I have been coming to Smiles of Eastlake for a couple of years. The staff in the front, the dental assistants and the hygienists are all very professional and very nice. They definitely put you at ease when you are nervous. In the last 2 months I have had two root canals. Both were done by Dr. Cristobal. He is FANTASTIC. I was nervous about the procedure and both times I felt great after anesthesia wore off, other than some soreness. Dr. Cristobal kept me informed throughout both procedures.

During the first root canal, I was so relaxed I fell asleep. His assistant each time was also very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Cristobal and the whole team at Smiles of Eastlake for dental work.

I have been to many dental offices, but so far this is where I had the best experience. I have been to this clinic 3x now. First was for cleaning, and yes they were really good. The hygienist was gentle, respectful, helpful and informative about my dental care. The 2nd one another cleaning but with another hygienist, this time with Dr. Lightman who, I cannot believe, was very gentle, polite, respectful, just with great working hands and the same with the hygienist who was with him.

So I said wow, okay. Then here comes filling. I've had anxiety everytime due to past experiences but truly I cannot believe how comfortable was the procedure by Dr. Lightman. The hygienist, a different one again this time, is also one of the best. The anesthesia, the procedure process itself, hygienist, and dentist were all great! I'd give more than a 5 star if I can.

I apologize I cannot remember at this time the 3 names of the hygienists, but all 3 proved to be really good based on my experience. But overall, all the staff and dentists there are great. I'm so glad I chose Smiles of Eastlake. Highly recommended.

Went here to get a consultation, and WOW what a great experience from the time I walked in the door, the young lady went over the process from start to finish, the dental assistant (Marilou) was amazing, and the Doctor Eusebio was second to none, explained all of my options to me and helped me make an informed decision on my course of treatment! I really liked the staff; however, the decisions that the dentist recommended were bad for my circumstances. I wish i had decided to not listen to the recommendations. I to deal with teeth that had to readjust after the procedure and it left me with what looked like teeth grinding only to be recommended that I get braces for re-correction. I have since left and found other professionals that will assist In my endeavors to have reasonable dental care.

My experience was my own and might not be your experience. The statements regarding what I experienced don't reflect the circumstances that what may occur in your experience. But I will never occupy the Smiles of East lake for dental care again.

Words can't even begin to describe the positive experience I had here. Came here after getting a referral from Navy dental and my hopes weren't high given that it was the Navy sending me there. But as I walked into the cleanest office I've ever seen, I was greeted by the receptionist who helped me check in and was so professional and nice. I was an hour and a half early and they took me back to wait in a full body massage chair. Dr. Cristobal was able to see me earlier than expected and took me back to get my filling fixed.

He was so nice and personable and was very skilled, honestly best dentist experience ever. Yuri did my cleaning and was just awesome to work with. So nice and talked about some great options for my teeth moving forward to help prevent bone loss. If you have the opportunity to go here, don't even bother thinking it over, stop reading this review and go book your appointment. These people know how to run a dental practice and will take care of you like one of their own.

Loved my experience here. Everyone was great but my dental hygienist, Shannon, was definitely a super star. She walked me through everything and was very informative.

It's great experience, it was my first visit and Sarah makes me more comfortable and cleaned my teeth very well. I will try to refer my friends and my family members to this place.

Really pleasant and respectful office. I spoke with Bianca a day before Christmas, let her know my concerns, and that my personal dentist was out of town. They got me in the office on the 27th to help me out before a trip. Dr. Lightmire was absolutely the most pleasant dentist I've ever encountered. Thank you! Highly recommend.

The staff are very friendly and professional. They know exactly how to accommodate my needs. It's my first visit to this clinic and I felt my teeth are in good hands. I've already received a treatment plan where no other dentist ever gave me. As far s the billing is concern, the receptionist are honest and don't hide anything. They'll tell you exactly what is covered by your insurance and give you more options. I highly recommend this clinic to my family and friends.

The whole staff was very nice and very helpful after I was like 30 minutes late! Thank you for being patient and still seeing me. They also did an outstanding job and will be my new dentist moving forward.

I woke up with a toothache the day before thanksgiving and was desperately looking for a dentist that could help me. I found Smiles of Eastlake online and had an appointment within an hour. As I walked in I was helped by Monica with a smile and warm welcome at the front office. Dr Torres and Riza took very good care of me and did the initial screening.

I went back to the front and the office manager Denisse asked if I wanted the root canal done that same day. I thought I was going to have to come back for the root canal on a different day. She then led me to a massage chair to relax while the Dentist prepared for the procedure. After about 10 minutes Riza came and led me back to my room. There was absolutely no pain at all and they were done within an hour. I highly recommend this dentist office for anyone that needs dental services.

Great customer service overall! I was referred by my provider and was beyond impressed with the level of professionalism received from my visit. The front desk was fast and efficient and my RDH Kristina was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend it.

