I have never seen this dentist but am on the hunt for a new dentist (new job, new insurance, new hometown.means new providers). I contacted the office and left a voice mail and contacted through their form on their website. I have not been called back either. I guess a practice that has been going for this many years just is too busy for me. So sorry.

My issue was not with the dentist himself, although now I'm disappointed that he has not responded to my call as I was wanting to discuss this with him. If he was giving the message and choose not to call me, then my issue is also with him. I called in February to reschedule my appointment and left a message. My call was not returned. I called back in March and left a message, the call wasn't returned.
I called in June and was able to speak to Pat in the office. She could care less that I was upset that my calls were not returned and had the "oh well" attitude. She said there were no openings for the requested times I needed until October or later. I stated that was not acceptable, especially after I've been waiting since February for a return call.
She said she would put me down for an appointment on July 10th at 3:30,( even though I can't make it until 4:30 or after), and that she would put me on a list so if there was a cancellation I'd get called. I knew they wouldn't call of course. I called that week to say, again, that I can't make that time. No return call! I called the next day and asked why my call wasn't returned again.
I got the.we're busy. No one is that busy that you can't return calls from February! Or that you NEVER return calls. I expressed my unhappiness and that I would be changing dentists, she could care less! I asked if the dentist is aware of how this office is being run, no return calls, not caring if the patients are unhappy, their attitude, etc.
She stated that he is very aware of how the office is run.really.? If true, what does that say for the dentist? I asked that a message be left for the dentist as I want to speak with him. I then get a call from Elaina. I went over everything that transpired. She said there's just no openings for my times needed until October or later. She was not concerned either about my calls not being returned or that I was finding another dentist.
I again, expressed that I wanted to speak with dentist Bartolomucci, she said he was too busy to talk to me. I told her that I planned to do the reviews. I also said again that I want a call from the dentist. I expressed that I had no intentions of ever coming back there but I wanted to speak to him and let him know what went on. She then calls back and leaves me a message that somehow an appointment was open for Saturday.
And to let her know. So she wants the common courtesy of a return call? That's all I wanted and couldn't get a return call. I would NOT ever recommend this office! Unless you want frustration and having to beg for a return call, DON'T GO! I will pass the word to steer clear of this office! And what a surprise.still.no call from dentist.
