Had my wisdom teeth extracted at Head & Neck by Dr. Cheng, and the procedure went as smoothly as it could be. I was a little nervous before my procedure, but Dr. Cheng and his staff were very patient and made me feel calm. The procedure was around 45 minutes, Dr. Cheng is both efficient and adept at wisdom teeth removal. I recovered after 5 days and made progress daily towards eating normal food again. : A big thank you to Dr. Cheng and his staff for their amazing work. They are professional, thoughtful, and warm. Would highly recommend Dr. Cheng to others who are searching for an oral surgeon!

I had an extensive surgery on my mouth and my surgeon was Dr. Eric Dierks. Dr. Dierks is not only a very experienced, highly skilled surgeon but he has such a vast wealth of knowledge that he takes any fears and questions you may have away. He performed a very complex surgery on my mouth and I have never had a surgeon with such an Amazing bedside manner, he not only took the time and patience to explain every detail but he was gentle, and careful during my entire care.

He followed up with so much care and help after I went home, I was able to feel completely cared for therfor my healing was swift and with no complications. I have had over 25 surgeries and he was the best surgeon I have ever had from start to finish. He has such a unique, caring heart for his patients and such a passion for his patients that anyone would be blessed to have him on your case.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here, all 4 of them at once. I was really stressed about the procedure, however, the staff was very helpful, supportive and kind, which helped me a lot. Dr. Caitlin B.L. Magraw was my surgeon, and I want to thank her for managing to do this procedure such that I was able to recover very quickly and didn't experience a lot of pain afterwards. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants good service and fast recovery!

I called ahead of time to. Confirm my appointment and then 2 days before they left a voice mail telling me they changed their minds and I needed to come in earlier. Not to mention I was given the wrong information once before, so I was forced to reschedule.

Dr. Cheng is amazing! It is hard when trying to find the right doctor and with something as important as oral surgery. With Dr. Cheng there is no need to look any further. I'm someone who has been fortunate to have some of the best of the best when it comes to doctors and Dr. Cheng is one of them. He did 2 implants, bone grafting and a nasal lift.

I'm terrified of needles and with his calm personality and great bedside manner he managed to figure out how to distract me to not notice the pokes and that is not easy when it comes to me. He had 2 very sweet assistants Leslie and Lisa that brought a good sense of humor to make you at ease before the procedures. If you want to rest assure you will be well taken care of and know a very kind and smart doctor is helping you than you need to schedule with Dr. Cheng!

I went in nervous on the day of my double tooth extraction and was quickly made feel comfortable. Dr. McGraw and her team were so efficient, professional and pleasant that I didn't even think about worrying anymore.

I had to have 3 wisdom teeth removed and one was badly impacted, causing severe pain. Dr. Khatib and his assistants were incredible and super caring, they made the surgical experience comfortable and easy to get through. They put on my favorite music and talked with me the whole time through and kept making sure I was doing alright and couldn't feel any pain. The front desk ladies were also fantastic and super friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

I have lived in Portland on and off forever, and have seen many doctors. I have seldom been as impressed as I am with Dr. Magraw and her wonderful staff. Everyone from those at the front desk, to the surgical techs and schedulers. Truly a great facility and staff. You'll be in great hands as a patient here, and will definitely receive the best care possible from a very empathetic and sound team. No one is "excited" about medical problems - especially ones that require surgery, but I can truly say I feel my quality of life is better because I was a patient here.

My son woke up with a yucky dental abscess from a fracture he must of caused playing around (he's only 6) this morning, I'm super grateful I was able to have him seen and taken care of. The whole team and surgeon (Dr. Patel) are just amazing and made him feel super comfortable, his experience was great and non traumatic. Highly recommended!

I went to this office referred by my dentist for a surgical consult. I checked in through my chart and payed my copay online. I arrived 30 min early for paperwork and was asked for the copay, all of which they had access to online. I filled out a one page form only to have the medical assistant correct my written information by looking at my chart.

The medical assistant who took my vitals was cool and reserved. I sat waiting in the exam room where I was entertained by overhearing some sort of office party or jovial gathering of dentists, not sure, but they were greeted warmly and thanked for coming and seemed happy. I waited for 20-25 min before being greeted by Dr. Khatib. He was dressed rather casually, no big deal, but he was showing a lot of chest hair that day and had a stain on his lab coat.

He looked in my mouth for 5 seconds and then warned me about nerve damage, and the possibility of having something like hot breath or hot voice, and if I had it I needed to go to the ER. Then the office/administration/finance person popped in. She couldn't give me an estimate but said she would call me on Monday to give me one and schedule the appointment.

Because I was uncomfortable with the whole idea of oral surgery I scheduled another consultation with Columbia Oral Surgery. I filled out the paperwork online, showed up at my appointment time, was checked in easy. Everyone there was professional, cleanly attired, and warm. They took images of my jaw before my exam. I was actually leaned back in the chair and well examined.

We made a treatment plan based on my work (I use my mouth a lot). They sent in the prescriptions to the pharmacy. I was given a printout of my estimate. I have a scheduled appointment. I wouldn't normally write a bad review but this was such an uncomfortable experience and the contrast in offices was night and day. Would not recommend.
