Steer clear of this place if you can. My son is currently seeing Dr. Ayoub for dental appliance treatment. They double and triple book appointments so you end up waiting long periods of time. I've gone in 4 times and each time my wait was over an hour past my appointment time. The place accepts medicaid which is probably why its usually crowded and not well kept.
Old plastic chairs. Not really aesthetically beautiful for an office. Once they called me to reschedule because they had booked too many appointments for a particular day. However weeks later when I called day of to change my appointment because I had an emergency come up, they told me I would be charged $50 to cancel. It didn't seem fair that they can cancel on me and have me waiting for a long time each time I come in but the second I cancel, I am charged.
I didn't have a choice but to pay the $50. As far as the actual work I don't have many complaints. Dr. Ayoub is nice enough but I wished he was more thorough in explaining to me the process and answering my questions. I can tell that when you are very busy with so many patients, it can seem annoying to answer questions from patients. Still I wanted to be in the know when it comes to my sons healthcare.
Because we began here, we are finishing out his treatment here but will not be returning for any future dental work. My son had a private insurance now and so we can afford to go somewhere with better service and care.
