I love, love, love my dentist, Dr. Turner and hygienist, Erica. I drive 2 hours to go to them. I am Croasdaile famous because I am on their website. LOL This is the absolute best place I have ever been and I trust them with my smile.

I've been coming to Croasdaile since 2011 and have always had a wonderful experience. Dr. William Turner and staff are knowledgeable, gentle, and patient with me as I struggle with anxiety. I used to dread going to the dentist but look forward to it now.

I am very disappointed in this place. My father saw Dr Butler for a consultation about two teeth that he wanted some work on. Dr Butler charged my Father 400 out of pocket just to tell him what his suggestion was.needless to say this is Highway robbery but I would like to point out I sent him to Dr Durusky in chapel Hill with cornerstone dentistry and btw he has a five star rating. He is kind affordable and compassionate dentist not a robber. And he is very skilled!

They are understanding when patients have anxiety about having dental work done. They take their time with you so that you are comfortable that you are making informed treatment decisions. Had an amazing experience with the hygienist named Mary and Dr. Turner! They answered all of my questions and eased all of my anxiety. Easy to talk to and very understanding! I love this place.

Ryan did a superb job of cleaning my teeth and Dr. Cole gave a very thorough examination!

This place is shady. My husband received fillings in October 2019, the fillings fell out a few months later, during the height of the pandemic. My husband who is already very anxious about the dentist waited until places started having appointments again and things were getting a bit better to go back to the dentist. He got the same fillings done again June 2021 and had to pay full price AGAIN.

After emailing with them and talking to them, their response was "The Drs said the fees stay". They are rude and condescending. I asked for an explanation of why the fillings would have fallen out (were they done incorrectly?), they did not respond to that part of my email. A few weeks after the second time they did the filling, my husband was in excruciating pain in the same two teeth.

They also charged for an exam even though I confirmed with them twice NOT to do an exam because insurance would not cover it. I literally called them and e-mailed them to say please do not do anything other than the fillings, they still tried to persuade my husband into getting a full set of x-rays and are still making us pay for an exam we told them not to do.

They also tried a bait and switch when he first went there (trying to tell him to do a different procedure once he was under nitrous oxide, we got that charge reversed, because seriously, who lets someone consent to something when they are on gas?). Never again.

I have been served by Croasdaile Dental Arts for decades now, first with Dr. Jordan and now by Dr. Turner. My hygienist has been Mary for many years as well. They have all been thorough, skilled, and so pleasant to work with. All-in-all a great practice!

I have had the pleasure of having my teeth cleaned by Angela and have been Dr. Turner's patient since 2005. My daughter became a patient when she was about 4 years old and she sees Mary for her cleanings because they always accommodate us for appointments at the same time. Everyone there always makes us feel welcome and the care is superb. I highly recommend Croasdaile Dental Arts.

My hygienist, Mary, is incredibly excellent at what she does and on top of that, she's an awesome, super-friendly person! The dentists (I've seen them all over the years), the dental assistants, as well as the reception and other administrative staff, are all superb. Professionals, who are all tops in their field!
