My first experience with an orthodontist and it has been very easy. I am an adult who always needed and wanted braces and I was referred to Dr Huerter's office by my dentist. Staff is currently in masks but I can tell they all are smiling and they are very helpful and friendly each time I call or come in. I recently got my braces and the whole process was explained fully and I am excited for my new smile!

One of my favorite parts about Huerter Orthodontics is that when a bracket pops off, your wire slides, or something else goes wrong, then you dont have to wait until your next appointment to get it fixed. The whole staff is very kind, and they make sure your mouth feels as comfortable as it can be before you leave the office. Another great thing is that it is super easy to schedule your next appointment, or cancel it and change the date and time if something comes up. But, my favorite part by far is that Dr. Huerter is always trying to keep your braces working quickly so you dont have them on for forever and he doesnt start you too soon. I am so glad our friends referred us to this ortho. practice! Thank you so much Dr. Huerter and team!

Dr. Huerter is awesome! He put braces on my teeth when I was a teenager! Just a few weeks ago we went back in to see Dr. Huerter and his amazing staff so he could put braces on our teenage daughter! Time sure does fly but they are just a friendly and prompt as they were way back when! Highly recommended!

My wife and her family have used Huerter Orthodontics for well over 15 years and have always been happy. They feel important and cared for when visiting, and say it's like visiting family or old friends every time they visit. Recently, after 9+yrs of not having visited, she returned and they all remembered her like it was yesterday. We had two consecutive scheduling mishaps and I didn't get resolution the first time I called in about it, but when Dr. Huerter heard about it, he called us right back and made things right. He's an advocate for customer service, and has again reminded us why we love using them.

Best Orthodontist in Shawnee! I took both of my girls to Doctor Huerter, was so pleased with the results they had, I decided, that after fifty years, I would take care of me and had mine done too, couldn't be happier. Just want to thank Dr. Huerter and his staff for taking such great care of us! See you when the Grandkids are ready.
