Dr Flatley is fantastic! I have never had a dentist who took the time to explain things to the level that he does. He is clearly very passionate about what he does and truly cares for his patients.

I was a new patient with a broken front tooth. Dr Flatley was recommended to me by a patient of his and I followed it up with an initial in person visit. I was welcomed and scheduled within two days, treated and worked out a restorative plan that visit. Could not have had a better dentist appointment.

Finally had to get a filling done since moving to the area, and I have to say it was one of the most comfortable dental procedures I think I've ever experienced. Dr. Flatley and his staff are professional and know what they're doing. I'm impressed with his dedication to the craft, even going so far as to have custom warming trays machined to make the process more efficient. Highly recommended for your dental needs in Gig Harbor.

Awesome dentist and office! The best that I have been to in 60 years! He takes his time and explains everything while showing you high resolution pics of your teeth! It is SO nice to have complete confidence in your dentist!

The staff at Dr Flatley's are always kind and gracious. You walk in and Barbara knows your name like you are apart of the family. Heidi is wonderful and professional. Dr Flatley has your best interests at heart. He cares about your teeth, your health and most importantly you.

Cleaning was a breeze! I do not generally like going to the dentist because of bad childhood experiences. Dr Flatley and staff are state of the art. The patient's comfort is a top priority, along with detailed explanations of any problems.

Dr. Flatley was very courteous and knowledgeable. I learned things from him then I've never learned from another dentist in all my years. He has a way of explaining the reasons behind his thoughts on certain products and his opinions on what needs or doesn't need to be done.

Dr Flatley and his staff are the best. Today I had some teeth bonded. The time and patience shown by Dr Flatley was outstanding and so are my teeth. They look fantastic. I would recommend Dr Flatley to everyone. His office is the BEST

Dr. Michael Flatley's office is awesome. Their new dental hygienist, Heidi, is a lovely lady and she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth today. Ive been going to Dr Flately for at least 20 years, and as a health professional I am always impressed with the expertise and professionalism displayed in this office. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, take the time to answer questions, and make visiting the dentist a pleasant experience! I had my first visit at Dr. Flatley's office 11/18. The care I received was wonderful. Dr. Flatley and his staff were friendly and professional. It is the most thorough and informative dental visit I have ever experienced.

Dr. Flatley is an outstanding dentist. He takes time to explain my problem, then fixes my tooth, or in my case teeth, returning them to perfection with the utmost of care. Additionally, his prices are affordable. He is over the top nice, as is his staff. The staff is highly qualified and makes me feel comfortable and special. So happy I found this marvelous dentist.

Always excellent-his dental work, communication, and the hygienist he hires. Barbara is excellent in the office too.

Dr. Flatley is very professional at explaining what I needed for my teeth gave me a print out of costs and how best to approach which was needed first. Office was so clean and staff very friendly I would recommend him for anyone who dislikes going to dentist he made it really less stressful.

I had a dental emergency on a Saturday night around 10:30 pm. I called the office and the voicemail recording gave me an emergency number I could message. I messaged the number and received an immediate response from Dr. Flatley himself providing me an appointment for that Monday as well as advice regarding my emergency. I have never had this experience with another dentist, he and his staff are really great!

Dr. Flatley and the rest of the staff are wonderful! They always do everything they can to make me comfortable. 5/5 would recommend again and again!

Dr. Flatley is an excellent dentist. He uses the most up-to-date dental techniques and is very thorough. If you need to schedule an appointment during this Covid Pandemic, you will find the dental staff and the office following all the protocols for safety. My husband and I have been Dr. Flatley's patients for over 15 years and both of us have been very satisfied with all of Dr. Flatley's procedures.

New to Gig Harbor and wanted a dentist close by. Dr. Flatley was a referral. Called for an appointment and Barbara was amazing. So helpful. Met with Dr. Flatley for the first check up and cleaning. He was very thorough and professional. His staff were great to work with. Had to go back to get some old fillings replaced. Since it was the first time with a new dentist I was dreading it. Dr. Flatley was wonderful. Did a great job. Sent me a text that evening to make sure everything was OK.

