We took our kids to Dr. Francis for 10 years. Suddenly they decided to charge us $75 per child (2) because I had to reschedule their dental appointment. We gave them more than 24 hour notice but that wasn't enough for them. My husband and I both work full time. It is unusual that we have to reschedule our appointments, but on this particular day, after exhausting all our options, we were not able to get them to their appointment.
Apparently their time is more valuable than ours. The lady at the front desk was so snotty, refused to listen to me and talked over me while I nicely tried to explain our circumstances. In the 10 years we have been going there, we have only rescheduled 2-3 times and we were never charged or treated so horribly. I guess our dentist cares more about money than his patients.
I DO NOT recommend Wild About Smiles. Charging someone $150 to reschedule (not cancel) does not make people want to reschedule. Their doctors would much rather cause undo hardship on a family than realize things in this world are a little unpredictable right now. and sometimes life happens. We will for sure be finding a new dentist with some sort of moral compass.

Zero stars for the worst customer service! The front desk was not able to answer a simple question and promised to call back after touch base with the doctor. They never called me back. I called again and again to find out if the doctor was able to provide the front desk with the answer and I was told that all my questions will be answered at the consultation( all I wanted to know is what kind of cement they use on children's teeth).
Then when I had to cancel because my question was not answered before the appointment they blocked my name( my child's name) to never be able to schedule with them again. Rude! Unprofessional! Disrespectful! Not willing to meet their customers' needs! Not caring! I haven't had a chance to meet the doctor, so I can't really say anything about him! However, the experience that I had with the front desk leaves much to be desired!

We took both our kids here for years, then after my oldest son became an adult we took him to Sala Dental and he then had 5 cavities after getting his checkup at WAS 3 months earlier. Terrible experience. Then to top it off we were given a $50 fee for missing an appointment during COVID with my youngest son. They then sent this to collections after 3 months of not getting their payment for doing nothing. Never doing business with these vampires again. BEWARE, STAY AWAY

Zero stars would be far more appropriate. My three kids have been patients of Dr. Francis for almost ten years combined. Unable to call and reschedule an appointment soon enough, yet doing it 24+ hours in advance I am very unapologetically notified of being charged $53 per child because I dared to not be able to get a call in sooner than 24+ hours in advance (I was reminded of a Tuesday afternoon appointment around noon on Thursday, as well).
I have multiple medical professionals that I deal with and have dealt with for several years, not a single time have I had this happen. This is a complete joke. My children will never go back to Wild About Smiles again. I strongly recommend finding another dentist - there simply isn't any room for life with Wild About Smiles!

My child came out crying and distraught saying that Dr. Francis was yelling at him telling him to stop being so dramatic and he's too old for this behavior and that if he doesn't cut that behavior out people at school are going to bully him and now my child is afraid to go to the dentist. This is insanely unprofessional and was a traumatizing experience for my child and myself!
Not to mention that the staff said I couldn't come back with my child and I think the reason being is because Dr. Francis likes to bully children in the back. DO. NOT. COME. HERE!

Dr. Perry Francis has a great way with kids. He is more concerned about our children's health than he is the bill. They have proven over the years how much they all care about those precious teeth. The dental assistants wear a continual smile and always great our children with happiness. Our plans are to continue to bring our children here for years, making each experience positive. Our kids enjoy going to the dentist, go figure.

This was our second visit.won't be going back. My daughter was having a tooth pulled and fillings.the assistant said I could wait in waiting room and, if my daughter was good, I would be allowed in as a reward?!?! Bizarre! I had to tell her NO, I will be in the room - FOUR OR FIVE times! I have NEVER been asked to wait outside by ANY provider before.
This is my child and they should welcome parents. Not a welcoming atmosphere. He didn't bother to explain any dos or donts after the extraction. I had to ask as he was walking out of the room. As we were leaving, she told my daughter, since she had been so good, she could get something out of the sparse toy buckets. My daughter was there literally two seconds and she said, you have till 5 to pick something.1, 2, 3, 4, 5.you're done. I was like wow! She's 11, not three. Luckily, we have choices who we allow to care for our children.
