I highly recommend. This office has great staff and Dr. Charlie is so skilled and also compassionate. He does great work with kids and speaks to them with comfort and care.

We have always had a great experience with the dentist and all the staff when in office. Nothing bad to say about the providers. But they have an office policy of 'we will not call insurance.' I found that out when I had a billing issue and that would have been a nice thing to know starting out. So basically be prepared to be the middle man between your insurance and the office if you have any billing issues.

Don't expect much help from them. Yes, the issue was resolved after I spent an hour and a half of my time on the phone between to two and it was an office mistake. Insurance was telling me one thing, the office was telling me another, the numbers didn't match up but the office won't call insurance. how am I to solve that issue for them? How can a healthcare provider have an office policy of 'we will not call insurance'? Seems insane to me. So providers are great, billing. no thank you.

My daughter is very afraid of dentists and needs a compassionate caring dentist and staff. She gets that here. We had Tried her at our normal family dentist, but at the end of the day he recommended we take here here. She does not have the fear she did elsewhere. The dentist and staff are kind and considerate. There front office staff are friendly. Also it is an easy process to get an appointment.something that cannot always be said elsewhere.

I can't say enough good things about this place and the people who work here. They are the most kind, gentle, down to earth people but even before you meet them, the office itself gives awesome vibes as soon as you walk in. Its probably the most inviting and comfortable waiting room I've ever been in. I've met a few great dentists in my time but this place. well, they're amazing. All of them! Mom, dad, and definitely kid approved!

Love this office! The front office staff is always very nice, helpful, answers the phone promptly and, if you have to leave a message, has always called back in a timely manner. They always do everything they can for their patients. My daughter sees Dr. Charlie and Mindy. They really make her feel comfortable and heard. Wonderful experience!

This dental office staff will treat you like a number. They do not care how many years you have been with them or how many children you bring to them. I am a busy mom of 3 and have had two instances where I forgot balances unpaid by insurance. Both times I called and paid the account in full and I was given penalties on service. We are all human and know how terrible insurance companies are at communicating shortfalls in coverage for these kinds of services.

My youngest has had some serious dental work completed and has a trusted relationship with her dentist Dr. Charlie but we will have to find someone else due to ongoing mistreatment. In a patient oriented setting this should never happen.

Dr. Charlie is absolutely one of the best dentists in the area. We recently moved and drive back just to see Dr. Charlie. He takes his time, listens to your concerns, and makes decisions with you. His office staff is always kind and professional.

These guys are the best! I would never dream of taking any of my three children anywhere else. The staff is incredibly friendly and does a great job making the kids feel comfortable and treating the parents in a kind and respectful way. They have helped us through dental emergencies and kept everyone calm and comfortable. They keep the office fun with decorations and they even have tvs to keep the kids entertained in the chair if need be. My son loves Dr. Charley so much that he actually asks to go to the dentist. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about this office.

We have had great experiences at Pediatric Dentistry of Noblesville. We love Dr. Chad, but my son had an unexpected issue while he was out and saw Dr. Charlie. He was awesome with my son and addressed the issue quickly and efficiently with no anxiety for my son. If you are in search of a great office for your children, I would highly recommend.

Dr. Charlie and Shannon were wonderful at our most recent visit. My son had to have some baby teeth pulled to make room for his permanent teeth and while it wasn't a fun experience and not like typical dentist visits for cleanings, they were very focused on making my son as comfortable as possible and talking him through each step.
