My experiences was wonderful. The dental assistant and a dentist was so professional. They set out a very detailed plan for me. These things are very important to me. I feel like they listen to me and truly cared about my oral health.

I began my time as a patient of Dr. Bell's in 2019 shortly before the pandemic. I was so excited to be connected to this staff of highly qualified, Black, women dental professionals. Unfortunately, the pandemic interrupted my treatment for two years but when I finally got back early 2022, Dr. Bell and her staff remembered my face, name and even details about my profession!

They were informative about the progression of treatment that I needed after taking time off to accommodate the pandemic safety concerns and I feel confident moving forward with my treatment plan. I can't recommend them enough!

My new patient appointment was great! The office is nice, atmosphere and everyone's energy was amazing! Everyone was very thorough and, informative about everything that they were doing, as well as everything I needed moving forward. I felt very safe, cared for and heard. I am so so happy that I made the change to become a patient at this practice!

Today was my first visit to Dr. Bell and it was nothing short of amazing. I found her office through Google and after reading reviews decided this needed to be my new home for dental care. Not only is she personable, but she gave me the most thorough exam I have ever had. I have a better understanding of my overall health and am so happy I was able to get an appointment to see her and her amazing team. 10/10 recommend!

I enjoy coming to the dentist. At one point I used to be scared. Dr. Bell and her staff are awesome and truly care about the overall health of their patients. Their friendly and relaxing environment, is calming to those who maybe nervous.

My family just found Dr. Bell and we are so glad we did. Dr. Bell and her team are very, very thorough in providing not just care of teeth but full dental/oral health care--and even if you are in need of some catch up. They have great way of explaining everything to you directly before they do it, and use state-of-the art technology. They were also VERY patient and kind with my daughter, who is almost 5 and has gotten very emotional about dental and doctor visits.

A big plus is that my daughter asked before we went "will the dentist look like me?" and I said yes. It is important for my daughter, as a young Black girl, to see herself in the responsible adults in her life and to have role models, and this eases her anxiety somewhat with big things like going to the dentist or doctor. Dr. Bell and her team are great at dental care and really great role models as well.

From the time I walked into the office the staff were friendly and professional. As a new patient, I love how Dr. Portia Bell walked you through the new patient exam, taking the time to explain the anatomy of the mouth and teeth relating to your health. Dr. Bell's assistant explained the treatment plan and made sure all my questions were answered. I have found my new dentist and I recommend Dr. Portia Bell for your dental needs.

I absolutely love Dr. Bell and her staff. So happy I acted on the referral from family that was given to me. The level of care I've received was top notch and should be the standard of care in every dentist office but sadly it's not. I recently had my first treatment done by Brittany. She was very professional and patient with my anxiousness and sensitivity issues.

The staff at this clinic is excellent. I've never had a staff be so thorough and transparent about informed consent. I felt involved at every step in the process as a new patient. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to be involved in their dental care.

For the first time in my life, I can honestly say that I've had wonderful experiences at a dentist office. Yes, at the dentist. Due to bad dental experiences in my past, I was nervous to find a new dental practice. While at this year's African American Wellness Walk, I was given a flyer to visit Dr. Portia Bell's dental practice off of Agler and Cassidy.

I kept the flyer for 3 months before calling! From my first phone call, I was met with professionals that answered my questions right away. During my first consultation, I felt heard and left believing that Dr. Bell and her dental assistant genuinely wanted to help me to improve my dental health. I felt supported not judged! I still feel the same way after my fourth visit.

I was encouraged to ask all questions and was immediately given realistic answers. If you are interested in improving your dental health, you should call Dr. Bell's office right away. All staff members will support you in your dental health journey!

Very comprehensive checks. Informative, explained everything clearly about how and why my teeth and gums are the way they are. Courteous and polite, extremely friendly. It's not just about the process here, they treat you as family. Super happy I found this office of wonderful professionals.

My name is Rachael Hartfield, google won't let me change it, but anyway, I had the BEST experience at Dr. Bell's office. My initial visit, I was seen along with my 1 year old son. Office staff were upbeat and friendly. They made me and my son feel very comfortable. During my initial visit Dr. Bell and staff did a very thorough exam and explained everything they were looking for and everything they found.

We came up with a game plan that made me excited to start being intentional about my oral health. My second visit was a deep cleaning with the dental hygienist. She was amazing as well. She explained everything she was going to do, what tools she was going to use and explained in detail everything I needed to do to get where I needed to be by my next visit.

I had another great experience, leaving excited to keep up with the work I had already been doing at home since my first visit. I also left with my mouth feeling cleaner than it ever had before. I'm looking forward to my follow up visit.

Dr. Bell, Jalese, and their team are all phenomenal. In the last 15 years of going to the dentist, this was the first time I felt acknowledged for being more than just teeth! Whenever I changed dentists, they ask basic questions and clean my teeth. Dr. Bell and her team dove into my medical history, what I want to get out of these appointments, and recommended various methods to get healthy and stay healthy.

They explained healthy habits I already followed and explained potential consequences if I continue with various negative habits. Dr. Bell gave me an in-depth examination that checked lymph nodes, saliva glands, and my thyroid, too! I don't think any dentist has ever checked anything outside of my teeth, gums, and occasionally my tongue. I'm excited to be on a healthy mouth journey with this team. They are extremely friendly, warm, and compassionate. Fantastic.

I started bringing my kids here in Feb 2021 and they thoroughly enjoyed their experience and I decided to transfer my care to her practice. My first visit was above and beyond any other dentist visit I have been to. All of the staff throughly explained each step, Dr. Bell throughly examined and explained my current status and how to treat to truly be healthy.
