Dr. Ferrick is the best dentist I have seen. Both him and his staff are all so welcoming and efficient at what they do. They are great working out a schedule to repair your smile. Everyone at this office is kind and understanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a great dentist.

Dr. Ferrick and his staff are amazing. I had anxiety about going to the dentist and even avoided going for years. I was afraid of the amount of work needed, the judgement, and the shots! Earlier this year, I experienced some discomfort with my tooth and chose to see Dr. Ferrick for his expertise in nervous patients. His staff was able to fit me in the same week right before he left on vacation.

At my first visit, he explained everything to me and worked with me to get this dental work done with another doctor while he was gone on vacation. He even met with the other doctor and gave instructions to handle my anxiety carefully. I had to take anti-anxiety medication before my appointments. From then on, I've been seeing Dr. Ferrick regularly and no longer needing medication.

I've been going to his office for months (4+ visits) now to make up for those many years not seeing a dentist but I'm so happy to found a dentist to stick with and knows me so well. HIs staff are very kind and responsive. I highly recommend Dr. Ferrick and his staff for any patients but especially a nervous patient like me who was scared of dental work and the judgement!

Ferrick Team Dentistry is awesome. Everyone in the office is professional and sincerely wants your experience to be the best. I am one to dread anything related to dentistry or work in my mouth and all the staff is considerate of my anxiety and helps take my mind off what is being done. Excellent team!

I was looking for a sedation dentist in Santa Rosa when I first visited Dr. Ferrick. However, he and his team made me feel so comfortable that I ended up not needing to be sedated. Both my son and I have been seeing Dr. Ferrick for many years. Although I 'hate' going to the dentist, Dr. Ferrick (and everyone else in the office) has made my experiences very positive. Not to mention that I am very impressed with the quality of work - far better than I have received with previous dentists.

I hate to be loosing Dr. Ferrick and his staff because I am moving out of state. My ex-husband was a dentist so I was aware of what quality dentistry should look and feel like. I received the best on every visit over a course of about 20 years or more. I highly recommend him and his office.

My dental work experience at Ferrick Team Dentistry has been phenomenal. All personnel, from the front desk to the dental chair are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, articulate and caring. All steps and procedures are carefully explained to the patient, and work is performed at a pace that is comfortable. Pre-appointment communications and follow-up are comprehensive.

What most shines through, however, is the quality of the work. I received the least-invasive cleaning I have ever experienced, my crowns are perfect, partly because of the care taken to ensure my bite was correct, and my bridge fits perfectly. I would recommend Team Ferrick absolutely; there is no better dental care available!

Our family has been going to Dr. Ferrick since 2003. A friend had highly recommended their office to us. We took a chance as we live 2 hours away. I would not go to any other dentist. Dr. Ferrick does beautiful work and we have never had a dentist that is so gentle and always in touch with your comfort level at every step. His staff is amazing! Most of his staff has been with him for many years and, yes, it is a family and very much feels like one. Kim has been running the front for many years and is so accommodating and wonderful.
