I called on my phone but the line was busy so I figured I'd go to their online website where it says "contact us". All I wanted to know was how much is it for an appointment and ask if they took my insurance. They never answered. This a red flag to me for two reasons. 1). It indicates Lousy customer service when you can't get a response. 2). Perhaps they don't want to be transparent about payment. Either way, when you get a bad taste in your mouth before even getting in touch with a place that should be an omen.

They greedy. All they care about is money. Cost me 55 bucks for a referral. I'll never go back.

My account was closed over a $10 bill when the work was not completed. I was still evaluating the $13,000 worth of work they said I needed. I went elsewhere and my insurance paid in full to hv work done! Staff is rude and billing dept has inaccuracies and offer no explainations to the outstanding $10 bill

There is not enough amazing things I can say about this place. In my experience they are trust worthy and won't over prescribe unnecessary dental work. They also are amazing at getting people appointments as soon as possible to get the work they need done. I had an extraction and implant procedure done by Dr. Martin and he is such a talented and lovely man.

He is very patient and knows exactly what he's doing. Amanda was so gentle with me for my cleaning, I have never had a more enjoyable teeth cleaning experience. Whatever dental needs you have, this is the place to get it done.

Office staff and clinical staff are exceptional! Dr Nolan saw me for an evaluation followed by a procedure for a cavity my previous dentist insisted needed to to be extracted. He save my tooth which made me very pleased. They do it all concerning dental procedures. I don't like being referred out.

Great support staff but the oral surgeon rescheduled my wisdom teeth extraction three times with no apology, reason or concern for having to constantly rearrange my schedule. I finally went to another surgeon

Always a fun time talking to the staff. They make going to the dentist fun and comfortable. They have been here forever and that says a lot about this office! Close knit and family friendly.

Very happy with their doctors but very disappointing staff. Accounting dept slow and inefficient. Front desk and scheduling act with an "attitude" towards patients but don't seem very competent (or in love with their work). Most assistants are very good but there are a few that work just to collect the check. It is a pity that this review had to go open, but some apples are spoiling the rest of the basket.

Worst experience with an initial dental visit I've ever had. And I've been to many different dentists in my life due to moving a lot. The atmosphere put off by the employees is very cold and cut off. I don't know if they've got a case of the Mondays, are sleepy from a first day after a holiday weekend or are just always so rude. The receptionists were talking amongst themselves for a few minutes before looking over to check me in, the assistant who brought me back was very unfriendly and became quite rude when I told her I'd be physically unable -without pliers- to remove the piercing in my ear.

I've never had a dental personnel throw such a fit about a piercing, needing x-rays or not. The doctor was clearing sick and didn't bother turning her head when coughing in my face. Yes, she wore a mask but still. Don't come to work if you're sick. If you don't have that luxury, as many don't, at least try to avoid coughing on your patients. She also did the frequented annoying dental office problem of asking me questions about my teeth and then not letting me answer her before just going digging in my mouth.

The woman who was meant to clean my teeth droned on for longer than was necessary about my braces actually still being on! She was apparently told that my braces had recently been removed, instead of recently put on as was the case. Fine, whatever. But then she was very careless with how she was spraying the water into my mouth and was getting a fair amount on my face, glasses and shirt.

After flossing my teeth she said I was all set and it wasn't until getting out to my car that I noticed the very obvious blood stains on my cheeks and nose, near my eye, no doubt from my flossing. I'm not sure why I scheduled a follow up dental. Maybe in 6 months the staff will be a little more pleasant? Or maybe I'll have found somewhere else to go. Very disappointed. I had heard good things from two other close friends about the place.