There was a high spot on a tooth. They got me in the next day and it was all taken care of. It has been a great experience with Dr. Flatley, his staff and working with Barbara.

Dr Flatley and his dental staff (not front desk) were really good with me during my first visit to their office. He and his dental staff took plenty of time with me and were very thorough. Kudos to them. As my second appointment approached, I neglected to put the time and date on my calendar. When that older front desk lady called to remind me of my appointment the following day, I asked to please cancel since I had a scheduling conflict.

She was so rude to me, I think I was made to feel like I had just committed a crime because I forgot a dental appointment. She was immediately ready to get off the phone and I had to insist I preferred to reschedule. I'm surprised I didn't get hung up on. That was the most inappropriate behavior from a medical/dental office I can remember in a long time.

I probably would not go back after such horrible treatment over the phone from a front desk person, but I moved from Seattle to Gig Harbor and as for the dentist, I like him and I plan to continue. That office gets only three stars because of the front desk!

I just moved here and this was my first dental visit since getting here. First impression was Barbara (I think this is her name) the receptionist on the phone who was so amazingly nice and helpful. She followed thru on calling me if they got a cancellation so I could get in another day. Really nice customer service. Got to the appointment and she was there and so nice and friendly. Dr Flatley is efficient, professional, explains everything, goes over all details, made sure I was comfortable etc. and my mouth felt so clean! Theresa who also assisted and is the hygienist I think was a doll, and also did an amazing job. So the best dental experience you could have! and the office is very nice which is pleasant.

I had dental problems during pregnancy, I went to Dr. Flatley and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was very helpful with getting me scheduled quickly, and getting all the paper work taken care of. Dr. Flatley was friendly and professional and my tooth was taken care of. It was an easy and pleasant experience from start to finish. I would recommend the clinic to anyone!

Dr. Flately is a great dentist. However, his receptionist - appointment rep is NOT a good representative for his office. She is condescending and argumentative if you need assistance with anything. She did it with our family and others when we were in office. We no longer see Dr. Flately due to this woman. What made us leave is seeing Dr. Flately witness how she treated an elderly woman who asked for some help with an insurance question.and got snapped at like the patient was an annoyance and waste of her time.

It seems she runs everything and Dr. Flately has turned a blind eye for some reason. We have high regards for Dr. Flately, but his staff (front desk) needs to get some compassion and people skills.

Dr. Flatley is amazing! Fourteen Years ago my front teeth we crushed by a baseball, and they were never the same. I have had work done on them before, but after my visit with him they haven't looked this good since they got shattered. Barbara could not have been more courteous and professional. Best dentist in town bar none. I usually dread going to the dentist office but Dr Flatley makes the visit painless. I would of given 5 stars if it wasnt for the lady who bills you out/makes the appointments. She is extremely condescending when it comes to making an app or god forbid making a change. Ive had to change appointments a few times and she made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience for her.

Each time I requested a change it was a week in advance. Both times she made me feel stupid and said i need to make my teeth a priority. Im 30 yrs old lady and already have a Mother thanks. She tried to reschedule me four months after my initial appointment claiming they are closed Mondays and Dr Flatley works in Seattle every other friday. I dont know if this is true or not but I need more options than 3 days a week. I canceled my appointment and wont be returning too bad because Michael Flatley is a great dentist

Aloha kakou! I just moved to Gig Harbor two weeks ago. Then, last night, my lower molar cracked in half. The next morning, we drove around and found Dr. Flatley's office and dropped in without an appointment. In spite of a full day's schedule, Dr. Flatley was able to briefly examine me to assess my condition. His courteous staff were helpful and I was seen that afternoon.

I was told my tooth had to be extracted and all procedures clearly explained. I was administered a local anesthetic and, honestly, never once was I in discomfort or pain. This was a potentially disastrous occasion that turned out to be pleasant, painless and worry-free. Dr. Flatley is a wonderful discovery in my new home town! I highly recommend his services to this community!
