In extreme pain, emergency situation, had already seen my dentist. Made appt. for 2 days later for extraction with appropriate knockout medication (I experience pain intensely and have phobia now). After long wait (understandable for emergency) dentist refused me knockout medication or even the non-intrusive "gas". something absurd, like he required a PRIOR consultation for that, and they only do those in the mornings or something.
But I COULD COME BACK IN A WEEK! Really? I've had many emergencies, & meds before - the prior consultation was NEVER mentioned, just a MONEY maker for them. Outrageous. So, I had no choice. I was sobbing and moaning and of course, crying out from the pain and dentist was furious and mean to me. They had the medication, just refused to give it KNOWING I CAME IN FOR EMERGENCY.

Okay so I'm going to be honest. So the staff is a little bit unprofessional at times for viewing but not with me personally. Coming from healthcare I have a different way of outlook because I know how it feels to be behind the desk dealing with patients face to face. The dental assistant was quick and efficient but the tools the use ( in general ) always is rough for my teeth and I pray they sterilize all the materials.
I did see the front desk sanitizing and spraying the clipboards which is nice. Comfortability was about a 3 out 5. Would I let them do my root canal? I'm not too sure. The dr only do a quick consult but I felt like she needed to view my teeth and give me a more detailed look. That's my overall review.

Avoid at all cost! They do not take time into consideration and their staff are terrible at communication I was given two cavity replacements and they never mentioned that they will be placing silver instead of white filling. Now I am stuck with them and since they were re-done its more risky re-filling them again! Go elsewhere! Trust me you will regret going here!

This place is horrible. I reviewed the other reviews on here and thought it was a bit extreme but it's not! Communication sucks and they don't respect patient's privacy. For one thing. Certain information should not be said out in the open for everyone to here. Very disrespectful! In addition, emailed them to schedule an appointment and they gave me an appointment for 11AM.
I arrived 30 mins before my appt ( by choice). After 11, people was being called ( they checked-in after me) while I'm just sitting there waiting to be called. What's the point of an appointment if you're not going to see the patient ON TIME! I needed to be out of there no later than 1:30. And I still wasn't called in to do the teeth cleaning. But they found time to call me to pay for the services tho! Lol very funny! Had to speak with the receptionist ( very professional and understanding) helped me to get another apt the following week. Sadly, the same thing happened to me again.
This time I scheduled an appt at 8:45 am. Patients was still being called before me ( they checked in after me ) and I'm still there waiting. Gratefully, the receptionist (same person that rescheduled my appointment) had walked in and she remembered my face. I explained to her my Situation and moments later, I was finally called in. This place needs a lot of improvement and staff that actually enjoy/ love what they do. A special thanks to the receptionist because she went the extra mile to make sure I was seen.

There's a reason they have one star. My root canal was aggressively done and I've been in pain for 6 months. Went to a different dentist outside of the county and even he was surprised. Now I have to pay over $1000 to either get it fixed or removed when I already paid for the canal was $850. HORRIBLE Update: had to get the tooth removed & got an implant.
The root canal did not go straight into the root, it went in side ways and that's why I had pain. A regular 2D X-ray won't show the position so I had to get a 3D cone scan X-ray.

DISGUSTING ppl Terrible horrible worst dentist office ever. Just put them out of business. Rude staff disrespectful staff lazy & uneducated staff. They don't even answer the phone you can only make appointment via email. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE. I Wish I could give them negative stars. They don't deserve even that. DISGUSTING

Be wary of dealing with this place. I was quoted $3,650 for a dental implant. On my 3rd visit I had the dental implant body done and at this point I had paid $3,150. On my 4th visit I was told I owed $1,900. Apparently the bone graft I had done was a separate fee ($1,400) which was never told to me during the consultation. Ended up disputing the transaction and got more than half my money back from my bank since the dental implant body is $1,750.

I was there yesterday, the dentist and his assistant were great and patient with my son and he has no pain post his root canal Thank God! I was late and was still seen. However, when I was leaving around a little after 5 pm on Oct 13th, the pedigree at the front desk that gave me the XRAY photo was SCREAMING at the top of her lungs all because I asked a question and she was speaking disrespectful the assistant as well. If I had reacted I would have been in jail but I composed and reframed the situation. She needs a psych evaluation ASAP. I hope we never get referred here again.

