The staff is extremely polite and friendly, Dr. Din is if very knowledgeable, he explains the procedure, problems, issues and how to maintain healthier teeth and gums. NO DENTIST EVER IM MY LIFE BEEN SO PERSONAL. I would recommend everyone who has, had bad dentist experience to go here. You will not be disappointed!

Had a cavity filled earlier this week. The repair is jagged and uncomfortable against my tongue and actually catches and frays floss. I hoped that after a few days my mouth would heal and I wouldn't notice but its still a bother. Really disappointed as I have been going to the Family Smile Center for a number of years.

I have been seeing the folks at the FSC since the office was located on Orchard off of W. Patrick Street. Everyone one is always very friendly. Sandy is my hygienist and Dr. Dinh has been my dentist since he joined the practice. I would never think of changing dental practices.

My appointment for a cleaning was right on time, The scraping, rinsing, flossing, and polishing was accomplished with deft skill and courtesy. My dentist punctuated the cleaning with a visit to examine my teeth. All staff were happy to see me.

I've been going to Family Smile for about 4 years. I've really come to know and trust them. They are always on time, are personable, and have given both my husband and top notch care. They really do treat you like family. You don't just feel like a number, which is becoming more and more common these days.

We love this office. The staff and doctors are professional and welcoming. My children and I recently had appointments, all CDC guidelines are followed and taken seriously. This shows how much The Family Smile Center cares about their patients and staff. Top Notch Care!

My family and I have been Family Smile Center patients for several years, we have always been happy with the care they provide. The FSC team has always been kind and you get the impression they are a work family. At forty+ I still have all my wisdom teeth, never wore braces, and have never had a cavity. I've never had the need for any major dental work, I'm a boring patient, until a recent fracture of a molar changed that.

I found myself in the ER on a late Saturday night with severe pain in my lower jaw. When I woke up Sunday the pain was excruciating so I made an emergency appointment with Dr. Dinh and an assistant. I am so thankful they took the time to see me on their day off. Dr. Dinh's recommended course of action eased my pain tremendously until my visit for a root canal three days later.

During the root canal Dr. Dinh confirmed that the vertical fracture in my tooth extended from the crown to the root. I needed to have my tooth extracted, that's when Dr. Cha stepped in. The tag team effort by everyone at FSC was very much appreciated. Everyone was kind, patient and explained my options and what I could expect. They made sure I was as comfortable as I could be, I didn't experience any pain during the procedures. I generally don't write reviews but based on the extraordinary care I received I feel compelled too. I highly recommend the Family Smile Center.

I've had a cleaning and two fillings done here, and every experience has been great! The staff is fun and friendly, and I've always been impressed by how short the appointments were. When I moved to Frederick I tried Family Smile Center based on the overwhelming positive reviews, and I'm glad I did! I would absolutely recommend getting any dental work done here.

I have the greatest respect for Dr Dinh. I have had the pleasure of seeing him several times. Each time I have seen him his office and himself have been so accommodating. I have never had a dentist that spends the time with you they do. He is very thorough and very gentle explaining everything. His assistant is just as knowledgeable as him at her position. She makes you feel comfortable. The office staff too explains everything and are very pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a dentist.

Family Smile Center is excellent. Very kind and courteous staff and approachable, down to earth doctors. The office is very comfortable and it's evident that the practice has made every effort possible to make the patient experience the smoothest, most relaxing and welcoming as possible. I am definitely recommending to my family and friends. Two thumbs up.
