Both Sarah and Dr. Block always go out of their way to make our children feel welcome. We have a son on the spectrum that sometimes struggles in these environments and they never rush him or made us feel like a inconvenient. They always embrace every situation and roll with it with grace.

Friendly, accommodating front desk service. This is kind of specific, but as a homeschooling family, we have rarely had so much enthusiastic support! I usually brace for some funny looks when asked why my kids are out of school, but Dr. Block turned it into a fascinating anatomy lesson, and the office staff was wonderful as well. I appreciate the inclusitivity.

DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS TO HER PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU'RE EVEN CONSIDERING TAKING YOUR KID TO THIS DENTIST! First, I put a better recommendation for you, read below for the horror story if you need to know what kind of monster she is in order to look past all the good reviews (she probably makes her employees write them, just sayin) I'm one of the kids that grew up and still vividly remembers the entire traumatic experience I had with her.

Save your kids! BETTER RECOMMENDATION FOR YOUR KID: Dr. Jeffrey H. Camm, DMD 1501 Regents Blvd, Fircrest, WA 98466 ~ Read at the very bottom about how much better he is than this horrific woman. It's just a couple details that make the environment he provides better for kids and he's always very compassionate and kind towards his patients.ya know, like it's supposed to be.

For Psychological Torment This is the Lisa Block Experience >>> I have a seriously traumatic childhood experience/memory cause of this dentist: Lisa Block. I was 5 and she was gonna be using some super loud drill type thing in my mouth and I got scared like any normal 5 yr old would and, naturally, I asked her if my mom could come in to just sit with me while she worked on my teeth.

She angrily told me that my mom couldn't come in to be with me, acted as if I was bad for even daring to ask her and then proceeded to turn that drill back on and start moving towards me like she was just gonna make be cooperate no matter what. I was absolutely terrified.obviously. I was trying to move back in the chair as far away from her as I could be and started crying cause she was scaring the hell out of me and making me feel like she was gonna force that drill in my mouth either way.

My mom thankfully heard me and came into the room before she could continue anything. I was balling, told my mom what she was doing and then this sociopathic "children's" dentist literally started arguing with my mom about it, as if her behavior was even remotely defendable. This horrible woman has no decency. She shows no compassion towards children and yet somehow thinks that she should be allowed to practice as a pediatric dentist.

Couldn't just provide her 5 yr old patient with some comfort and security by letting her have her mom with her. She's a monster. I'm 23 and I remember this experience with her vividly. If you don't want her to scar your kids for life, avoid her at all costs. If you want a great experience for your kid instead of this Lisa Block experience read this >>>> My mom took me home immediately after saving me from that woman and after this experience, she found a WAY better pediatric dentist in tacoma with stuffed animals everywhere, tv screens on the ceiling for the kids to watch movies while the dentist works, sunglasses to protect your eyes from the dentist light, etc. Go to Dr. Camm, NOT LISA BLOCK

My 2 year old had a dental emergency and Dr. Block and her team were very timely and fit my daughter into there schedule.

We love Dr Block! She is thorough, professional, and friendly. She helped comfort my anxious child who had experienced trauma with other dentists. He's totally comfortable with Dr Block. We always feel well cared for.

Breastfeeding friendly! Patient! No eye-rolling or rushed frustration at my wanting to move slowly and respectfully through my 19mo old's appointment. No scare-tactics, only respect. Dr. Block is the children's dentist I've been looking for for 6 years. The entire staff, from phone scheduling to check-out was great. And the office is gorgeous. (3 visits so far and always supremely satisfied)

We LOVE Harbor Kids' Teeth! The staff is nothing but super friendly, and Dr Block is so lovely to our little Calvin. He is so comfortable there, and cooperates like he does almost nowhere else. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a reasonable, friendly, and pleasant kids dentist in the Gig Harbor area.

We have always had great care at this office! There is a stand out individual that makes our visit Exceptional! Sara is absolutely fantastic! Always energetic, patient and exceedingly in toon with our children's needs. It takes a BIG heart to be that consistent day in and day out! Well done Sara! We are impressed.

The wait time was HORRIBLE! No communication on why we waited 40mins past our appointment time. For being an awesome practice otherwise, they dropped the ball on this day.

I am very pleased with Harbor kids' Teeth! Everyone there is kind and caring. We've had no issues and the dental care is top notch. My kids enjoy their visits, too. (That's the most important thing!)

The staff was great and were so kind even when my 20month old threw the biggest fit while waiting. Dr. Block came in and was so calm and had no problem getting my daughter comfortable and allowing her to do the exam. So glad we found Harbor Teeth!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Block and her team (especially Sara). We have been going for about 10 years.3 kids who haven't always loved the dentist. The team has always made them comfortable and gone the extra mile to calm any anxieties. We had (what turned out to be a minor) medical "emergency" and this team was 100% prepared, handled it like pros and amazed me with their care, professionalism, knowledge and process they did to care for my child.

There is no question that this team is ready for anything! When we returned to complete the procedure, Dr Block and Sara were so amazing- kindness, very prepared and it went off without a hitch. Thank you Harbor Kids Teeth!

The staff at Harbor Kids' Teeth is professional, friendly, kind and just so wonderful to my family. They take good care of my 6 kids, and that's matters to me.

Our second child had the same tongue and lip tie as our first. We decided to quickly do something about it this time around! (We had learned the hard way with the first). Dr. Anderson and her fantastic team accepted us with open arms, and when our baby was 4 days old they did a laser frenectomy. In a matter of minutes our baby girl was able to nurse comfortably.

Then it depended on us to make sure we followed through with the instructions given. Three weeks later, our baby is guzzling down Mama's nutrients and gaining weight like a champ. We are so grateful to Harbor Kids' Teeth that we have an infant who is healthy and able to exclusively nurse. Thank you Dr. Anderson and staff!

I HIGHLY recommend Harbor Kids Teeth! I was a little nervous for our daughter to have her first appointment, considering as an adult I've always been nervous going to the dentist, but it was such an awesome experience! Everyone was incredibly patient, caring and the office was very kid-friendly!

Today I took my 4 year old son in for his first ever dentist appointment. I was worried he would be scared, but those worries faded fast. Everyone there is kind, friendly, and wonderful with children. Our appointment was with Sara, and my son didn't get anxious once. X-rays, cleaning, fluoride, all went well! She is Wonderful! The office itself is also perfect for kids!

The waiting room looks like a cabin in the woods, and then the exam rooms are decorated by different themes. Super cute! They definitely know their audience! Instead of a "scary doctor's office waiting room", the kids get an inviting experience. I am happy I found this dentist. My son left happy, and wanting to return. And I left happy knowing that it was a positive experience for my son!
