Let me tell you about Dr Reid. Highly recommended among all dentists out there. Not only that he's a great person, not only do he do his very best to get the job done, not only do he work his butt off everyday so you will not go in pain, not only do he make it affordable for you to get the job done insurance or no insurance, but hands down one of the best respected person I ever met. Hands down I recommend you to go to him. You can thank me later!

First off I want to point out that Dr. Reid is an extraordinary dentist! I went in yesterday to have my wisdom tooth extracted and when I tell you guys I felt nothing at all. I don't even feel him poking me with the needle to numb me up. We held a full blown conversation while he was extracting my tooth. I didn't feel a thing I was surprised, I didn't even bother was done until I saw the tooth on the tray.

Listen to me if your having any type of dental pain go see Dr. Reid he will take care of you. 45yrs of experience is what you'd get I promise you. I've found my new dental home for sure.

This was a God send! All I can say! When I first came in I was apprehensive about the whole deal! But I waited because I was the one being worked in. It was well worth the wait! The young lady at the front desk, the intern and the hygienist were sooooooo very sweet and kind. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. He was running late but I was totally fine with that. Things happen and I wouldn't want someone rushing in seeing me so I was totally fine. Dr. Reid is worth the wait.

He was so thoughtful and thorough about my pain and my concerns. He is about saving teeth instead of just snatching them out. I went to Aspen which is a large facility and can't even touch his and his staffs Courtesy care and concern. I will be a life long patient! I hated going to the dentist until I met him. God bless him his practice ad his hands!

Literally just left here and I'm so glad I came. Been having tooth pain for a couple weeks now, but it just got to the point where it hurts to eat and the pain wakes me from my sleep. Dr. Reid took great care of me! He actually cares about you, your pain, and wants to help in anyway he can. Also there was another dentist, I never caught his name, who initially preformed the extraction and he was great too. Loved the receptionist as well : All in all, I recommend this location especially if it's an emergency and you can't get to your dentist!

If you are looking for a dentist look no further. He is an excellent dentist who has a great personality. The staff were friendly. I highly recommend them highly. No pain dentist.

Great service provided. Drove nearly 2 1/2 hrs because I was in pain. I work Monday through Friday and hate to take off during the week, as I love my job. I read reviews prior to deciding to make a visit. I was treated professionally by all staff. Will be going back. Glad that you guys accommodate those that work through the week and are patient and passionate about what you do.

I was afraid of the dentist, the thought of having a needle stuck in my mouth. I visit this place and the staff was very friendly. I came in to get that tooth out but Dr. Reid offered a better solution that saved my teeth. Dr. Reid is so good at what he does that he was almost done and I didn't realize he started. NO PAIN PEOPLE, now that's good. I love his compassion, love, and commitment to providing great care. Thank You Reid Family. My new dental family . If you want a carefree experience visit, Dr. Reid.

Do not let this be your final destination. I drove two hours to this location with a confirmed appointment and was not let in. The girl spoke to me through the intercom at the door, stating the doctor was running an hour behind and he is late with all of his appointments today, therefore he can't see anyone else. Are you kidding me! I should have known from the reviews to stay away but decided to patronize a black business anyway. Never again! Very unprofessional and rude. so they do not do walk ins everyday from 3 to 4 that is a lie! Is at the doctor's convenience when he is not running late.

Dr. Reid is compassionate, knowledgeable, and his services were affordable. Also, he is very gentle when making molds and taking x-rays (compared to other dentists). I kept bracing myself for pain that never came. I don't leave reviews very often, but I know there are people like me who have pretty much given up on going to dentists due to a lot of wasted time and money. If you have an unusual or tricky situation, try this place before giving up and /or going the Youtube or DIY route.

Staff was Professional and Greeted me when I walked in the door. I didn't have an appointment but the wait wasn't that long. I let the Hygienist know how much anxiety I had with Dentist and she listened and made the doctor aware. She was very concerned and gentle when she took my X Ray. By the time I made it to the doctor I made him aware of how I felt and he made my visit as pleasant as possible.

This was my first initial exam and consult. I cannot believe I am honestly saying I am looking forward to my next visit. I know I need a lot of work done but he explained everything in detail and is willing to take it step by step and that's what I need because I usually cringe when it comes to dentist. His chairside manners are really good and he is detailed oriented and cares about you and your wellness as a whole and not some greedy doctor. I would for sure recommend Dr, Reid, I will come back after my initial scheduled visit for a follow up review.

The office is simple (and up two flights of stairs) with no fancy amenities, but the quality of care is exceptional. Dr. Reid was able to see me late on a Saturday to treat an abscess tooth, provided wise treatment, and was affordable for someone without dental insurance.

Don't let the outside appearance fool you the staff was great. Took the time to help with insurance. Doctor Reid was great. He is a very special person with excellent knowledge and he really cares about delivering excellent service without over pricing his patients. Highly recommend:))

Long story short, I was in horrible pain with two wisdom teeth that REALLY, suddenly, needed to come out. I called everywhere, and absolutely no one could see me for a very long time (like several weeks). I finally found Dr. Reid, and his office said I could come in later that day. I arrived and after a little wait, I was seen by Dr. Reid. He's a really nice guy and he's great with small talk, which made me more comfortable.

I explained my excruciating pain, he did my x-rays and explained what was going on. Although he did not perform my surgery, I am SO grateful that he took the time to show me my x-rays, explain what I was looking at, and most important, prescribe me antibiotics to get rid of the infection (this was more helpful than I realized) and a pain killer to help deal with the severe pain. This helped me so much until I was able to see the surgeon who eventually took my teeth out.

Probably the nicest dentist I have ever met. He is very humble yet qualified in many medical areas including oral surgery. They have a family friendly setting and they will not rip you off