I lost a tooth thanks to Hanson Place Dental's incompetence. I had a dental crown fall off. The dentist at Hanson Place who put it on specifically told me if it falls off, I must come in ASAP to get it put back on in order to avoid things like infection since the crown was put on over a cavity. I emailed Hanson Place immediately, explained the situation and they gave me an appointment for a OVER A WEEK LATER.
By the time I went in, the dentist himself could not understand why they had me wait so long. He specifically stated that because they gave me an appointment so late, the tooth had sunk into my gum and couldn't be saved unless I got gum surgery, a root canal, and purchased another crown with the risk of it just falling off again. I had no choice but to get the tooth extracted due to Hanson Place Dental's negligence.
It's a shame because the dentists and hygienists who work there are great, but the front desk workers and whoever runs the email account are terrible. I will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Completely awful! The receptionist they have at the front desk if the most disgusting, rude and disrespectful person I've ever encountered. If you can avoid going to this place you should! If you can Go ANYWHERE ELSE GO THERE! I had an appointment for 11 am and at 1pm I was stop sitting there waiting to be seen.
I then went to ask the receptionist about how many people were ahead of me. Without looking up from her paperwork she told me she needed to check for someone else and that she would check for me momentarily. 30 minutes later. Still no update. I returned to the desk to get an update on my update the receptionist gets up and walks away without offering any explanation.
I wait at the front desk for about 10 Minutes. When she finally returns she tells me and about 4 other people that were next. I sit and watch as those people that came after me are called before me. Never again! This is not my regular dentist I only was referred here for an extraction. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR ITS SERVICES TO ANYONE! Completely unprofessional and simply the bottom of the barrel when it comes to dental work and no compassion.

Front desk lady never wants to do her job. They should find a new receptionist who has great energy and know how to communicate professionally with patients. My mother always has an issue with the people at the front desk. Seems like they don't like to book appointments, find patient dental record, insurance problems, waiting for long time, very rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend this place.

Writing out of deep public safety concerns because the operation is very disorganized and it is apparent that the staff does not like servicing customers. Multiple scheduling errors in communicating via email and no ability to speak to a representative is very dangerous given the low level of attention spent by staff. I rate this as a last resort dental option.

I should've listened to the reviews! I went here because it's kind of close to work but not even! It took over 2 hours to be seen for a consultation which I paid 100 plus for! I was willing for them to do the work they said I need done as recommended by the Dentist but I had to leave because I was parked in a spot that I can only be there till 4pm!
My appointment was for 2pm. After being seen by the dentist who was really nice, I was suppose to see the financial advisor! I'm assuming it was to let me know how much I had to pay for the services I required. I asked the front desk to please have the advisor contact me since she's only going to tell me how much and then make another appointment.
Well till this day I am still waiting for that call from them, and the number on file just rings and gives you information and no one picks up (no live person to help). So basically I guess I wasted the 100 bucks! which I didn't know I had to pay because no one contacted me to let me know there was a fee for the consultation. I forgot that I waited for them to call for that too!
Never got a call! I get that the front desk is super busy and that after covid the dentist offices waiting period was crazy just to make an appt. nevertheless this is excusable that they take in so many patients and make people wait and then take people's money for consultation's and they don't get back to them. While I waited there was an argument too between the workers at the front desk!
I know it's not easy to work within customer service! but that's why I don't do it because it can be very frustrating and annoying at times with all the same questions too! Oh and by the way when you arrive you have to ring the door bell first and they'll have you wait outside if your too early meanwhile there's like a bunch of people already inside! "Talk about backed up"! Well I'll be going to another dentist to get my work done! Hope you listen and keep away from here!

The first time I walked into this place on Aug. 17th it was a meat warehouse. People everywhere and standing room only. After about 1 1/2 hours I was finally called and given a clip board with papers to fill out, Another hour and I was finally called for xrays and then taken in to see a doctor. The technician displayed some shock with the number of people and the long wait. she assured me that this was the exception and not the rule.
The doctor I saw was caring and efficient but told me she is just a general dentist and I would have to see a 2 different specialist and an oral surgeon. I was given an appointment for the oral surgeon on 8/15/2017 and the specialist on 9/21/17 (he was on vacation and his return date conflicted with my schedule). My Aug. 15th appointment was less of a wait I was out of there in under 2 hours (still well past my scheduled appointment time).
Now we come to today's appointment. i was given an 8:45 AM appointment and I arrived at 8:35 AM to locked doors. Upon calling the office I was advised by voicemail that office opens at 9 AM and to call back during operating hours. At this point I start to get concerned that maybe they are closed for the holiday but then why would they have given me an appointment for a day they are closed right?
So i called the answering service and was assured that there was no indication that they were closed for the holiday and to give it another 10-15 minutes. This was at 8:50 AM. so I waited, at 9:01 AM I called the office and the was told to hold for the next patient representative. after 5 minutes of music and being told to hold I hung up and called the answering service again.
At which time I was told she was getting the same message that someone would be available shortly but was never connected to a live person. They want the courtesy of a 48 hour cancellation because the doctors time is being set aside for your appointment, well my time is just as important. I had to take a morning off from my job for this appointment. I am extremely disappointed and will not be making a follow-up appointment. I advise you to stay away.
