Oh my God! I just called Dr. Ibrahim office for an emergency and what a horrible experience I had. I talked to Sandy and the word RUDE doesn't describe her. If she bites you, you'll probably need a rabies shot. She didn't let me explain what happened to me, and told me in a very rude way that the doctor was away for the week. I asked if there was someone taking his place and by the time I finished my question, she had already hang up. People without manners SHOULD NOT work in sensible places such as Dr. offices. The front office people here are a disgrace, I will rate them a Zero.

Been going here since he first opened, great dentist, great work! 20 years or close to it!

I've been going to Dr Ibrahim for years and I like his demeanor and his work. He gives recommendations when needed but has never pushed unnecessary procedures on me. The dental assistants are very good as well. They do thorough work on the teeth cleanings. If this place is in your network and reasonably close to you, I strongly recommend using Dr Ibrahim as your dentist.

Had a situation with my son's gf visiting from out of country.he asked the problem and told me to bring her in.he never asked the insurance he just wanted her free of pain.thank you a million times!.he treated her and I am forever grateful for him. pay it forward.thank you Dr. Ibrahim.a heartfelt and sincere thank you :

If I could give ZERO stars i would! The WORST DENTIST IVE EVER SEEN. He doesnt care about his patients he cares about the money. The parking in for THREE CARS THATS IT. I had to park half way down the block. the place is a joke and the receptionist are as rude as the the dentist is. ill never go back again everyone in there was having a problem and said there time was wasted. hmm. great office. i cant believe someone could give this guy stars when he deserves nothing. Already called another office and they even said that many patients from this officw go to theirs because of the lack of care. DONT GO. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

This dentist is unethical. He said all my teeth have to come out. I said no I don't want that. He then said the insurance requires it which they don't. He also tried to break my teeth. He said let me see if they are loose. I had to jump back to get him away from my teeth he was doing it so hard.

The dentist is average. It's the front desk staff that is unethical. They charged for cleaning when my insurance allows 2 cleanings per year with no co-pay. I called insurance and even after presented with the facts, office staff changed their story and said that that extra charge was due to my son's braces. I did not authorize special cleaning, we were only there for check up and regular cleaning. They have refused to reimburse me. Stay away from this office. They take advantage of their customers.
