I called several times to make an appointment. They were always rude. The last time I was finally able to give all my information, Anita, with a bad attitude told me they will check my insurance (Cigna PPO, which they have) and let me know if all fine to confirm the appointment. They never did.

Dr. Nassery is an excellent and talented doctor. He treats his patients as a whole, being able to correct posture, alleviate chronic migraines, neck and back pains only by adjusting your bite. His staff is always very friendly and loving, always willing to help and to accommodate your needs. Look no further.

It's always a true pleasure to visit the Real Smile Dental Office. Everybody is very nice and professional. The best atmosphere, when you are kind of nervous to get dental treatment. Thank you very much for my cleaning and annual checkup today.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nassery for many, many years. Dr. Nassery is a very honest person, he doesn't do unnecessary work and he does not over-charge the patient. His personality is so nice and calming. You actually won't dread going to the dentist because they take such good care of their patients. It's like a family atmosphere. The staff is superb, everyone is so nice and they give you personalize service.

The dentistry work and cleanings are top-notch and they are very gentle during the procedure. I cannot recommend them enough! If you need a good dentist, Dr. Nassery is the one! The office is easy to get to and there is a big parking lot across the street. Most importantly, they are really nice, honest people. We are very lucky to have such a great dentist office on Miami Beach!

I am a new patient at the office but so glad I found them! I am very picky with doctors but Real Smile met each one of my expectations. Friendly staff very sweet and professional hygienist and the dentist was fantastic. I usually don't even bother leaving reviews but I had such a great experience at this office I felt I needed to. I'm totally happy to find a dentist who truly cares about his patients. He is a professional, who is always up to date. Despite being a dr. very busy, he takes the time to explain what "you really need". I took my daughter to make her invisible lines and he did an analysis of the bone structure and the shape of her entire head and neck. He gave her a program of some exercises, to enlarge the cavity of her teeth and at the same time improve her posture; wowwww no dr. told us that.

After that, he made a molding that goes with her bone structure and symmetry of her face to avoid future problems (headache, teeth moving, etc). Wowwww no dr. does that. He is not just a professional, he is an artist capable of seeing more. For that reason, I thought that his prices were excessive, but it's not!. That is why I highly recommend him.

Let me begin by saying I'm possibly the biggest coward when it comes dental work. My anxiety level sky rockets even when I go in for my cleanings. When Dr. Nassery suggested I needed an dental implant, it took me over the top. Well, I have to say that Real Smile Dental got me through this experience with the utmost care and attention to my needs. They were totally transparent in their explanation of the process and made me very relaxed on the day of. At the end of it all, there was minimal discomfort! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the folks at Real Smile Dental. I'm ready for my next implant!

Have you ever paid $195 for a DR just talk to you and tell you what a simple Google search could have told you? If not, go see this DR. Not to mentioned. I waited 2 weeks for my appointment then they cancelled my app 2 days before! I had to wait 2 more weeks even when i told them i was in a lot of pain.

I have to go to my dentist today. And even though it's not my favorite date, I am fearless and trust him and his team. Everybody is nice professional and trustworthy. I am very thankful to be a patient of Real Smile

I have been going to Dr. Nassery for a number of years now. The medical/dental and office staff are always friendly and professional. The office is modern and clean. Dr. Hamid Nassery have totally changed my opinion about dentists. I have been to many dentist offices all my life and until now, I have never been able to say that I am no longer afraid of the dentist. His bedside manners are wonderful, he is professional, warm, and his knowledge is outstanding. He is way above what I have experienced before. I even told him that his hands are blessed.

Even to have implants, he protects the patient so much that I felt nothing during and after the procedure, and that it rare. A great professional with a great humanity. I totally recomend Dr. Nassery and I am so grateful that I went to him.

THE BEST! After many disappointments with other dentists. Dr Nassery gave me back my smile. During the 2 years spent with him, I realized he had the right vision for me. I trusted him from the very beginning and my smile is better than before. He also uses the best specialists in Miami and that makes a huge difference. NO HESITATION.

I wouldn't go! Scheduled my first appointment, they did the x-ray and the doctor did the examination (everything good). Then the dentist briefly talked to me about my options and asked me to decide quickly, as I was thinking and asking about the procedure he was also implying to hurry (giving the look), overal I took only 5 minutes to think and then asked to begin, in response he said you know what we don't have enough time anymore. we rescheduled for the next week. So, I left work to go to the doctor again next week, and when I got there (after an hour drive) they the machine had been out for an hour!

No body called me so that I wouldn't leave work to get to the dentist! Though they do have a $95 no show up fee for patients for but when it's them, they don't care about your time. I am seeing another doctor as they do not care about their patients
