I have been extremely happy with my dental care at Northwest Dental Arts. Here, Dentistry really is taken to the level of Art by Dr Jennifer Frankel! I have had 3 crowns placed since going to see her, including one on a post I had left open for quite some time. I am happy with all! I leave feeling great about my oral care every time! The Hygienists & Dentist are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They created a clear plan with me in order to take care of numerous dental problems! Now, they are taken care of and I am doing follow-ups Thank you for the wonderful care!

We love Dr. Frankel and her team. Mindy is the best, especially with kids! I'm very grateful to have found them.

I broke my front tooth this morning, they got me in, gave me a temporary fix, scheduled me for a new crown for later and got me on my way by mid afternoon. They were friendly and compassionate! Love my dental family

Beyond my expectations. Staff is welcoming, accommodating and very skilled in their craft. They were able to squeeze me into an appointment of my preference as a new patient. Dental hygienist, My did my routine cleaning. Very calm, precise and thorough throughout the entire procedure. Turns out, needed fillings. Front desk did their best to accommodate my schedule once again.

The following visit I worked directly under Dr. Frankel, a complete professional. Extremely happy to have found this place. Northwest Dental Arts is my permanent "go-to" for all my dental needs moving forward.

Everyone at NW Dental Arts are friendly and professional, from Melissa and Lita who are the first to greet you with a smile, to Itzel and Me, both skilled hygienists. Not only that, but they pretend to find me funny. What more could you ask for in a dentist? Attached are photos of me, before and after visiting Dr. Frankel.

Just started with Northwest. They had a cancellation and got me in to repair a chipped front tooth. My daughter is getting married in a little over a week and the obvious pictures that will be taken was a concern. Trying to hide the obvious doesn't make for a natural smile. In and out in no time. Everything looks great. We had just changed insurances. Very smooth transition. Excellent work

I'm a strong believer in maintaining good dental hygiene! I was referred by the awesome staff at Keizer Vision Source and had my first visit at NW Dental Arts today. My Hygenist was Maria who was very friendly and professional. She did a great job. she's thorough, has great hands, very caring and gentle! She also helped me get the tough coffee stains off my bottom front area!

We both commented that we need our teeth to be "jewels!".so she did awesome Dr Frankel and the office staff are warm and friendly, which made it a pleasant experience.as it should be

Why did we wait so long to call? Our kiddos have transitioned here after growing out of their pediatric dentist. We've been 100% satisfied with their care and wholeheartedly recommend Northwest Dental Arts to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and talented dental team!

Dr. Frankel is excellent. She is really skilled, and I like her and like going to her office. When she fitted me for a crown, it fit amazingly. This office is professional and well run.

Kind, courteous, friendly and professional. I don't usually leave reviews. However this time I felt it was warranted. From the moment my son and I entered the office the staff was friendly and helpful. Jodie made sure to explain what she would be doing and how we would proceed with each process. It couldn't have been easy for her since I haven't been to a dentist in 10+ years. Very happy with Northwest Dental Arts. Would give six stars out of five if I could.

I was experiencing a horrible toothache when I call NW Dental Arts & Sleep Therapy. They scheduled me for an appointment ASAP even though they were fully booked for the next couple months. At the appointment, both the dental assistant and Dr Frankel were very helpful. They assessed my situation (some gum problems coupled with nighttime grinding) and gave me a plan to help resolve the issue.

I really appreciated that they meet me where am at in dental health today without any judgement or scolding. I felt listened to and left feeling confident that I am now on the track to good dental health in the future. I cannot day thank you enough!

Very skilled, always on time, everyone is super friendly. I've had a lot of dental work in my life, and I feel more confident with these folks than anyone I've worked with, and I've had good dentists in the past. Jodi is the best hygienist ever.

This was my first time coming to Dr. Frankel's office. My whole experience was great from start to finish! The online paperwork process definitely saves a lot of time for an initial visit. I was greeted right away and didn't have to sit in the waiting room for more than a couple of minutes. I was scheduled for a routine cleaning and check-up which was scheduled to take 2 hours.

I was in, out, and back home within an hour and a half! The staff was very professional and explained everything they were doing in an easy to understand manner. Dr. Frankel didn't suggest any work be done that she didn't feel was necessary. She simply said she would be watching a few areas for now. My check-up and cleaning was the most comfortable and painless procedure I have ever had done at any dentist around.

I can't say enough about this office and staff. You would be very pleased with your experience at this office. I would highly recommend Northwest Dental Arts to anyone looking for a new dentist without hesitation!

I have been going to a dentist for many, many years, and I must say that I do not hate going here! In fact, I quite enjoy seeing their faces and getting to chat and catch up from the last time I was in. It is like we are old friends. And yes, they remember you and your family, and are honestly interested in you. When your dentist sees you out in "public" before you see her and calls out your name to say hi. priceless!;-

Dr Frankel and Melissa were amazing as always! I always appreciate how Dr F takes her time giving anesthetic to make it a painless as possible. Everyone is so kind. we couldn't have asked for a better dental office!

Dr. Frankel took me in on short notice as a very old filling I had from someone else had fallen out. She knows I'm not a faithful caretaker of my mouth but spares me the lecture I obviously don't believe, and just makes a few helpful comments. She repaired my filling and getting the numbing is usually the worst part for me. But I didn't even feel it.

They are cost conscious, patient with questions, and supportive. I also like she always has some younger folks in her office she is training up. There is no better way to keep an expert sharp than by having them train others. The new office is very tranquil too with big windows and great calming views outside each one.

Everyone at Northwest Dental is incredibly nice, makes you feel like family and super comfortable. I appreciated the fact that even when I hadn't been in the office in a while how Dr. Frankel asked me about how something in my life was going from our previous conversation. Shows compassion that she remembered enough to ask the next time! I loved how I was kept informed during the exam on what was going on. I highly recommend this office to anyone! Coming from someone who doesn't like the dentist, I do not mind coming because I'm treated so well!

Went for a cleaning for the second time and it was just as nice as the first time. I leave feeling healthier and better than when I got there. The team here makes going to the dentist a breeze.
