry has definitely changed my mind about that!

Your get their Special.exam exray &cleaning it's a scam.very little done except xrays. They inform you a detailed exam must be performed for an additional $96. I have no dental insurance, and there prices are for people that have money to burn. Two small fillings quoted $500.00 I found another reasonable dentist. Glad I walked out.$$$$$$

Dr. Whiting is absolutely amazing. Very professional and detail oriented. It's obvious that she loves what she does. All the staff is on the same level. Everyone is enthusiastic, helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are comfortable and feel welcome. It truly seems like a fantastic place to work. Over the past couple of months I have been in the office several times.

I had an implant placed and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable (I was extremely nervous but opted out of sedation). I went in four other times for periodontal cleaning and the service, cleanliness and professionalism was consistent. Prices are on par with their competitors and they were flexible in helping me create a payment plan that I can afford.

I have had many experiences at different dental offices (including California, Washington and Arizona) over the years and this is honestly the first time I have ever been impressed- all around. I finally found my amazing dentist and won't be going anywhere else.

This office was by far the best dental office I went to in Arizona! The staff was so warm and welcoming! The receptionist greeted me as I arrived & One of the front desk girls Tanya was SO sweet, I enjoyed the conversation we had! I first got xrays done by Jennifer she was very sweet and personable, was very thorough and quick with the xrays! My hygienist Alyssa was so sweet, she explained everything that she was going to be doing, answered all the questions I had, and even had a few giggles! Can't wait for my next cleaning! :

Dr Whiting is in my opinion the best dentist in the state of Arizona, she was very attentive to my needs and concerns and helped me not only get my teeth healthy but regain my confidence! She designed my smile and now I have beautiful veneers. Best office in the valley don't pass this place up!

No doubt Burns Dentistry does a good job.no complaints with that. However, they are known for high-end dentistry and marketing /attempt to upsell heavily. If you have the bucks, go for it; I feel that's that type of client they are $eeking. For this reason, I left and went to another dentist.

This is one of the most professional offices I've ever experienced. I made an appointment for a first time cleaning and x-ray appointment. That evening, one of my upper crowns fell out! I called the office, early the next morning, and was given an appointment for later that afternoon. I received a phone call, in a few hours, telling me I could also have my teeth cleaned, with x-rays.

I was so grateful. All of the staff members are professional and friendly. Dr. Peeples was superb in every way. He reapplied my crown and gave me a complete examination. Holly cleaned my teeth and discovered I had a serious infection. Holly gave me the best hygienic exam I've ever had, and I'm 70 years old! I was scheduled for a two part periodontal treatment. i have not had any issues since my first treatment and will have my follow-up tomorrow. I highly recommend Burns Dentistry for ALL your dental needs.

After over two years of coming here I am so grateful that I found this place. It's hands down the most professional, friendly, and smooth dental experiences you can ask for. Holly is my hygienist and while you can't make a mistake here with any staff member, she is my favorite person there! It's like visiting good friends who like to poke at your teeth. I was at this office today for a cleaning. I LOVE coming to this office! EVERYONE is super friendly and courteous. Always offering me water or whatever i might need or want. Been coming here about a year now and very happy that I am. Very welcoming staff, love the office atmosphere, very calming and relaxing. The hygenists are very gentle, caring and compassionate, explaining every step all along the way. Dr Holley was very thorough, caring, friendly and works with you all along the way to make sure you have the proper care and understand your check up and procedures.

This time was a periodontal cleaning, other times had cerec crowns put in. The best of everything here with very state of the art equipment. You won't leave there until you know that everything has been taken care of and planned. Top notch without breaking your pocketbook. You feel like part of the family every time you visit.

I had a dental issue after hours and called Burns Dentisry office. Left a message describing my problem and within a few minutes, my call was returned by Lola. After explaining the situation I was told I would receive a call back with an appointment for resolution of the issue. A short time later I received a call saying Carrie would meet me at the office the next morning.

I met Carrie at the office the next morning. She very efficiently and professionally evaluated the issue and promptly provided relief. Thank you Carrie for being flexible enough in your schedule to be able to provide me with such care. Also thanks to Dr. Burns for hiring staff members who are responsive and caring for your patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Holley for over 10 years and absolutely love the Burns Dentistry. What puts them above the rest is their passion for their profession. As you know, going to the dentist can be a little scary but upon arrive you are put totally at ease. I had extensive work done on my front teeth, which came out beautifully.
