Dr. Davis is simply superb. He is so cool and friendly and at the same time did not miss a single detail not told to the patient. Along with him, Nina the Doctor's assistant is excellent and so helping to make you comfortable and provides all the info needed for you.

Very responsive at the front desk. Polite and informative staff. The dentist, Dr Davis, was very thorough but gentle on my teeth. Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend!

Legacy West Dental is awesome! Not only are the doctors great but the staff is top notch. Dr. Davis and Christina are the best! The ladies at the front desk are very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will admit, there are probably 50 other dental offices on my way to Legacy West Dental, but I will drive out of my way for the service given at this office.

Dr. Jerit Davis has been our family dentist for the last 15 years, and he will be our dentist for many more, because he is great dentist with integrity and values. Dr. Davis and his staff are absolutely amazing. Legacy West Dental staff is very inviting and professional, the service and care that I've received was awesome. My wife is a patient and still is, and she's terrified of going to the dentist. After her appointment she was amazed with her results which were phenomenal, and that's when I scheduled myself for an appointment and I love the service ever since. Dr. Davis and staff cater to your specific needs and provide you with the best plan that will fix your dental care needs.

Dr. Davis is the most talented dentist that I have ever been to hands down! He is extremely thorough and never makes you feel pressured into making a decision. Dr. Davis approaches his work with an impeccable attention to detail and a passion toward his craft. Not only that but he is very personable and easy to talk to, he truly listens to your concerns and communicates what he is doing in an understandable manor. His staff is amazing from the moment you walk in until you leave. I have nothing but great things to say about about this practice if I could leave 10 stars I would!

I've used Dr. Jerit Davis for 16 years. His work, concern, and skills are the very best. Christina, his Dental Hygienist, cleaned my teeth yesterday and was a pleasure to work with. Legacy Dental is the greatest example of what dental care should be!

Huge fan of Dr. Davis and his staff. I was with him beginning several years ago in Frisco, remaining there until (and after) his departure. I was so excited to hear he had a new practice in Plano that ended up being even more convenient to get to and jumped on board as soon as possible. The facility is absolutely gorgeous, state-of-the art and welcoming.

Recently had my first experience with a crown - Dr. D was very thorough in explaining the process and it went down exactly as described. I left with a perfect temp while I await my permanent, and had very little discomfort afterward, not even requiring an ibuprofen or anything. Just a great experience all the way around! So glad to have them back!

After having a great experience working with Dr. Davis in another business context, I decided to try him out for my daughters dental needs. Both of my girls loved Dr. Davis! My youngest keeps asking when we get to go back! (Seriously who asks to go back to the dentist?). I had various questions regarding their dental needs and he answered them all with knowledge and care. Dental practice has become an area where integrity is not always at the forefront and procedures are recommended that aren't always needed.

I think we've found a dentist we can trust and that matters. The office itself was new and nice. They have thought through the needs of the patient from the waiting room, bathrooms to the treatment areas. And yes. they have TV's in treatment areas. seems like that is very important these days!

BEWARE! Unless you like horrible customer service the second you walk through the door. I had such high hopes for this place, but then i walked in for the first appointment and they had lost my info, were extremely rude about it, then proceeded to explain how they are down to only one person because everyone else had quit and everyone is frazzled all the time and thats why they are rude, but no apology for me walking into that hot mess. Who wants to deal with all that in your first 10 minutes. On to the next dentist, I guess.

I would not recommend this dentist. Every time I go there I end up going home in tears. My Experience is very negative. I will endure the expense of new patient exam at a new dental office and will pay lots of attention to feedback of others.

Great staff and location in Frisco (across from the Target). Waiting room is average with comfy chairs, tv, magazines. Restroom provides toothbrushes and mouthwash so you can prepare for your appointment. The staff is helpful and efficient. The hygienists are super friendly. Each room has a personal tv that you control during your visit. I see Dr. N and he is very thorough and does not rush his time.

I really like Dr Davis and his staff. I was well taken care of and everything I asked was explained to me in depth. I appreciated them taking the time to do that. Also I had a few fillings in the making and instead of just wanting to drill and go through with the procedure, he wants to monitor and prescribe me a special toothpaste. I can tell they genuinely care

Dr. Davis and his staff are truly top notch; always professional and friendly. The office itself is pretty great; super comfy waiting area with a TV showing something good and tons of current magazines to peruse. When you get into the cleaning/exam room, its no different. Very updated and modern and each room is equipped with the most current technology out on the market!

Each room includes a TV so you can watch whatever you want while you are having a cleaning! Love that! Waiting times are pretty standard - I have waited no minutes past my appointment time to maybe 15 minutes past my appointment time. The office hours are great because on Tuesday & Thursday they are open from 7am-7pm, plus are also open a couple of Saturday's a month. I don't have children, but I hear they are great with the kids too!