Dr. Eusebio is an incredible dentist. My wife was in need of significant dental work. Thanks to his efforts my wife Melinda smiles again. Dr. Eusebio is a very patient man and listened to our concerns. He worked with my wife to give her the smile she never thought she would have again. He really makes you comfortable. He genuinely cares. This was completely unlike our past experiences with dentists who only wanted our money and gave poor dental care.

At one point my wife lost all confidence in dentists and just stopped going for a period of almost three years. Dr. Eusebio was an answer to all her prayers. He truly provided exceptional service and delivered quality work - what a smile. His staff is the best. His prices were reasonable. I highly recommend Smiles of Eastlake.

Amazing experience, I've always had a phobia of dentists. This experience was great I had no pain and I'm glad that they are my general dentist of choice. Btw, Rose (assistant) is amazing, she was very caring and gentle, I loved her. Great job!

Excellent dental office with high technology equipment, modern, and very clean. Staff is very friendly and upbeat. Dr. Eusebio is a very skillful and knowledgeable dentist. He very patient and listens to your concerns. This clinic is unlike my previous dentist who recommends unnecessary procedures and you up paying more out of pocket. This clinic has integrity.

I'm new to the San Diego/Chula Vista, and had to leave my dentist since childhood back in the Bay Area. I'm very happy to have found Smiles of Eastlake! The staff is incredibly friendly and their work is impeccable! I was able to get an appointment right away and they've taken every precaution to ensure a safe environment during this pandemic.

Great job with being safe during these times. Very clean facility, well organized and the staff is great. The doctor is wonderful, gentle, caring and handles with care. I have always been terrified of dentists, but dr. was amazing, I felt zero pain getting a cavity filled, which had not been the case when going to see other doctors and because of those bad experiences, I let me dental issues go untreated and cavities became very painful. But good news is I will be returning, and I am so glad I found smiles of Eastlake!

I hadn't been able to come in for a couple of years because of college, so I was really worried about the cleaning & exam, but I was pleasantly surprised about my appointment. I think they're really good about spacing the patients (physically & time-wise) because I never even passed another patient during my time there & was checked in so quickly. Yuri was really nice & personable as she did my cleaning.

I also had a few questions for her about random dental hygiene stuff, & she was very welcoming & informative. Dr. Lightman was friendly as he did my exam, & it went super quick with no problems. I got done scheduling my next appointment with the front desk, & they were really nice about clarifying any questions I had & getting back to me via phone when needed. Overall, I'm really happy to know I don't need to dread future dentist appointments going here!

I've been to many dental offices and this one is by far the best one! Very professional employees, well cleaned especially for Covid, every process was enjoyable. will be back for sure! Btw the hygienist lady was probably the most gentle hygienist I've had. seriously!

Dr. Eusebio, Yuri and rest of team. I have been a regular patient with them for almost 2 years now and been please with their service. Always greeted with a smile and the professionalism of the desk staff are always a pleasure. Cleaning and regular maintenance by Yuri is such a treat. She is very meticulous and has great communication skills while she works.

She is attentive and very proactive when it comes to future care and recommendations. I recently had some major work done including teeth extractions and a bridge installed. Extractions were excellent considering i did not feel a thing. He made sure I was properly numbed up for the procedure. In and out with the expected procedure time. The team the assisted with temporary flipper + creating molds were fantastic.

The team was very efficient and friendly. The only hiccup with this was the wait time. I had the extraction before the holidays and received final bridge in late April. I do blame the pandemic for most of the delay but I feel that could of been completed before the pandemic and stay at home orders. Overall I am super pleased with the end results and glad to have a full smile again.

I can say nothing but great things about this dentist! I was very and anxious and scared to go in, I had not had the best experiences at previous dentist before! Stephanie was the absolute best! She could see how anxious I was and did everything to make me feel comfortable to sooth my nerves! Same with Dr. Eusebio, he was very gentle and communicated thoroughly! I would recommend all friends and family to choose this dentist!

My first visit was in 2017, (due to the VA being back logged). Now I'm a regular dental patient and I can't imagine myself going anywhere else. I've had some very extensive and some outstanding work completed on 15 of my teeth and I highly recommend you, your family, your loved ones, your friends and your co-works all become dental patients of Smiles of Eastlake. Dr. Eusebio was my Dentist as a child and did my fillings and dental work literally 25 years ago. I had a different Dentist over the years (due to college, moving, career) and during one of my initial visits commented on how well all of my fillings were done. Seven years later (yeah, yeah, really bad I know) I end up back at Dr Eusebios office and yep, fillings are all amazing 20+ years later.

I also previously had gotten a quote for Invisalign just to correct literally 3 teeth and was quoted $5000. Dr Eusebio said I qualified for Invisalign Go and saved $3000. I said "hell yeah sign me up!" Thanks Dr. Eusebio!
